This is the space where you can share your ideas and feedback about Shopware 6.

How it works:

  3. Possibility to create promotions that not only apply discounts but also can add addtional costs in certain cases.Example: customer has a cart volume over 100,00€ and chose payment method "cash on delivery" -> this should cost 5,00 € additionally because the risk is higher

  4. As a user in the administration, I would like to see the columns company name and B2B role in the administration of the customers (overview) in order to be able to identify customers more quickly.

  5. There should be more places where customers can customize the layout via Shopping Experiences, like the customer menu (Mein Konto Übersicht), checkout or registration.

  6. To prevent legal problems when ordering as a sales representative, it would be good if the sales representative could only prepare a quotation for the customer, which then has to be explicitly approved by the customer. So it should be prevented that the sales representative can place orders.

  7. Currently you cannot understand, why the search results are as they are other than trying them out in the storefront. This makes it hard to know how to optimize them
    Therefore it would be great to have the possibility to have understandable results (maybe explained ranking, similarity catches etc.)

  8. In SW 5 there is a function for the shopping basket:

    "Min. shopping basket value above which the option of an individual quotation is offered".

    This function is often requested by customers for SW6.

  9. Currently it's not possible to set a ranking for the different product data fields. You can only prioritize if a field is relevant for the search or not - hence a title is as important as a description. This leads to false or bad search results.

  11. Current problem: You cannot send e-mails with "back-in-stock" notifications or use mailings for your internal staff if products need to be reordered
    Proposed approach: certain product related attributes should be triggerable in the flow builder

  13. Current problem: You cannot prepare campaigns or flows for a certain time period.

    Current workaround: with rule setting for shopping experiences and or promotions you can already display certain content for a limited time period. However it would be handy to have the possibility to prepare whole campaign worlds upfront. For flows we do not have a workarount so far.

    Hypothesis: By being able to set timeframes merchants can automate even more of their processes. Targeting of certain customer segments gets easier.

    Possible scenarios: Black friday campaigning with landingpage, product visibility, e-mailings and promotion codesregular flows: every three months trigger…

  15. Offer a broader spectrum of options to integrate promotions which are matching the requirements of third-party systems such as ERP.

    Since every shopping system creates a promotion differently, it is always a pain to handle promotions while integrating an ERP system. Some can't handle positions without identifiers (order number/product number), and others can't handle their own promotion positions and require the direct deduction of the product prices.

  20. It might be useful for merchants, especially if they work a lot in one module, that the preset folder that opens in the media modal when choosing a media wouldn't be the fixed folder (in CMS = CMS media, in Product = Product media etc.), but the last one which was openend before.
    Merchants set up lots of folders by themselves, and starting alway again at the fixed folder leads to dozens of clicks each time a media should be added.
