This is the space where you can share your ideas and feedback about Shopware 6.

How it works:

- Connect your Shopware Account or register with your email
- Use the search or choose a category for your idea to check if it has been submitted already
Upvote existing ideas, as opposed to creating multiple similar requests. Comment an idea to share extra details.
- If you create a new idea: Be clear with your idea; provide examples or even screenshots

  1. It should be possible to directly share paypal payment links through the backend. We oftentimes observe that customers can cancel the checkout process for various reasons and want to return to it later.

    We would like to see the payment link if any kind of paypal payment method is selected and if the payment is neither completed nor the order cancelled, we would like to be able to resend it to the customer of the order by mail.

  3. Improve the visibility of active and inactive status of rules within the Rule Builder.
    It is possible to extend the list view to check where the rule is assigned but that clutters the GUI with unnecessary information.
    An added red or green light would probably do the trick.
    That would make it easier for the admin or editors to delete old and unused rules.

  4. What should be possible?
    Collect abandoned cart for logged users, ability to review them in the admin, design email template and schedule reminder email to customers with their cards, auto-generate coupons for these emails.
    This could increase the CLV

  5. If I want to add a new property in a product under "Specifications" and then enter something in the search field, the system searches directly and deselects the search field. Perhaps it should be built in here that you have to press "Enter" to search so that it does not search automatically. This is confusing, as a search is also performed after 2 letters.

  7. Please place a loudspeaker symbol (or other) on the start page in the backend and preferably on each element so that you can give feedback in the menu that is just open.
    Why: The number of feedbacks and interactions (likes and comments) on feedback.shopware.com has so far been very low.

  9. We would love to get back the password generator from shopware 5 for adding new customers from administration. We don't often need it, but in case we need it, it was way more comfortable in Shopware 5.

    If there are any plans for the b2b suite, to give sales representatives the option to add new customers, it would be quite neccessary, I think.

  10. Improve the possibilities to design a page in the page builder by adding more blocks, elements and related settings.

    Also, something like what was possible in SW5 with Digital Publishing Element.

  11. If media are replaced via file upload, e.g. with a new version of the PDF, they are not replaced in the CustomFields. This means that all articles have to be updated manually. this can lead to errors if articles are overlooked. (Normal images will be replaced).

    Suggestion: extend the replace function so that other used media can be replaced as well.

  12. The drag and drop editor, which is touted as innovative, is very rudimentary, offers hardly any design scope and that too only for text and images. In detail, it lacks the following:
    - A flexible design framework
    - A selection of content blocks
    - Dynamic column design
    - An understandable and flexible image customization
    - The possibility to include tables in a clean and mobile optimized way
    - An HTML editor that visually structures content cleanly, recognizes paragraphs sensibly and does not insert useless spaces
    - A flexible fusion of content and commerce
    - A larger detail window for edits.…

  13. Working with a lot of shopping experiences is challenging. Currently, it is impossible to see at first glance which category or landing page the layout is assigned.

    It should be directly visible, not only after opening the assignment modal.

  14. At this point it is only possible to inject my App UI using an iFrame and also only when Shop Administrator visit my app from the navigation menu.

    Overriding of existing admin components would provide a great improvement (similar to todays Plugin system). Adding custom content or custom UI elements to enrich the existing functionality.

    Administrators can from then on would make use of my App Extensions by just clicking on an additional button which appears on the right place in the default UI.

  15. The disclaimer for PayPal invoice is displayed below the submit button. From a legal point of view, however, this should be displayed before the button, because in case of doubt a court could decide that the text displayed after the submit button is not part of the contract.

  16. Adding a condition in the Rule Builder to find out the number of different manufacturers of the products in the shopping basket. This can be used, for example, for discounts on products from different manufacturers. Currently, it is only possible to use the general number of products in the Rule Builder as a condition.

  18. If you have a commision system outside from Shopware like inside an ERP, it would be very usefull, if there is a clear identifier on those orders like the customernumber of the salesrepresentative or his/her Email... or maybe a special number for the salesrepresentative - like you do with affiliate- or campagnes-codes.

  19. Hi, I saw the new bulk-order tool inside the commercial plugin b2b integration. Great Job so far. But we got lots of customers who used it in the past with the German version of Excel and most of them have no idea how to change the seperator from , to ; inside Excel.

    We would love if you support xls/xlsx there or at least give a chance to switch the seperator on admin and/or customer side.

  20. Creating rules at the Rule Builder and use those rules e.g., at the shipping methods with all the availability rules is hard and long work. Therefore, it can be very annoying, if I have to transfer Rule Builder & shipping method settings to other shops. Same story with the text snippets in several languages. It would be great if I would have the possibility to export individual or all rules at the Rule Builder and import them into another shop system. Same issue with shipping methods, which have a bunch of availability rules set up. To export/import snippets would be…
