This is the space where you can share your ideas and feedback about Shopware 6.

How it works:

  1. If a maximum order quantity of, for example, "10" is defined in a product and extended prices (1 - 4, 5-10) have also been set up, it makes no sense to display prices "from 11" in the table product-block-prices-grid in the frontend on the detail page. In this case it would be great if we could somehow validate on the max. order quantity and hide everything in that grid that is above that.

  2. Shop owners want to prioritize the sales channel on their own. Therefore it is necessary to sort the sales channels manually. ATM, it is not possible.

  3. Backend Notification when multiple users working in parallel

  4. When registering as a new customer, it is possible to enter leading / trailing whitespaces in all the fields. There is no validation that prevents the user from doing that and the values are saved like that into the database. This can lead to users in Shopware with leading / trailing whitespaces in their name.

  5. To work with a certain list of products, one mainly works with the filter options of the product module. Once the right filter is configured, it would be helpful to directly export that list of products as a CSV file to further work with it. Doing it again via the export module is an extra step and needs some time to get the export profile configured just as the product filter.

    Example: We need to make sure that all our product have fitting product images. Therefore we filter for the products without media in the product module. Now I want…

  6. It should be possible to output the shipping costs automatically as in Shopware 5, and not statically!

    It should also be possible to output prices when they are generated with PriceRules. At least for the standard customer group.

    It should be possible to exclude articles that were excluded with Dynamic Access from the feeds. At least for the standard customer group.

    These are not "wishes" - rather things that should actually be a matter of course.

  7. It would be nice if the customer would receive a message when an item is on sale that there is a maximum of 50 in stock, for example. The current situation is that a customer with a stock of 50, for example, can first add 25 and then 28 to the shopping cart and is only shown in the shopping cart that only 50 are available. It would be more customer-friendly if the customer received a message as soon as the stock is exceeded.

  8. Since extensions from other manufacturers very often cause errors and many customers are not very familiar with databases, an option in the admin would be advantageous to deactivate and activate all non-shopware extensions.

    Customers currently use the following article for this:

    This article is mentioned very frequently in support tickets and, due to its complexity, often leads to customers needing further help because they are not familiar with the database.

    This would save the customer a lot of time and lead to faster ticket resolution in support.

  9. Within the mobile view, a number is displayed next to the shopping cart symbol, which describes the number of items.

    However, the number also increases if there is a discount in the shopping cart, even though the customer may only have one item (badge shows 2) in the shopping cart.

    This confuses customers. The badge should check whether there is a discount and deduct it from the number.

  10. In the current situation you need to manually add a attribuut to the category filter.
    This takes allot of time and is not always flawless, since you need to build up the entire filter every single time when there is a new category added to the shop.

    What i would like to see is a "pre configure filtering" page. On this page you can configure a filter so you only need to add this filter in like a drop down menu so you only need to select a pre configured filter once you made a new category page, something like…

  11. It would be great if there was also the document type Pro Forma Invoice and this would not be statistically included in sales. Then you could create a pro forma invoice for deliveries to third countries with one click and then send it directly to the export warehouse via flow.

  12. More and more providers are prohibiting the sending of emails that do not come from the same domain.

    However, as you can only store the access data of one domain in the mailer, this becomes a major problem as soon as you enter several sales channels with different domains.

    From that moment on, not all messages can be sent or are rejected by the provider.

    "mailbox unavailable\r\n 550 Sender address is not allowed.""

    It should therefore be possible to configure the mailer settings for each sales channel.

  13. Storage stock alert / warning via Email:

    • Minimum stock per item can be defined
    • daily notification of affected items

    In Shopware 5 there was a function to define a minimum stock per article. If this was undercut, the system sent an email message to the admin so that the stocks could be replenished.

    • for example :
      if product A (bottles/flaschen) is added to the cart, then product B (deposit/Pfand) is added automatically

    this should be available for both self-hosted and cloud, as it was requested very often

  14. When assigning an additional field to the main product, it is automatically inherited by all variants. If you wish to clear the additional field for the variants, the inheritance is automatically activated, which is inconvenient. One has to deactivate the inheritance first and then proceed to assign the additional field to the main product.

  15. If a variant is not available through Dynamic Access, it will still be displayed on the product details page. If you then select it, another variant will be selected.

    There should be an option to hide unavailable variants completely so that they are no longer displayed.

  16. We occasionally have customers who have errors (PHP exception, 404 etc.) after updating extensions (SW6: Paypal extension, security plugin etc.).

    A reset of the opcache helps in many cases.

    As in Shopware 5, resetting the OPCache should also be possible in Shopware 6 via the admin or via API. This can solve many problems with extension updates.

  17. If you change an article number in an article manually, i.e. not a number from the number range and then duplicate it, the number range number is used again for the duplicated article and not the manually changed number.

    Example:

    Create an article
    Number SW123 -> change this to ABC123
    Duplicate this article

    Desired behaviour:
    Duplicated article with number ABC1234

    Current behaviour:
    SW123

    This is particularly annoying with variants, as you then have to renumber many items

  18. You should be notified automatically when the stock level of items falls below a certain value. This should already be possible in the Community Edition.

    You should be able to enter a general value and a different one for certain items. For example, if you only sell most items once per order and offer ropes by the meter (with a minimum length of 35 meters), you would not be notified if the threshold for ropes is 4, but according to the warehouse, there are only 12 meters left.

    The notification should be sent either by e-mail or in the administration.

  19. Why not having the opportunity to insert dates with wildcards like "02.04.*" which would open the possibility to create scheculed time-periods which will be active "every year" or also "every month". My intention is to create time-periods in rules for the sales in year which i could use to show or hide blocks in a template.
