  1. It would be nice if there is the possibility to create user rights which give the rights to create a product but not to activate it.
    So, e.g. an intern could get a user to create products, and an admin can activate them if they are ok.
    There could also be automation which sends a mail to an Admin to confirm and activate the product.

  2. The basic approach and usability are quite good, but it fails in details that have a big impact:
    - Files are made visible along with ID in the URLs, this provides dead links when files are updated. We provide datasheets that are kept up to date. Currently we have 2,000 dead links and had to have the URL adjusted ourselves.
    - With reference to point 1: There is no tool for redirects.
    - The ID issue also exists with images.
    - The image files are too large due to the zoom on the product detail page, unless you use webp…

  4. There are missing a lot of conditions that would be very helpful in the Rule Builder, for example:
    - order placed by a customer in frontend or manual order by admin in the backend
    - order has a document xy (to check e.g. if invoice has been already generated)
    - more entities with custom fields as condition, for example "Order with custom field" or "Payment / shipping method with custom field"

  5. Currently the list of additional field sets consists only of the labels of the sets. It would be very nice to have listed there also the entities for which you have assigned them. In addition to the label, which then also appears on the entity (e.g. on the product) as a tab name, there should also be the possibility to assign a kind of internal name, which only appears in the list of sets, so that they can be better distinguished.   6. As a shop owner I would like to define the payment sequence that is shown to my customers

  7. More and more people without solid programming knowledge are entering e-commerce and encounter problems as soon as they encounter error messages. To counteract this, it would be helpful to install an AI solution in which the error messages can be entered, which then outputs an explanation of the message and in some cases also provides a solution.

  8. Many of the payment providers in the EU handle fraud detection so there is not a division like there is in the US. Would likely need to evaluate what steps need to be taken in order for merchants to be able to use a fraud solution as well as a payment provider.

  9. When importing / exporting or comparing products, the system requirements increase very quickly. Sometimes a memory_limit of 1G is not enough, which stops the whole export. But on some servers it is not possible to increase the resources arbitrarily. There were a few customer feedbacks that a resource saving solution is desired for this.

  13. Build a theme for B2B as a perfect starting point for B2B projects. It should be designed more "technically" to find as many products as possible quickly, add them to the shopping cart and buy them. A very large number of categories should be presentable ("Megamenu"). A large number of variants should be displayed comfortably. It should be possible to display many scales and customer-specific prices. And the B2B Suite is smoothly integrated.

  14. As a merchant, I want to validate city in the registration for non-existing of numbers.
    Why: some customers fill out postal code correctly and then use the city field for postal code and city. We have to correct this manually to have clear data.

Quick overview of system in terms of Performance (cache status, Redis, average pageload, etc), SEO (404s etc), Products (total products, disabled products, products with no activities within last 24 months (so-called shelf-warmers)), number of actual customers (top customers, etc), Admin users (not logged in for a long time and maybe consider removed, etc).

    Also concrete recommendations on features/flags to turn on/off in the installation.

    The overall goal would be to continuously get a quick "State of Shopware" and to take actions on important matters.

  20. Many customers of Fleurop are B2B. Many of them want to add an order number from their internal ERP system like SAP to the order in the checkout. We already have it in our B2B Suite. But in this case, it makes no sense to use the B2B Suite.
