Reduce data amount in checkout
Modern checkout processes only ask for necessary e.g. only e-mail & password for initial registration and then later in the checkout address step for address information.
In SW6 merchants don't have the flexibility to decide what data and at which step in the checkout it is collected.
More options to configure and individualise would help to increase CR, lower frustration potential on the customer side, and adapt to country specific requirements.10 votes -
Apply voucher code at the end of checkout
Currently, it's only possible to enter voucher codes in the cart.
Customers should be able to enter voucher codes in each checkout step or at least at the end of checkout at the order overview before submitting the purchase.5 votes -

B2B Suite address management
Currently the B2B Suite has the same address fields as the B2C storefront
but it should have some additional fields/options on the different places
to adapt B2B specific needs for addresses (e.g. tax numbers, country display etc.).
Also, it is not possible to edit addresses during the checkout process.15 votes -
Additional restriction possibilities in B2B Suite
Some restriction possibilities within role assignment are missing, such as regions, supervisors (who then see´s performance of his sales agents).
Current workaround: You can add restrictions based on delivery and invoice addresses. Also you can determine, which contacts and roles a user see´s.
Hypothesis: Additional restrictions would help companies displaying there business hierarchies and needs and therefore automate there work further.

The current B2B Suite usability is too complex at some points, esp. the right & role management. Therefore we should ease up this process and make it clearly understandable
