  1. Currently, all your flows are in one continuous list, all the actions across the whole shop are mixed together.

    Adding a few additional flows can be enough to have a bad experience in overseeing all your flows.
    It would be great, if you can organize your flows with custom groups.

    Group examples:
    1. Initial order flows
    2. Status mail update flows
    3. Login flows
    4. Review flows

    Functionality
    1. You see your custom added groups
    2. You are able to reorganize your groups and the flows to different or new groups.

  2. We want to use the media library to provide PDF files for download on CMS pages. While there are special plugins for this, sometimes a simple link would do.

    Current process:

    1. go to media library
    2. finde the PDF
    3. use copy link
    4. go to CMS page
    5. click the "link" button
    6. choose URL option
    7. paste the link, remove the base URL (for better portability between development and production instances)

    A better approach would be to be able to directly link to media files in place.

  3. When creating a custom module via the manifest.xml, the iframe is always full-sized, nicely filling in all usable space in the Administration.
    When creating a custom module using the Admin Extension SDK, the iframe has a dynamic height and is not full sized. This is understandable when using the iframe in a 'card' component, but for a custom module, it should be an option to automatically size the iframe to fill the admin page.

  4. As an App developer, I want to hide the entire header of the page on my custom modules.

    It is currently only possible to hide the search bar.

  5. Since extensions from other manufacturers very often cause errors and many customers are not very familiar with databases, an option in the admin would be advantageous to deactivate and activate all non-shopware extensions.

    Customers currently use the following article for this:

    This article is mentioned very frequently in support tickets and, due to its complexity, often leads to customers needing further help because they are not familiar with the database.

    This would save the customer a lot of time and lead to faster ticket resolution in support.

  6. Within the mobile view, a number is displayed next to the shopping cart symbol, which describes the number of items.

    However, the number also increases if there is a discount in the shopping cart, even though the customer may only have one item (badge shows 2) in the shopping cart.

    This confuses customers. The badge should check whether there is a discount and deduct it from the number.

  7. Why not having the opportunity to insert dates with wildcards like "02.04.*" which would open the possibility to create scheculed time-periods which will be active "every year" or also "every month". My intention is to create time-periods in rules for the sales in year which i could use to show or hide blocks in a template.

  8. The category type "link" does not support images.
    That's not a logical way, because if you build a menu with external links, you cant' assign an image. This exclusion makes no sense.

  9. If a new sorting option is created, it will automatically be shown in the frontend wherever no custom sorting is used. It would be desirable to have an option that allows you to specify whether a sorting option should be displayed by default or not.

  10. This is important for example for a prospect (hopefully it will be a customer in 2 weeks) that wants to filter and order the customer by two custom attributes: "subscribed" and "internal employee".

  12. It would be nice to have the possibility to use SQL commands for filling fields in a store page. It would be helpful, for example, to automatically display an overview of the store's shipping costs or to automatically implement values from the database that are relevant for customers in a store page without having to adapt all store pages with these values when changes are made.

  13. It would be very helpful if the export of products or other data could be restricted via a dynamic product group or via a rule. For example, I would only like to export orders from the last 2 weeks or products from a specific dynamic product group.

  15. Different decimal separators: The export file for products contains different decimal separators for the representation of fractions. A standardised representation with a point (.) or comma (,) should be defined for the entire export file. PaymentCost is currently transmitted with the separator "point". All other price details have the separator "comma".

  16. What should be possible?
    Collect abandoned cart for logged users, ability to review them in the admin, design email template and schedule reminder email to customers with their cards, auto-generate coupons for these emails.
    This could increase the CLV

  18. Please place a loudspeaker symbol (or other) on the start page in the backend and preferably on each element so that you can give feedback in the menu that is just open.
    Why: The number of feedbacks and interactions (likes and comments) on feedback.shopware.com has so far been very low.

  19. Currently, when previewing a draft, it will always preview the whole thing with the theme you've selected in your "standard" shopping channel. So when previewing a draft you designed for an entirely different channel with a different theme, the draft is not terribly helpful.

  20. When selecting either shipping or payment method, Shopware changes the sorting of the methods so that the selected method is moved to the top.

    There is no logic behind this, and it is very poor UX, as the user gets very unsure whether they chose the right option, since the one selected was moved.

    Strongly suggest simply changing it so that the selected method is kept at the position it was at originally (from the initial sorting of the method from Admin).
