  1. As a debtor, I want to have contact with as less restrictions as possible. At the moment a contact needs an assigned budget AND an assigned contingent to place an order. Make it possible to place an order WITHOUT an assigned contingent and budget.

  2. Especially for B2B merchants, basic product configuration solved with our Custom Products feature is not enough. Highly complex and individual configurations must be supported, e.g. to configure products like hardware parts, individual window/door requirements etc.

    3D Visualisation could reduce complexity, for example with explosion graphics demonstrating machines and their individual (spare) parts.

  4. The current B2B Suite usability is too complex at some points, esp. the right & role management. Therefore we should ease up this process and make it clearly understandable

  5. Problem: Right now you have to configure every single role in a B2B Suite by yourself. This is additional manual effort for customers.

  6. If several orders are waiting for approval or the orders have not yet been processed, it should be possible to merge these orders. This saves customers and store operators effort and money.

  7. The debtor should be able to create a central purchase („Zentraleinkauf") with the help of the role administration in the B2B Suite and limit this central purchase to a certain catalog assortment (e.g., only 50,000 of 60,000 products). The central purchasing department, in turn, should also be able to restrict buyers to a certain assortment of only 250 products in the front end within the B2B Suite.

  8. Currently sales representatives do not see commissions or general other states about their customers. But this would be helpful for their motivation and ease up the customer management, esp. if there is no ERP system involved, covering up those functionalities already

  9. As a user in the administration, I would like to see the columns company name and B2B role in the administration of the customers (overview) in order to be able to identify customers more quickly.

  11. Customers of shop owners not only place orders in the store, but also by phone or fax. Orders that were not placed via the store but via other channels should be easy to import, identify and also evaluate in B2B Suite, e.g. with the help of statistics.

  12. To prevent legal problems when ordering as a sales representative, it would be good if the sales representative could only prepare a quotation for the customer, which then has to be explicitly approved by the customer. So it should be prevented that the sales representative can place orders.

  13. If I am a customer who buys certain products over and over again, say monthly or yearly, it would be cool if Shopware would alert me if I want to reorder the product I order regularly.

  15. Currently some functions as setting tags for customers, interacting with the flow builder etc. are missing for the B2B Suite. Hence, customers cannot fully use the potential of shopware when using the suite.

  16. As the person responsible for orders that need to be released, I may have little time. It would be very helpful to be able to release the order via link. The link is in the mail that has arrived accordingly after the order of the customer me in copy as the person responsible.

  18. Target user: B2B customers, mainly EnterpriseCurrent problem: you cannot limit catalogue views for customers. So you cannot limitate, what products customers do see, find and buy in the end.current workaround: with dynamic access we can limit product visibility to certain tags or customer groups.   20. Shopware possibly could handle custom prices in a good manner already today - preferably they should be maintained via api integration. Still there seems exist issues with the user interface when it comes to a large number of custom price(list)s. This epic targets the improved handling within the ui.
