  1. Sometimes it is hard to get the all shopping experiences well organized. Therefore it should be possible to deactivate shopping experiences. Deactivated shopping experiences can´t be assigned to a category or landingpage.

  3. As the person responsible for quotes/offers that need to be released, I may have little time. It would be very helpful to be able to release the quote/offer via link. The link is in the mail that has arrived accordingly after the quote/offer of the customer me in copy as the person responsible.

  4. Status quo
    Presently, if you want to make even slight changes to an existing theme, it is necessary to write a plugin/app for this alteration.

    In order to lower the "barriers of entry" for non-developers and to de-clutter the amount of necessary plugins, it might be a good choice to introduce a template override/overwrite system.

    Depending on the necessary resources, this might be applied either database of file based.
    File based: have a custom theme folder that only contains changed template files (in original structure) and will never been overwritten by an update/upgrade. If this folder contains any altered files,…

  5. As a shop owner, I want to be able to operate several stores (clients) in one installation. Each store should be able to be filled, operated, and configured independently. Users can be assigned to one or more stores (clients).

  7. In picture sliders, commerce sliders, multi-element-blocks, the max quantitiy of elements visible side by side at once is capped at 3 (except of the cross selling block afaik). The customer should be able to choose a number higher than three. A full sized commerce slider with only three products visible is just too little and the three ones visible are way too big

  8. Currently it's only possible to choose the "picture with text" block to add text to a picture. It should be possible to add text to pictures within a slider aswell.

  9. Safari on Mac has really poor performance. Seeing it's currently the second-most-used browser globally, we should prioritize Safari more. Some detail pages aren't usable because of loading issues. (This is being worked on atm)

  10. Permit to use the rule builder to define a dynamic group of products based on the YTD sold or on the most searched products. This will help creating Cross-Sell and Up-sell dynamic groups with the most interesting products automatically

  11. Make routing extensible via apps, e.g. for redirects.

    For example, the extension SEO redirect from Scope01 could be implemented as a cloud app.

  12. Currently, it's not possible to use advanced prices in apps for purposes such as indexing and displaying them in the storefront, e.g. in an app that provides a custom search. The reason is that the app doesn't know the applicable rules, e.g. the rule can change while browsing.

  13. The control module enables a merchant to set purchase restrictions e.g. how many items of a product can be ordered in a single transaction.
    (e.g. no more than 4 Products of any one reference and 15 Products in total for any consumer of xy products can be added to the shopping cart, ordered, and purchased by a single consumer)

    This control module also enables merchants to be vigilant regarding abnormal orders, recurring transactions by the same consumer (e.g. number of Products purchased during the same period, etc.), or consumers for whom links can be established (e.g. IP addresses, delivery addresses,…

  14. As a merchant I want to define certain actions (f.e. redirects) after steps/actions within the customer journey.

    For example:
    1. When an order is placed, redirect (or open) a special thank you page
    2. When somebody fills out the support form redirect them to the FAQ page to possibly get a quicker answer
    3. When a customer orders worth 1000 Euro send them to a hidden page with a loyalty program benefit

  15. We also use the anchor points when linking from other pages. Since we want to keep the sales channel and language, we need to set technical URLs.

    Also to not have to set the link again in every language. But this does not work in combination with anchor links. Since these are always provided with the designation of the point.

    These we must deposit then per language correctly. Desirable here would also be a "technical" address for an anchor point.

  16. Problem: It is not possible to combine two or more rules, you always have to create a completely new individual rule. If you want to refer to one condition that does not change in many cases this is a lot of additional manual work.

    Description: most common example is having a promotion rule that refers to a category and defines a discount of percentage.
    - rule A: category trousers + 20% discount
    - rule B: category trousers + 40% discount

    Proposed solution: you just need to change the discount condition

  17. It would be cool if I, as a shop owner, could assign my sales representatives to their customers based on rules. For example, with the help of the Rule Builder, I could filter all customers from France, which would then be automatically assigned to my French sales representatives.

  20. It should be possible to subscribe / unsubscribe customers to the newsletter (should trigger a confirmation mail / doi). Additionally it should be possible to prevent sending marketing mails (newsletter and other marketing related mails like recommendations or a request for customer review). It is mandatory that this flag is taken into account by extensions and that it is checked whether an e-mail can be sent.
