  1. It would be great if you could configure discounts and promotions using AI Copilot, so that you don't have to find and try out the best solution and rule for a promotion yourself.

  2. Some customers want to buy products they already bought in an order before as fast as possible again. Therefore, it would be great to add the products the customer bought in the last order to the "product slider" element in the shopping experience. Just add "last order products" to the "Product assignment" element after "manual assignment" and "Dynamic product group"

  3. It would be easier if these examples were already available as templates or similar in Shopware.

  4. It seems that the deletenewsletterrecipient_task only removes unconfirmed newsletter subscribers that remain in that particular state for longer than x-days. It would be good, if we could automatically remove all newsletter recipents that already unsubscribed and remain in status "Awaiting deletion". Those currently have to be deleted manually.

  5. Implement bulk edit fuctionalities for the newsletter recipent overview so multiple pre-selected recipents could be deleted at once.

  6. So far, it is only possible to set a property as filterable and non-filterable. The problem here is that a property that is not filterable can no longer be individually selected as a filter in the categories. However, if you do not want to have all possible properties as filters in a normal shop search, you have no other option than to deactivate the filtering of the property for the entire shop and can then no longer use the property as a filter in categories.
For the categories, you can set individually which properties should be displayed as filters. Such…

  7. It is possible to add new content to the product under Layout in Product heading. However, this content cannot be exported with the product, as is otherwise possible with other product values. However, it would be desirable for customers to export the content of the product heading, as it can also be useful to change this field in a product using export and import.

  8. At the moment the dashboard statistics are bound to the permission to see the orders. If a role just need the right to work with the orders, and the merchant does not want, that the role member is able to look at the statistics, he has no way to configure this.

It would be nice to have a permission to deactivate the statistics or the complete dashboard to a role.

  9. If you make a (partial) cancellation and there is an error in the amount, e.g. due to manual adjustment for discounts, then you cannot cancel the cancellation that has already been made correctly, but can only create another (partial) cancellation document. This is probably not correct from an accounting point of view, as it would have to be possible to cancel the cancellation before creating a new cancellation (document).

  10. Currently it is only possible to use shopware standard fields via data mapping in CMS elements. It would be great if we could also use custom fields here.

  11. Used promotions have a position in the cart, given the promotion's name. That name therefore normally should be something "understandable for the customer".
However when having a larger number of promotions, it can get quite confusion to work internally with all the promotions in a shop, having nothing but these "customer friendly names".

Solution: The "name" of promotions is their internal identifier. Above that every promotion gets a field for a public "label" which its position in the cart gets labeled when cashed in.

    Example:
Shop has three different promotions named "10 % new customer promotion", "10 % newsletter voucher"…

  13. Please allow us to create a Rule builder to restrict Product visibility to customers who are within a certain radius of a location.

E.g. shop is located in 3 Street Name, Suburb, Postcode. I only want customers whose address is within 30km of that shop to be able to see products from that shop. Customers outside of that radius should not be able to see the products.

    Thanks!

  14. Enable position related discounts in cart and order details. Currently all discounts that have been granted for one cart are beeing summed up and they show as one dedicated position.

  15. After the Shopware 5 era and the two different products, Shopware 5 and Shopware 6, the next version should be named just "Shopware" (version 7.0.0) to get rid of this "Shopware 5" and/or "Shopware 6" thingy. It´s just "Shopware" in a specific version in the future.
Let "Shopware 6" don´t be the next Typo 3. 😉

  16. Unfortunately, it is not possible to filter products in the bakend that have a stock level of 0 or less than 0.

It would make work much easier if these options were implemented.

  17. It is always necessary to create credit notes that have no reference to an invoice.
For example, crediting a customer's expense (reimbursement of customs costs) without an existing receipt.
It would therefore be an advantage if credit notes could also be created without a reference.

  18. We can already choose how we want to show the listings in the storefront: either show the master product or show all variants individually. We now ran into the following problem:

Example: We sell clothes. One product is a shirt in red, blue and green and in the sizes S, M, L. We display only the master products on the listing page. For the master product, we chose a master image. All variants have different images that show the shirt in the correct color.
A customer now selects size M in the filter "size". Shopware now shows one variant in…

  19. It should be possible to select deactivated payment methods and shipping methods for manual orders in the admin.
There are often special payment and shipping methods for manual orders, but these should not be available to customers in the frontend. These are therefore always deactivated, but should still be selectable via the admin.

  20. If I use Criteria::setTerm() I actually just can find categories by name. Only the name have the flag "SearchRanking". If I add the flag to the property "keywords" I also can find categories by the keywords. It would be great if more properties become searchable there!
