Zusätzliche Spalte und Kommentarfeld bei SW6 Backend Bestellungen I Additional column and comment field for SW6 backend orders
Aktuell steht bei SW6 Backend Bestellungen nur ein Feld, mit Dropdown Menü für die Suche nach Artikelnummer oder Artikelname zur Verfügung. Oder die leere Positionszeile.
In SW5 gab es bei Backendbestellungen je eine Spalte für Artikelnummer und eine für Artikelname, Preis, Steuer, etc. Man konnte die Artikelnummer verwenden, den Artikelnamen, Preis, Steuer etc. bearbeiten und die Bestellung mit den überschriebenen Daten anlegen. Damit war alles geregelt und konnte sauber an Kunden, Lager, etc. übergeben werden.
Diese weitere Spalte bei den Backend Bestellungen fehlt in SW6. Damit hat man nicht mehr beide Felder zur Verfügung und kann keine Änderungen mehr vornehmen, da die Datenbank dann scheinbar nach einem nichtvorhandenen Eintrag sucht und die Eingabe nicht abgeschlossen werden kann.
Gibt es dafür eine Lösung?
Ebenfalls fehlt in dieser Ebene der Backend Bestellung noch ein Kommentarfeld, z.B. für Kundeninterne Nummern, Export-Angaben, etc… In SW5 gab es dafür die Freitextfelder.
Das Kommentarfeld steht erst im nächsten Schritt zur Verfügung. Um dahin zu gelangen, muss man die Bestellung speichern, woraufhin jedoch schon die Bestellbestätigung versendet wird. Auf der man eben gern noch ein paar Angaben gemacht hätte, bevor sie zum Kunden gesendet wird.

There is currently only one field available for SW6 backend orders, with a dropdown menu for searching by article number or article name. Or the empty item line.
In SW5 there was one column for article number and one for article name, price, tax, etc. for backend orders. You could use the article number, edit the article name, price, tax etc. and create the order with the overwritten data. This meant that everything was organised and could be transferred cleanly to customers, warehouses, etc.
This additional column in the backend orders is missing in SW6. This means that you no longer have both fields available and can no longer make any changes, as the database then appears to search for a non-existent entry and the entry cannot be finalised.
Is there a solution for this?
A comment field is also missing at this level of the backend order, e.g. for internal customer numbers, export details, etc... In SW5 there were free text fields for this purpose.
The comment field is only available in the next step. To get there, you have to save the order, after which the order confirmation is sent. You would like to have entered a few more details before it is sent to the customer.
Is there a solution for this?

We need repeater fields
We come from WordPress/WooCommerce and use ACF Pro there. We heavily use the repeater feature to easily add new content to things that ... well ... repeat.
We have several use cases:
Customer logos, FAQs, USPs, trust badges, a list of links, accordion items, etc.
These are all things that use the same set of fields repeated over and over. It is annoying to add new fields.
For example, we need more customer logos. I have seven image fields named image1, image2, etc. Now I need to add up to 30 for new customer logos.
So I need to manually add all those fields to the custom field and enhance the code to display those new fields in the storefront. Since you can't duplicate fields (another big issue), it takes !forever! to add all this new content.

Show the names of the invoice and delivery address
When you accessed an order in the Admin in Shopware 6.4.x.x, you got an overview of the exact invoice and delivery address, including the names of the person.
Since version 6.5.x.x the invoice and delivery address can be found in our admin under "Orders > OrderID > Details". Here you can find both addresses, but the name of the person is not shown anymore.
It would make things way clearer, if the whole address, including the name, would be displayed again, simular as it had been done in 6.4.x.x.

Add a 2nd tracking field for JTL customers

Customers using JTL and Shopware can't use tracking number since JTL update 1.7.8.0. The reason therefore is, that JTL API now returns a full tracking link instead a tracking number.
They justify this with multiple customer requests and that Shopware does not offer a second field for the complete link.
It would be nice if we could help our customers in the short term by adding a second field in which the complete link could be entered. Since there are some customers who use JTL WaWi and the Shopware function (also for third-party plugins) is sabotaged, this would be very helpful for our users.Alternatively, the API could reject complete links, but I think another field is easier to implement.

Sie begründen dies mit mehreren Kundenanfragen und dass Shopware kein zweites Feld für den vollständigen Link anbietet.
Es wäre schön, wenn wir unseren Kunden kurzfristig helfen könnten, indem wir ein zweites Feld hinzufügen, in dem der vollständige Link eingegeben werden kann. Da es einige Kunden gibt, die JTL WaWi nutzen und die Shopware-Funktionaltiiät (auch für Drittanbieter-Plugins) sabotiert wird, wäre dies für unsere Nutzer sehr hilfreich.Alternativ könnte die API komplette Links ablehnen, aber ich denke ein weiteres Feld ist unkomplizierter umzusetzen.

Our customer works with different shipping prices per postal code.
Therefor shipping cost can only be calculated wen a costumer has provided his postal code.When we now have a discount for shipping, the shopping dart does not display it.
When a user enters a voucher/coupon code for it, the shopping cart does not show any notion, that has been applied or not.This is problematic since it gives the impression to the user that the discount or couponcode does not work.
upon entering the voucher code (as a guest customer) there is no visual indication what so ever:- no indication that adding the code has worked.
- no indication that it did not work.
- simply nothing changes on the cart level.
The fact is that the discount itself does work, because when you continue in the checkout and provide postal code, the discount gets finally applied.
So to be clear: Technically the discount works properly;
The issue here is that nothing is visible for the guest customer in the cart that has met the conditions for the discount.

Variant in listing without general display of variants in the listing
It is currently not possible to display a single variant in the listing without changing the entire storefront display so that the product is displayed by properties.
An option to display individual variants without generally changing the display of the product would be very helpful for many customers.2 votes -

Custom fields UI for saleschannel domains

When using a very extensive custom form, the customer experienced a delay after clicking on Send. He was able to click on the button several times, as a result of which the form data was also sent several times by email. The customer's suggestion is to deactivate the respective buttons after submitting and then reactivate them when a result is achieved.
This would be a useful addition, as it would prevent any errors in the event of delays in the response.
Beim Einsatz einer sehr umfangreichen Custom Form kam es beim Kunden zu einer Verzögerung, nachdem der Shopkunde auf Absenden geklickt hatte. Dabei konnte er mehrmals auf den Button klicken, wodurch die Daten des Formulars ebenfalls merhmals per Mail verschickt wurden. Der Vorhschlag des Kunden ist, die jeweiligen Buttons nach dem Absenden zu deaktivieren und dann bei einem Ergebnis wieder zu aktivieren.

Assign Dynamic Access as multiple change products.
It is currently the case that Dynamic Access cannot be assigned via the multiple change.
This would be an important feature, as if you want to set the visibility of several products via Dynamic Access, you currently have to navigate to each product individually in order to store the rule there.3 votes -
Select customer to preview dynamic product groups
In the case of a dynamic product group, the default values such as customer group etc. are always displayed in the preview. A dynamic product group, which should output products for customers with a specific additional field, does not display these. It would be desirable to be able to add a customer to the preview selection. This would make the preview options much more precise.

Should be instead of: 10, 25, 50, 75, 100
50, 100, 200
Default should be 100.
Why: to see more products at once and on larger resolution display (higher that FullHD) it is not a problem to see 200 products at once.

Country switch in shopping cart
I noticed that, when I enter the shopping cart and select a different country, the standard shipping remains preselected, although it should switch to that for the respective countries. When entering the address at the checkout, however, only the correct shipping method can be selected again, which means that customers might be initially confused. Maybe a fix for that would be nice

A graph showing the revenue (Money earned)
I just launched a webshop and the analytics plugin is great.
But there is one graph that I miss on the dashboard.I would like to see a extra graph for the revenue made per day.
A graph like the sales total but then with the revenue.
This can be based of of the purchase price per product.And ofcourse of the purchase price is not entered on the product the item can be ignored.

Make favorite block category default in sidebar when blocks are marked as favorites
Using cms block favorites would be more efficient, when the favorites block category is openend by default on cms page editing, instead of first one (text)

flowbuilder - flow can trigger a flow
It would be nice if one could trigger a flow from within another flow.
This would give the option to implement the programming concept of "functions" within the flowbuilder.
Our problem is, that our order placed flow is rather complex with a lot of rule checks,
it would be nice to split the trees up into differnt flows, that could be triggered.Other example, you have a flow "send discount code and tag customer"-flow, which could be used in different flows without the need to rewrite the actions.

Optimization of plugin management and configuration in Shopware 6 Admin
We are having difficulties finding and managing the apps and plugins installed in Shopware 6 within the admin area. Since many standard features from SW5 have been removed and must now be replaced by apps, there is no central overview for these extensions. The apps are spread out across different sections, without a clear indication of which plugin provides which functionality. This leads to issues with managing and identifying extensions.

We think it's a very good idea. For many colleagues in support, it is often very difficult to find out which plugin inserts which functions and where these are configured.Main Issues:
Scattered Apps: Apps are spread out across various sections of the admin area (e.g., Marketing, System, Settings), making them difficult to find.
No Clear Function Assignment: After installation, it is often unclear which plugin is responsible for which function. Only after disabling a plugin does it become apparent what it was doing.
Challenges with CMS Plugins: With multiple CMS plugins active at the same time, it’s almost impossible to figure out which plugin is being used in which Shopping Experience without manually testing each one.
Shopify Example:
We find that Shopify has a clear structure where all apps are centrally located under one "Apps" section, with direct access to configuration, making it super easy to manage.Use Cases for Clarification:
