I noticed that on the return page, the info fields are currently stacked vertically, while the shipping and payment details sit at the very bottom in a separate box. This forces users to search for key information or scroll extensively to see everything grouped together.Suggestion:
1. Place the summary and status info side by side – important return informations and shipping & payment status visible at a glance.
2. Put the product table directly below – immediately shows which items can be returned and any relevant details.
3. Use page space compactly and create a clear information hierarchy – arrange all key elements logically and efficiently. (conceptpicture attached)

Mir ist aufgefallen, dass auf der Retourenseite die Informationsfelder momentan untereinander stehen, während Versand- und Zahlungsinformationen ganz unten in einem separaten Kästchen liegen. Das führt dazu, dass man nach wichtigen Details suchen oder viel mit der Maus scrollen muss, um alle Infos gebündelt zu sehen.Vorschlag:

Long category names go beyond the grid.
If the category names are slightly longer, they can no longer be displayed in the fixed grid, and a scrollbar is created. As a result, you always have to scroll first to access the three dots.

Ability to duplicate shipping methods
For shipping methods with complex price matrix structures it would be helpful to have the ability to duplicate the shipping methods.

no validation for newsletter registration
Missing feedback if a customer is already registered for the newsletter.
Currently you can register a email address again, but you do not recieve the confirmation mail.
The mail address should be validated in the register field and the page should give direct feedback, if the email address is already in the list.

Overview pages - Filters: Add a "Select All" button
In our Admin we have several overview pages to check the products, orders and customers. These pages offer filtering based on different information. Currently you can only select single values in the filter.
For instance if you want to create filter, that only shows the products assigned to 24 of your 25 Saleschannels, you will need to select all 24 salechannels individually.
It would be more convenient, if we had a "Select All" button, where I can afterwards deselect the one Saleschannel, which I do not want in the results.
There are multiple filter options where this could be very useful. Here are just some further examples:

Promotions: Calculate discount based on other price fields (e.g. listprice, custom fields)
Currently you can only calculate discounts in promotions based on the selling price. It is often desired though, to not use the current selling price but the RRP for instance.
Example:
Product Price: 79.99
RRP: 100€
Desired discount: 10% of RRP (10€)Would be nice, if you can select any price field, that is available in your shop.

Prefill register form with inferred and previously filled values
For a smoother checkout experience, it would be great to pre-fill some of the fields on the registration form.
The country field could be inferred from the context language.
When selecting an alternate shipping address, most or all fields can be pre-filled with values previously entered as the billing address.This feature should be optional and can be toggled via administration.

Improvements of the Order creation in the administration.
One of our customers with a relatively large number of customers and orders has some problems with creating orders in the administration. Here are a few suggestions:
The search for customers takes a very long time with several customers (More than 500k customers in the system). After selecting a customer, the grid seems to reload which may be superfluous?
You could take some pain here if the way to create an order via the customer module would select the customer directly, but here you have to search for the customer again, which makes no sense.If a product is to be added to the order, it is hardly possible with somewhat longer product names with variants because the column is too small. This should generally be fixed, as it is the same component as for orders. This could be a good quick fix.

Function: Export what you see
In discussions with larger Shopware customers, there is always a request for the export to be expanded.
The export module is fine. However, as requested in other programs, a button for exporting what is currently being displayed is missing on individual pages (e.g. order overview, customer overview).
The export module does not have this simple but helpful function. You first have to switch to the module and then export and select all entries. This is very complicated and takes a lot of time and many unnecessary clicks in daily work.
It would therefore be very helpful and time-saving to have an export button that exports exactly what you are currently displaying using a filter, for example.

Token-Based Review System:After completing an order, customers would receive a time-limited link or token via email, allowing them to submit a review.
This ensures only genuine buyers can leave reviews, even without requiring a customer account.
Integration with Guest Orders:Guest buyers could also be invited to leave a one-time review by linking their email address with the order number.
Mechanisms for Anonymous Reviews:If anonymous reviews are still allowed, adding a spam filter or moderation option could help prevent abuse.

Many customers miss the filter functionality they know from Shopware 5 especially because the AI features do not work reliably.

As a merchant/customer, I now have the ability to add items to my wishlist in the cart overview but not to a shopping list.

At the moment the size and the location of CMS blocks in the shopping experiences a fixed. The only options to change the size is to switch the display mode.

Include search bar in the order overview
In the shopping list overview, you can see a ‘small’ search which helps you to find your way around larger lists.
We would like this ‘small’ search bar and its functionality to also be used on the order overview. It should also be possible to search for article numbers there, as is already the case with the shopping list, and also be able to search for order numbers as an additional extension.

Support for Option to Display Revenue Including or Excluding VAT in Overviews

Since we apply different VAT rates (low, high, and intra-community supplies), it’s not feasible for us to view our revenue excluding VAT through the tool. We believe this feature could be valuable for many businesses. Support for displaying revenue both with and without VAT would greatly simplify our accounting and reporting.

Language selection in different modules: Show only active languages
In different modules (e.g. products, worlds of experience) you can maintain the translation via the change (pull-down menu).
Many languages are displayed that are not used at all. For a better overview, it would make more sense, for example, to only display languages that are active or have been assigned to the sales channel.
Otherwise it quickly becomes confusing and leads to longer processing times.

For cross-selling top sellers as a sorting option
With cross-selling, if you assign products via a dynamic product group, you can assign various sorting options to it.
With these sorting options, you cannot select Topseller as a sorting option, although Topseller is a maintained sorting in the standard system.7 votes
