This is the space where you can share your ideas and feedback about Shopware 6.

How it works:

- Connect your Shopware Account or register with your email
- Use the search or choose a category for your idea to check if it has been submitted already
Upvote existing ideas, as opposed to creating multiple similar requests. Comment an idea to share extra details.
- If you create a new idea: Be clear with your idea; provide examples or even screenshots
- The more activity and votes an idea has, the higher the chance it will be implemented

  1. Sometimes it is hard to get the all shopping experiences well organized. Therefore it should be possible to deactivate shopping experiences. Deactivated shopping experiences can´t be assigned to a category or landingpage.

  2. Like the existing "Orderclearance inquiry" template to inform the shop owner about a pending quote/offer with the sender in CC.

  3. As the person responsible for quotes/offers that need to be released, I may have little time. It would be very helpful to be able to release the quote/offer via link. The link is in the mail that has arrived accordingly after the quote/offer of the customer me in copy as the person responsible.

  5. For orders from B2B contacts, the email address of the B2B debtor is always displayed. However, it should also be possible to output the B2B contact.

  6. Status quo
    Presently, if you want to make even slight changes to an existing theme, it is necessary to write a plugin/app for this alteration.

    In order to lower the "barriers of entry" for non-developers and to de-clutter the amount of necessary plugins, it might be a good choice to introduce a template override/overwrite system.

    Depending on the necessary resources, this might be applied either database of file based.
    File based: have a custom theme folder that only contains changed template files (in original structure) and will never been overwritten by an update/upgrade. If this folder contains any altered files,…

  8. Now FB channel must be linked to a storefront. This is not usable for headless projects using external CMSs. Therefore every customer using headless cannot also use a social channel (FB, Instagram etc.) in combination.

  9. As a shop owner, I want to be able to operate several stores (clients) in one installation. Each store should be able to be filled, operated, and configured independently. Users can be assigned to one or more stores (clients).

  11. In picture sliders, commerce sliders, multi-element-blocks, the max quantitiy of elements visible side by side at once is capped at 3 (except of the cross selling block afaik). The customer should be able to choose a number higher than three. A full sized commerce slider with only three products visible is just too little and the three ones visible are way too big

  12. Currently it's only possible to choose the "picture with text" block to add text to a picture. It should be possible to add text to pictures within a slider aswell.

  13. Permit to use the rule builder to define a dynamic group of products based on the YTD sold or on the most searched products. This will help creating Cross-Sell and Up-sell dynamic groups with the most interesting products automatically

  14. Make routing extensible via apps, e.g. for redirects.

    For example, the extension SEO redirect from Scope01 could be implemented as a cloud app.

  15. Currently, it's not possible to use advanced prices in apps for purposes such as indexing and displaying them in the storefront, e.g. in an app that provides a custom search. The reason is that the app doesn't know the applicable rules, e.g. the rule can change while browsing.

  16. As a merchant, I want to choose different layouts for a product detail page depending on the sessions referer, to address these customers optimally
    Should be part of the session context and available in the conditions to decide which layout is choosen, depending on URL parameter

  17. Current problem: You cannot determine product prices based on cities/local place from where a customer wants to shop from. Ideally this is already possible without a login.

  18. Current problem: you cannot create a promotion directly within the flow builder but have to configure many steps via tags to fulfill that purpose. That´s quite complicated and limits the customer loyalty options the flow builder could give to merchants.
    Current workaround: set a tag as action in flow builder, reuse this tag on promotion level and in a separate step configure sending out an e-mail to customers with this promocode

  19. Current problem: you cannot assign multiple DPG to build a category. Therefore you have to define and create a category elsewhere and cannot do it dynamically within shopware.

  20. The current UX for setting up a Webhook is only understandable for a "technical" person.We should ensure, that its easy understandable even for non-technical people to set up a webhook in the flow builder.
