Option to calculate shipping costs as a percentage
As in Shopware 5, we would like to be able to define the shipping costs as a percentage again. This could occur more frequently, especially in the B2B sector.

Sales representative should be able to create an order, which must first be accepted by the debitor
Requirement: Our sales representative logs on as such to one of his assigned customers (in the customer account) and places an order proposal there. The customer receives a notification and can now approve or reject the order. If approved, an order is automatically placed in the store.
Current status: the sales representative can create orders for his customer. However, these are processed directly, i.e. ordered for a fee. The customer is not involved in an approval process and it cannot be seen in the customer account that the order has been placed by the sales representative.

Restrict renaming media
If a medium (e.g. image) is used in an article or a post, it should not be possible to rename it via "Content > Media", as otherwise the article will appear in the frontend without an image.

Deliverytime in cart calculated from release date
When setting a release date for a product or variant, the future release is correctly displayed on the pip.
When activating the delivery time in the shopping cart, it's shown as calculated from today. For example, the product is shown as being delivered in 2 days from today, which makes no sense when a product may be released in a few weeks or even months.
It would be better if the delivery time is calculated from the release date, or rather, the release date is simply displayed, as on the pip.

Export/import for worlds of experience
An export and import function would be very helpful, especially for very extensive worlds of experience.
This would allow individual backups of individual worlds of experience to be created quickly and easily without having to restore the entire store.
As experience worlds are worked on often and frequently, this would also allow experience worlds to be prepared in staging environments, for example, and quickly restored in the event of errors.

SEO template for title
As a shop owner it would be great to pre-configure a SEO title for landing pages, shop pages, listings and product detail pages, like the SEO url settings.

Add "Today" to Date/Time fields in admin
There should be a "button" under the Date/Time fields with "Today" so you can select the current Date/Time. This would be a nice quality of life feature.

Log events as an individual selection menu in Settings / System / Event log
Regarding the logging events in SW6: From our point of view, it would be very useful to be able to select which events are logged and which are not when setting up Shopware. We understand that it is not the intention that a nonsensical number of entries should be recorded. However, it would be very useful for those users who want to see which emails have been sent, for example. We are sure that this is important for many users. Best regards - info@ladenbau-gehlert.de

Import/Export should contain more translated entries
Import/Export would benefit a lot from having the translated entries for the corresponding UUIDs to make the entries legible in the export.
For example, a commonly requested legible translation is the payment, shipping and order status as well as the product tags. Although, obviously, the more the merrier.

Mark rules as active/inactive in the Rule Builder
Improve the visibility of active and inactive status of rules within the Rule Builder.
It is possible to extend the list view to check where the rule is assigned but that clutters the GUI with unnecessary information.
An added red or green light would probably do the trick.
That would make it easier for the admin or editors to delete old and unused rules.12 votes -
filter admin
The filter options in the admin should be adjusted a little. For example, it should also be possible to use rules from the Rule Builder to multiply the possibilities.
An example of this would be
"Customer - is one of sales channel - XYZ"This is particularly useful for marketing purposes if the AI copilot cannot handle things.

CSV-Order change seperator or support xls/xlsx on B2b Integration / Shopware Commercial Plugin
Hi, I saw the new bulk-order tool inside the commercial plugin b2b integration. Great Job so far. But we got lots of customers who used it in the past with the German version of Excel and most of them have no idea how to change the seperator from , to ; inside Excel.
We would love if you support xls/xlsx there or at least give a chance to switch the seperator on admin and/or customer side.

Automate cheapest price calculation
Right now, the field "cheapest price last 30 days" needs to be manually updated, which can lead to an enormous workload. It would be simpler to have an automatism that automatically picks out the cheapest price within the last 30 days.

Orders as speech bubbles
Customer comments are displayed in orders behind the order number as speech bubbles. I find this implementation excellent. I have taken this a step further and wonder if it would be possible to also add a speech bubble with the ordered items behind the order number. I would find this very practical, as the path to the ordered items is quite long. Especially when customers call and I need a quick overview of the ordered items.

Advanced pricing grid with max. order quantity defined
If a maximum order quantity of, for example, "10" is defined in a product and extended prices (1 - 4, 5-10) have also been set up, it makes no sense to display prices "from 11" in the table product-block-prices-grid in the frontend on the detail page. In this case it would be great if we could somehow validate on the max. order quantity and hide everything in that grid that is above that.

Export products as CSV directly from Product Module
To work with a certain list of products, one mainly works with the filter options of the product module. Once the right filter is configured, it would be helpful to directly export that list of products as a CSV file to further work with it. Doing it again via the export module is an extra step and needs some time to get the export profile configured just as the product filter.
Example: We need to make sure that all our product have fitting product images. Therefore we filter for the products without media in the product module. Now I want to export that list to work with it to create the product photos.

AI-Copilot - Checkout message
Add "Formal" Tone of Voice. In Product description automatically "Sie" is used, whereas for the checkout message there is no way to do so. Setting it to "neutral" besides "exited" or "humorous" leads to customers being addressed as "Du".

Organize Flows in customizable groups
Currently, all your flows are in one continuous list, all the actions across the whole shop are mixed together.
Adding a few additional flows can be enough to have a bad experience in overseeing all your flows.
It would be great, if you can organize your flows with custom groups.Group examples:
1. Initial order flows
2. Status mail update flows
3. Login flows
4. Review flowsFunctionality
1. You see your custom added groups
2. You are able to reorganize your groups and the flows to different or new groups.3 votes -
Link to media
We want to use the media library to provide PDF files for download on CMS pages. While there are special plugins for this, sometimes a simple link would do.
Current process:
- go to media library
- finde the PDF
- use copy link
- go to CMS page
- click the "link" button
- choose URL option
- paste the link, remove the base URL (for better portability between development and production instances)
A better approach would be to be able to directly link to media files in place.
See the attached screenshot:
1) I click the link button
2) I choose "media file in the dropdown"
3) I get a media browser popup to choose the media entityThat chooser is already present for products and there it replaces the base URL by a UUID placeholder. This should then happen also for media files.
