Better filter options within e.g. customer and order overview
If you work with the customer and order overview on a daily basis, this quickly leads to frustration.
For example, the number per page cannot be set and is far too low. This should be 100 or 200. Otherwise the unnecessary effort is too high and the work quickly becomes frustrating.
Also, the filter or listing is often reset when changing pages. This also takes an incredible amount of time.
We would like to see better handling here.

Improvements of the Order creation in the administration.
One of our customers with a relatively large number of customers and orders has some problems with creating orders in the administration. Here are a few suggestions:
The search for customers takes a very long time with several customers (More than 500k customers in the system). After selecting a customer, the grid seems to reload which may be superfluous?

Improve "Add product" UI function in orders
Shopware allows to add new products within existing orders. How ever, the way the button is currently designed is quite counter intuitiv and causes confusion.
The button consists of two parts: "Add product" and an area with an arrow, indicating further options. Users tend to interprate it as in they need to click on the arrow area in order to access all options to add a new product. How ever, there are only the option "Add custom item" or "Add credit".
This could be prevented by simply also showing the "Add product" option here as well.

Show the names of the invoice and delivery address
When you accessed an order in the Admin in Shopware 6.4.x.x, you got an overview of the exact invoice and delivery address, including the names of the person.
Since version 6.5.x.x the invoice and delivery address can be found in our admin under "Orders > OrderID > Details". Here you can find both addresses, but the name of the person is not shown anymore.
It would make things way clearer, if the whole address, including the name, would be displayed again, simular as it had been done in 6.4.x.x.

Add a 2nd tracking field for JTL customers

Customers using JTL and Shopware can't use tracking number since JTL update 1.7.8.0. The reason therefore is, that JTL API now returns a full tracking link instead a tracking number.
They justify this with multiple customer requests and that Shopware does not offer a second field for the complete link.
It would be nice if we could help our customers in the short term by adding a second field in which the complete link could be entered. Since there are some customers who use JTL WaWi and the Shopware function (also for third-party plugins) is sabotaged, this would be…2 votes -
Show HTML code of documents
When you open the created documents, they are PDFs and when you preview them, you do not see the code from the Twig files of the documents, but something else.
However, since you can only download PDFs, you can't really see what the associated HTML code and the applied CSS looks in the browser's developer tools.
If you know this, you can adapt the templates much more easily.
Now you have to guess the passages you want to change.

Password reset recovery time configurable
I would like to be able to configure the recovery time of the password reset. Sometimes you dont actually want to only have 2h of recovery time an have it a bit longer.

New event needed: Request for Customer group XY
When the registration for a customer group is received, there is currently no option to send a message for a specific customer group that the customer must be approved for the customer group. As the approval in the customer overview can easily be overlooked, an event with an email to the shop operator or similar would be useful.

Add new address on change
Let's say a customer uses one the same address as default delivery and default billing address. If editing this particular address through the administration and either(!) clicking
"Set as default delivery address"

"Set as default billing address"it automatically marks this one address as default delivery and default billing address anyways - most likely because there only is one address.

Admin Center: Show global article stock in order details
Admin Center: In the order detail it would help to show the overall stock of every position. It is a small change that helps the customer support if someone have questions about orders like delay on shippment.

Neutral shipping / select sender address
Neutral shipping / select sender address
It should be possible to provide a field for neutral shipping for every order.
Agencies and many other corporate customers only order with neutral shipping and have the goods sent directly to their customer - as if it were coming from our customers.
At the moment and in times of dropshipping, this is only possible via an expensive in-house development, but should be available as standard.

Setting options for canceling orders by customers
There is a function for canceling orders directly by the customer in the frontend / customer account.
Currently, this cannot be set any further, so that, for example, orders that have already been dispatched or completed can also be canceled.

Write the weight of the product in the payload of the product Order/OrderLine
We have noticed that neither in 6.4.x nor 6.5.x is the weight of the product available in the order table or in the payload of the products in Order/OrderLine. Of course you can program something, but really every unnecessary additional field is attached to the order. Therefore, the weight information should also be entered.

Download documents from order overview
Sometimes we quickly need to download a document for an order. It would be helpful in the workflow, if documents could be downloaded directly from the order overview (was possible in SW5).
Currently we have to click on the order first and then go the document tab to download a document.

Cancel of Cancellations (returns management)
If you make a (partial) cancellation and there is an error in the amount, e.g. due to manual adjustment for discounts, then you cannot cancel the cancellation that has already been made correctly, but can only create another (partial) cancellation document. This is probably not correct from an accounting point of view, as it would have to be possible to cancel the cancellation before creating a new cancellation (document).

Orders: anonymize
In order to comply with the GDPR, it is necessary to enable the anonymization of details within the order.
Customers themselves can be renamed. But not the details within the orders.

Prevent leading spaces in registration fields
When registering as a new customer, it is possible to enter leading / trailing whitespaces in all the fields. There is no validation that prevents the user from doing that and the values are saved like that into the database. This can lead to users in Shopware with leading / trailing whitespaces in their name.

E-mail notification for customer group requests
It would be nice to set up an e-mail notification for a customer group request, e.g. via a flow in the Flow Builder. So far it is only possible to receive the e-mail notification for a customer group with a registration form after you have accepted or rejected the customer group request in the admin. An e-mail as soon as a customer has requested registration for a customer group would be a useful new feature for many customers.
