  2. Currently, it's only possible to enter voucher codes in the cart.
    Customers should be able to enter voucher codes in each checkout step or at least at the end of checkout at the order overview before submitting the purchase.

  4. Currently, Shopware 6 does not provide a native feature for automatically calculating variable fees such as customs duties, import taxes, or country-specific charges during checkout.
    However, this functionality is increasingly important for international merchants to ensure a legally compliant and transparent order process.

    Competing platforms (e.g., Shopify) already offer this functionality as a built-in feature. It enables automated calculation and display of additional fees (e.g., customs duties, import VAT, service fees) based on product value, shipping destination, product category, or customs tariff number (HS code).

    In Shopware, this can currently only be achieved through manual configuration using the shipping method…

  5. It should be possible to store the last used search terms of a guest or active customer.

  6. The filtering at the product level under "Catalog > Products" unfortunately only works at the master/parent product level. This option is not conducive for the following reason:
    All of our products have variants and we maintain the images only at the variant level. The same applies to the product status active/inactive. Text, on the other hand, is always maintained at the master/parent product level.
    This approach is deliberately chosen because variants can have different images or individual variants can be inactive.

    It is now important for us to be able to locate the following at the variant level:

  9. Es wäre sehr von Vorteil wenn es möglich wäre im Backend/ Kataloge/ Produkte auch die Nettopreise angezeigt zu bekommen. Ist im B2B Bereich eine Einstellung die wirklich wichtig ist.

  10. If you, as a merchant, have added custom fields to your categories, you also want to be able to use this content in your shop layouts. We need to enable Merchants to add that content dynamically to a layout via data mapping.

  12. Currently it is not possible to duplicate promotions and edit the duplicated one afterwards. This would help to be more efficient in the administration.

  13. As a shop owner I want to provide files for download, like press material or other files. Therefore it would be great to have a content element where I can select files from the media manager in Shopware that are listed as a list in the frontend. The files in the list can be downloaded.

  16. Modern checkout processes only ask for necessary e.g. only e-mail & password for initial registration and then later in the checkout address step for address information.
    In SW6 merchants don't have the flexibility to decide what data and at which step in the checkout it is collected.
    More options to configure and individualise would help to increase CR, lower frustration potential on the customer side, and adapt to country specific requirements.

  18. Es soll optional möglich sein, Bestellungen erst dann zu erstellen, wenn die Zahlung erfolgreich war. Wenn der Bezahlvorgang abbricht, soll auch der Bestellvorgang abbrechen.


    It should be optionally possible to create orders only after the payment has been successful. If the payment process is aborted, the order process should also be aborted.

  19. The sorting under Catalogs - Products cannot currently be changed permanently. For example, if sorting by the creation date is desired, it must always be triggered manually and cannot be defined per user.

  20. If a medium is deleted manually in Contents > Media, the folder path, e.g. /media/38/85/66/1728367134/, is retained, only the file is removed. The same phenomenon also occurs when deleting/clearing up via Command line. Even if each directory only takes up a small amount of space, many empty directories quickly accumulate, which means that a lot of unnecessary space is taken up.

    Please also remove the directories when cleaning up.
