Identify different sales channels of a customer
Customers of shop owners not only place orders in the store, but also by phone or fax. Orders that were not placed via the store but via other channels should be easy to import, identify and also evaluate in B2B Suite, e.g. with the help of statistics.

Target user: B2B customers, mainly EnterpriseCurrent problem: you cannot limit catalogue views for customers. So you cannot limitate, what products customers do see, find and buy in the end.current workaround: with dynamic access we can limit product visibility to certain tags or customer groups. There is no bulk edit function so you have to do it individually for every product & customerpossible approach: should be done in combination with dynamic accesspossible scenarios:Show most of all products to all customers, plus a handful of products which are only visible to one specific customer, e.g., custom-made products.Each customer has his own hand-picked assortment. There is no basic assortment for "everyone".Usually all products are visible for everyone. However, there are some customers for whom some specific products should be hidden.One customer can see the whole assortment, but due to contractual obligations he should not see products from a certain brand.

Dynamic Pricing is an interesting aspect of AI to consider.
As this is not valid nor affordable for all online merchants, it could be a good idea for 3rd party extension.

Active suggestion system
If I am a customer who buys certain products over and over again, say monthly or yearly, it would be cool if Shopware would alert me if I want to reorder the product I order regularly.

Advanced Search configuration: ranking of fields
Currently it's not possible to set a ranking for the different product data fields. You can only prioritize if a field is relevant for the search or not - hence a title is as important as a description. This leads to false or bad search results.

Different modes for promotion line-items
Offer a broader spectrum of options to integrate promotions which are matching the requirements of third-party systems such as ERP.
Since every shopping system creates a promotion differently, it is always a pain to handle promotions while integrating an ERP system. Some can't handle positions without identifiers (order number/product number), and others can't handle their own promotion positions and require the direct deduction of the product prices.

It's not possible to remove set product links e.g by using import / export or bulk editing. You have to click on the lock symbol manually. Something like this is missing:

Make usage of existing shopware functionalities in B2B Suite
Currently some functions as setting tags for customers, interacting with the flow builder etc. are missing for the B2B Suite. Hence, customers cannot fully use the potential of shopware when using the suite.

Log & performance monitoring dashboard
Currently, a third-party system is necessary to monitor the performance of jobs, amount of processes, error logs, peaks etc. or you cannot monitor them at all even with third-party systems.
