  1. It can often be useful to "re-trigger" an order that has already been placed for the customer. This should be possible via the admin and can save a lot of time in day-to-day business.

  3. Currently, only in the customer overview, while selecting the three dots you can delete the customer.

    The problem: if you search customer by exact name or mail address it is not possible to highlight the customer in the overview so can't easily delete the customer account. If you have many customers and some requests to delete the account, there is a problem (time consuming) the finish this task.

    So please add the function to delete the customer account after open the customer account.

  4. As B2B merchant I want to have VAT field only mandatory for B2B users outside Germany.
    Within Germany it should be optional to filled out.

  6. Sometimes it is necessary to make the customers additional information or files available. These should be available to the customer in the customer account.

  7. At the moment, you can only choose one digital product from every digital product in the same order process.

    But if you want sell f.e. concert cards as digital product, you want to sell more than one card per purchase.

    Just like physical products, you should be able to increase the number for the product.

  8. As a shop-owner i want to keep track on which orders were paid with which payment method.
    This should be visible in the order list-view in the admin.
    It could help the shop-owner to designate the most used payment methods and grant bonuses on them for example or it could also help in identifying which payment methods create the most problems and therefore need the most "maintenance".

  9. The delivery date cannot be adjusted before dispatch. Since we want to send documents later, we would like to adjust the delivery date so that the customer does not receive incorrect data.

  12. The "tag"-filter should validate on tags within the "product" entity and therefore show orders, which include articles with this specific tag / these specific tags.

  13. Not everyone has an email address, but most have a cell phone number. Therefore, it would be cool if you could register in the store with your cell phone number instead of your email address, optionally if necessary.

  15. It should be possible to subscribe / unsubscribe customers to the newsletter (should trigger a confirmation mail / doi). Additionally it should be possible to prevent sending marketing mails (newsletter and other marketing related mails like recommendations or a request for customer review). It is mandatory that this flag is taken into account by extensions and that it is checked whether an e-mail can be sent.

  19. Die Zahlungsart sollte man nach dem Kauf ändern können. Es passiert oft, dass eine Zahlung fehlschlägt (über Amazon Pay oder PayPal) oder die Zahlung abgebrochen wird und der Kunde trotzdem die Ware möchte.

    Momentan kann man leider nicht die Zahlungsart auf "Kauf auf Rechnung" ändern. Auf den Rechnungen steht dann die falsche Zahlungsart drauf.

    Außerdem sollte man die vorausgewählte Zahlungsart der Kunden wieder ändern können. Mit 6.7.x ist diese Funktion entfernt worden.

  20. It would be good if there were an email to the customer to inform them about the change to their password.
    This increases security somewhat and provides us as retailers with a little more information in support situations.
    For this purpose, a new trigger would be required that is activated when the customer changes their password (e.g., via password recovery).
