  1. If I am a customer who buys certain products over and over again, say monthly or yearly, it would be cool if Shopware would alert me if I want to reorder the product I order regularly.

  2. Currently it's not possible to set a ranking for the different product data fields. You can only prioritize if a field is relevant for the search or not - hence a title is as important as a description. This leads to false or bad search results.

  5. Offer a broader spectrum of options to integrate promotions which are matching the requirements of third-party systems such as ERP.

    Since every shopping system creates a promotion differently, it is always a pain to handle promotions while integrating an ERP system. Some can't handle positions without identifiers (order number/product number), and others can't handle their own promotion positions and require the direct deduction of the product prices.

  11. It's not possible to remove set product links e.g by using import / export or bulk editing. You have to click on the lock symbol manually. Something like this is missing:

    Update product_translation SET product_translation.description = null WHERE product_id IN
    (SELECT product.id FROM product WHERE product.parent_id is not null);

  12. Currently some functions as setting tags for customers, interacting with the flow builder etc. are missing for the B2B Suite. Hence, customers cannot fully use the potential of shopware when using the suite.

  13. Currently, a third-party system is necessary to monitor the performance of jobs, amount of processes, error logs, peaks etc. or you cannot monitor them at all even with third-party systems.

    When synchronising with other software, the Shopware behaviour that gross and net prices can be transferred independently of each other and without checking the distance, taking into account the tax via API, is a possible source of error.

    In other software it is usually "normal" that the net price plus tax results in the gross price. Therefore, it is unexpected when Shopware accepts, for example, a net price of 10 EUR and a gross price of 20 EUR. Is it possible to add a plausibility that optionally reports deviations or triggers an error if the prices do not match?

  16. It is possible to assign a rule of the rule builder to a content block. After the rule is assigned, the block will not be marked as an assigned block. For a better understanding, of how a layout is working, it would be helpful to mark such blocks.

  17. As the person responsible for orders that need to be released, I may have little time. It would be very helpful to be able to release the order via link. The link is in the mail that has arrived accordingly after the order of the customer me in copy as the person responsible.

    • Availability depending on the store
    • Indication of the period (Preferably in a calendar, in which the available days for the respective product are are easily visible)
    • Deposit of a security ("Kaution")
    • Mandatory insurance sum
    • Prices must be customizable
    • For longer rental periods, the price per day is reduced
    • Contact form
    • The design should be customizable

  19. As an online merchant, I want to be able to search for property labels instead of for their values when adding them to the product.

    For example: if you search for "colour" as a property lable, it will not be found. Search results will only come up when searching for "blue".

    Most likely best practice: make option if online merchant wants to search for labels or values.
