Additional fields should be able to be filled in the order assistant because you often want to include an external reference when confirming your order. Currently you can only fill out the fields after confirmation has been sent.

Export of order data (also after cancellation)
Show sales after cancellation...
The order data exported in the following way ‘Import / Export under Settings > Shop > Import / Export’, also show the turnover of the original shopping cart if the customer has cancelled (a product for example) in the meantime.
I need an export list of the orders that also show the turnover that the customer has made after cancelling.
And I need an export list of the orders, in which the comments are shown, which are entered in the backend when processing a cancellation.

Post-import Download with new Id's
After import of NEW products the funktion to download the import-data should include the new created Id's of the new products. They are needed for further import of extended prices, accessories, similars, properties and media.
That would be much easier and faster rather then picking them out of the complete stock of articles that must be downloaded again and again.1 vote -
Setting options for canceling orders by customers
There is a function for canceling orders directly by the customer in the frontend / customer account.
Currently, this cannot be set any further, so that, for example, orders that have already been dispatched or completed can also be canceled.
There should be setting options for when a customer can cancel an order in the customer account.

It is currently not possible to call up extended prices in a product comparison sales channel. This function would be helpful.

Promotion codes - Automatic release
Promotion codes should be reactivated automatically (when an order is cancelled).
Example: An order (with promotion) was set to cancelled after a certain time. Unfortunately, the code still has the status "used". After such or a similar cancellation, the code should automatically be released again.

Add a way to resent DOI mails comfortably
Currently, when a customer registers in our shop with activated DOI, there's no way to resend the mail. What if the mail is deleted by accident or gets eaten by the internet void?
We can work around this by changing the log level of the shop to include INFO - that way we can resend the mail from our shop's logs.
We can also install the (free) extension MailArchive, which essentially allows for the same.
Finally, we can manually check the mailer service on the server for the mail and resend it.
And we can manually set the customer to be activated in the Admin itself.
However, none of these are particularly elegant and requires customer contacts us and we put in manual effort into resending it.
There's also some expiration timeframe after which the customer can try again - but most people will not wait for a day or longer to go again.
So, long story short: It would be great if we came up with a way to resend DOI mails - with respect to spam protection from bots requesting a link over and over.

Show category path when selecting Main Category on Product under SEO
When adding a main category on a Product, you cannot see the category tree the results.
If you have multiple categories, like necklace, and want to select a specific, you don't know which is which.1 vote -

RRP (germ. UVP) price as an additional field in the product
In addition to the classic strike price and product prices, there should also be a recommended retail price (RRP) field. This is often used within online and offline stores and would represent added value.

Shareable extension lists
If you prepare a project for a customer, you want to give him a list of extensions.
So it would be great if the extension store would have the possibility to have stored lists of extensions which can be shared by URL.
Of course this feature can be improved further if you can define alternatives e.g. let the customer choose between two possible payment plugins (mark them as alternatives).
The overview of the monthly costs for all plugins in that list would be great and of course a "add all to cart" functionality.1 vote -

Improve accessibility
The new store is not very accessible for keyboard navigation.
The tab order on the search result page starts in the filters, but I want to go through the results first.
On the detail page you can't navigate through gallery images with the arrow keys.1 vote -
Show date of update of extensions
I would love it if, in addition to the installation date of an extension, if the update date would also be displayed in my extensions.
As of now, I know when the extension was installed, but not when it was updated.

Write the weight of the product in the payload of the product Order/OrderLine
We have noticed that neither in 6.4.x nor 6.5.x is the weight of the product available in the order table or in the payload of the products in Order/OrderLine. Of course you can program something, but really every unnecessary additional field is attached to the order. Therefore, the weight information should also be entered.

Delete / Reset Translation for Products / Categories etc
If you use language inheritance (for example Italian and Swiss-Italian as inherited language) you can select both languages in the administration.
In order to use the inheritance you have to enter the Italian Translation first. It will inherit to Swiss-Italian.
If you ever (accidentally) save a translation for Swiss-Italian there is no way to revert to language inheritance for the record you saved. If you ever need to update the record you will always have to save it in Italian and in Swiss-Italian.
There should be a way to delete the translation and reactivate the inheritance

it would be very helpfull to get an option for a Full-screen Texteditor. We have very long product descriptions and it is hard to edit in a simple tiny textbox :-(

Condition "Product number > Starts with" for dynamic product groups
The condition "product number > starts with" (additionally "ends with") should be introduced for dynamic product groups. This can be used to cover other important scenarios, which is necessary for some large customers.

Switch wishlist cookies to technically required section
If technically & legally possible, it would be nice if we switched the cookies required to enable the wishlist to the technically required section.
This is because most customers who visit a shop only accept the technically required cookies and then often proceed to bother the shop owners about the wishlist feature not being available.
As we all know, customers often have a hard time reading and/or use browser addons which automatically accept the minimum amount of cookies possible.

Warehouses should have different delivery times per product
When you add a warehouse to a product you can only add a stock number. It would be logic to actually add a different delivery term per warehouse. Since it's possible that you can't ship at the same pace with all the warehouses.
Nice to have is inheritance on the field for the standard delivery term.
