  1. Following the launch of the first iteration of Shopware Analytics, we are continuing to develop the next iterations, which will further enhance functionalities. Additionally, we will steadily introduce a series of new dashboards featuring more metric visualizations. These updates will be rolled out independently of Shopware minor releases, leveraging the flexibility of our App-based service.

    We invite you to explore the new features of Shopware Analytics and share your feedback. Your insights and feedback will be considered during development to ensure continuous improvement.

  3. Blogs are an excellent way for businesses to tell stories and generate more traffic around their products. Currently, running a blog requires external setups, which often need coding skills, manual workflows and are disconnected from the shop system. Therefore we will provide an integrated blog functionality as a first example of using custom entities. This will enable merchants to write content, design and publish blog posts without coding skills.

  4. It should be possible to delete documents, especially invoices.

    Several reasons why it should be possible are listed here: https://forum.shopware.com/t/loeschen-von-dokumenten-nicht-mehr-moeglich/97011

    Without this function you cannot really test the invoice generation on a production system and you cannot change false invoices that customers have never received.

    Due to a bug multiple invoices can be created for the same order with the only difference of the invoice number. Currently you cannot delete the redundant invoice.

  5. It should be possible to define whether a contact or the debtor should receive mails just as order confirmations (for example).

    Currently, by default, only the debtor is receiving such mails.

  6. Currently, the net price changes if you offer products in other countries with different taxes. The gross price remains the same.

    There should be an option to decide for yourself whether the net price remains the same with a variable gross price, or whether the gross price remains the same with a variable net price.

  7. It must also be possible to change the shipping method and payment method later in the admin.

    A scenario that occurs again and again and must be possible.

    Example:
    A customer orders online (prepayment and DHL shipping). However, the customer now comes to us directly. Now we need to be able to change the customer's payment method and shipping method in the store backend as an admin.

    Or I have to change the shipping method for a company order from DHL to freight forwarding.

  9. Please research about whether or not we should implement ZUGFeRD or x-invoice into Shopware and if yes, on how to implement it. Maybe this could be a good starting point (German only): https://stachowitz-medien.de/e-rechnungen/.

    Please also think about communication if we will not implement this into Shopware.

  10. If you enter a unique product number and only get one search result, you will still end up on the search results page if you click on the search icon or press Enter, instead you should be taken directly to the product detail page of the product.

  11. Storage stock alert / warning via Email:

    • Minimum stock per item can be defined
    • daily notification of affected items

    In Shopware 5 there was a function to define a minimum stock per article. If this was undercut, the system sent an email message to the admin so that the stocks could be replenished.

  12. It should be possible to log in directly to the customer account via the admin again in the "Standard".

    We know that there are paid extensions for this. But it should be standard.

Most of the people first click on the search positions bar if they want to add a position, because the add position button is next to it and it looks like you can search a product there and add this product as position with the button next to it. It's on the quick-order modal (ux1.png) such as on the normal new order window (ux2.png).

    I would suggest to use the searchbar for adding products and the search position bar should only appear if there already is a position inside the order (or maybe 3 or more positions are there).

  15. There are different values for sorting within the configuration of the product slider. The ‘Topseller’ selection is missing at this point, which would result in a further and useful customisation of the configuration. This would make sense at this point and is requested by customers.

  16. Currently, there is a scheduled task running (CleanupUnusedDownloadMediaTask) which deletes unused media and basically runs media:delete-unused.

    It would be nice if we provided an option - probably best in the media manager - to set folders to be excluded from that task, maybe in the folder settings.

    1. I added a product slider via Content > Experience Worlds (???) > Landing Pages.
    2. I added products to the slider.
    3. I cannot change the order of the products in the slider but need to delete all products and start over again.

    Solution: It should be easily possible to change the sort order of products listed in the product slider without starting over again.

  18. More and more providers are prohibiting the sending of emails that do not come from the same domain.

    However, as you can only store the access data of one domain in the mailer, this becomes a major problem as soon as you enter several sales channels with different domains.

    From that moment on, not all messages can be sent or are rejected by the provider.

    It should therefore be possible to configure the mailer settings for each sales channel.

  19. Mixed carts allow customers to make both subscriptions and one-time purchases in a single checkout process. Previously, subscriptions could only be completed separately. By combining these options, it enhances upselling opportunities and improves the shopping experience for users by simplifying and adding flexibility to the purchasing process.
