Flow Builder Trigger for Customer Feedback
There should be a trigger in the Flow Builder for customers who give a feedback. So it will be possible to send them an email automatically.

Personalized filters
As a customer, I would like to be able to activate in the customer account, which filters should be displayed to me in categories. For example, in fashion shops, it could be interesting to display only certain brands, sizes, and colors. Show me only clothes from the brands "adidas" and "Nike" in the sizes "M" and "L", in the colors "black" and "white".
Filters should also be able to work the other way around: DON'T show me clothes from the brands "adidas" and "Nike" in the sizes "M" and "L", in the colors "black" and "white".1 vote -
Flowbuilder Timeframe Setting
Current problem: You cannot prepare campaigns or flows for a certain time period.
Current workaround: with rule setting for shopping experiences and or promotions you can already display certain content for a limited time period. However it would be handy to have the possibility to prepare whole campaign worlds upfront. For flows we do not have a workarount so far.
Hypothesis: By being able to set timeframes merchants can automate even more of their processes. Targeting of certain customer segments gets easier.
Possible scenarios: Black friday campaigning with landingpage, product visibility, e-mailings and promotion codesregular flows: every three months trigger xy and do action z

B2B Suite: More nested rules for users/contacts/roles
The debtor should be able to create a central purchase („Zentraleinkauf") with the help of the role administration in the B2B Suite and limit this central purchase to a certain catalog assortment (e.g., only 50,000 of 60,000 products). The central purchasing department, in turn, should also be able to restrict buyers to a certain assortment of only 250 products in the front end within the B2B Suite.

It would be great to be able to duplicate wildcard environments in account.shopware.com.
When you start to have 20+ licenses in a wildcard environment, a manual copy of all licenses starts to take some time ;)

Customer group registration embedded in the shopping experiences
It should be possible for the various customer group registration forms to be embedded in the shopping experiences as forms/content. Currently, this is only possible for individual contact forms with the CMS extensions.

Enable product related configuration within sales channel & different languages
Challenge: Our dealers need to be able to maintain images for the individual languages individually on the product. Currently, this is not possible because the images are the same for all languages.
Solution: The merchant can choose, similar to the variants (chain symbol), whether the images on the product should also differ in the languages.

Product Creation and Activation Permissions
It would be nice if there is the possibility to create user rights which give the rights to create a product but not to activate it.
So, e.g. an intern could get a user to create products, and an admin can activate them if they are ok.
There could also be automation which sends a mail to an Admin to confirm and activate the product.2 votes -

Make the list of sets of additional fields clearer
Currently the list of additional field sets consists only of the labels of the sets. It would be very nice to have listed there also the entities for which you have assigned them. In addition to the label, which then also appears on the entity (e.g. on the product) as a tab name, there should also be the possibility to assign a kind of internal name, which only appears in the list of sets, so that they can be better distinguished. As an agency, we often like to call the tabs simply "additional info" for our customers. But if we have that with five different entities, it gets very confusing quickly, making you have to click through each one individually to find the right one.

Main product stock as sum of child variants stock
For the Product Managers, easily getting a view of stock levels is difficult - especially as the parent stock levels do not seem to be calculated from variant/child stock levels, and there is no simple way of just seeing underlying inventory levels (Parents and Non-variant single items are indistinguishable).

AI for error messages
More and more people without solid programming knowledge are entering e-commerce and encounter problems as soon as they encounter error messages. To counteract this, it would be helpful to install an AI solution in which the error messages can be entered, which then outputs an explanation of the message and in some cases also provides a solution.

Offer fraud prevention & detection for US region
Many of the payment providers in the EU handle fraud detection so there is not a division like there is in the US. Would likely need to evaluate what steps need to be taken in order for merchants to be able to use a fraud solution as well as a payment provider.

Reduction of resource consumption
When importing / exporting or comparing products, the system requirements increase very quickly. Sometimes a memory_limit of 1G is not enough, which stops the whole export. But on some servers it is not possible to increase the resources arbitrarily. There were a few customer feedbacks that a resource saving solution is desired for this.

Attachments in custom form
It should be possible to create a form where the user can attach own files and send them via mail to the recipients. Currently, there seems to be no eventData type for files in general.

Search for property labels instead of values
As an online merchant, I want to be able to search for property labels instead of for their values when adding them to the product.
For example: if you search for "colour" as a property lable, it will not be found. Search results will only come up when searching for "blue".
Most likely best practice: make option if online merchant wants to search for labels or values.
