This is the space where you can share your ideas and feedback about Shopware 6.

How it works:

- Connect your Shopware Account or register with your email

  2. Currently, a third-party system is necessary to monitor the performance of jobs, amount of processes, error logs, peaks etc. or you cannot monitor them at all even with third-party systems.

  3. To ensure, that merchants can change their categories, shop system etc. without having to worry about the redirection management it would be helpful to have automation mechanisms for this within Shopware.

  4. An enterprise customer is looking for a way to implement a "Aktenschrank" of sorts. He wants all sorts of documents sorted in one place. He wants to be able to see and manage the complete correspondence with the merchants. Orders, invoices, cancellations, and individual documents such as a "data sheet" or a "laboratory report" could be stored here.

  5. When returning items the customer can select "replacement" for an item. In case of clothes the case could be "T-Shirt size doesn't fit please replace it with a smaller size".
    If the customer hasn't placed another order so far the merchant can directly create a new order (or delivery) with the replacement in shopware for the customer. The replacement can be charged against the open order and the return.

  6. As a merchant I want to add a preselection of payment methods to the personal profile of a B2B user. It would also be handy to enable the debitor to enable / disable payment methods for contacts.

  7. Some partners manage the stores for their customers. Therefore it would be great if it is possible to give users more specific rights.
    Example A: a user should be able to update the homepage with the shopping experiences, but not the content of the imprint.
    Example B: a user is able to edit Flow A of the Flow Builder but not Flow B.
    If it is not really comfortable to edit this in the administration, maybe it could be done over a config file, Yaml or Json.

  8. It is possible to upload the following file formats in the admin area: JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, SVG, BMP, TIFF and EPS.

    At the moment only jpg, png and gif can be used in the frontend.

  9. Currently, if I want to hide a banner of a slider at a certain time, I have to create 2nd slider and show the slider without a banner at a certain time.
    It should be possible to apply a visibility rule to a single banner of a slider. This way I can show and hide certain banners in a more targeted way.

  10. If I am a customer who buys certain products over and over again, say monthly or yearly, it would be cool if Shopware would alert me if I want to reorder the product I order regularly.

  11. Already placed orders should be able to be filtered by products as well. A list of all products that also shows the product with a picture makes repeat ordering easier than having to search for the desired product from an old order.

  12. As a store owner, I would like to inform every employee who has access to the admin about what still needs to be done in the shop (e.g. adjust product description of product x). It would increase efficient performance as everyone who has access to the admin can read and edit this to-do list. It's like a to-do list like we had in Shopware 5.

  13. I also created a feature ticket: https://issues.shopware.com/issues/NEXT-24673, so that the customer can follow the processing

    If a shop operator has several promotions running at the same time, it is difficult to check or exclude the interactions.

    A special example: For certain product groups there is a buy X get Y promotion. In addition, there is a promotion that grants a percentage discount. Correctly, the percentage promotion does not take into account the 100% discount from the previous promotion. However, the 100% discounted product is included in the total for the percentage discount, so that this product is discounted by…

  14. Implement an event-/ticket system to help merchants sell events and or tickets within one system.

  16. It should be possible to subscribe / unsubscribe customers to the newsletter (should trigger a confirmation mail / doi). Additionally it should be possible to prevent sending marketing mails (newsletter and other marketing related mails like recommendations or a request for customer review). It is mandatory that this flag is taken into account by extensions and that it is checked whether an e-mail can be sent.

  20. It should be possible for the merchant to reset a shop (products etc.) on his own after playing around with it. Even with a booked plan.
