This is the space where you can share your ideas and feedback about Shopware 6.

How it works:

- Connect your Shopware Account or register with your email
- Use the search or choose a category for your idea to check if it has been submitted already
Upvote existing ideas, as opposed to creating multiple similar requests. Comment an idea to share extra details.
- If you create a new idea: Be clear with your idea; provide examples or even screenshots
- The more activity and votes an idea has, the higher the chance it will be implemented

  1. It would be great if we could choose the that the discount calculation should be based on list price with a fallback: product price - this so that promotions do not give a discount on a already discounted product

  4. At the moment it is possible to request a quote for every case or basket. It would be nice if a request for a quote is based on a rule (e.g. shopping cart > 5000 €)

  5. If you currently export orders manually, there is one line per order in the CSV file. In the line there is only the total price of all products, recognizable only by their UUID.
    It would be desirable to create one line in the CSV per product per order, with the respective unit price and the product number (SKU).

  6. Currently, you can only configure how long a password should be and whether it should be entered twice.
    It should be possible to specify the password complexity (minimum number of characters, special characters, numbers, letters, etc.). At the moment you need an extension for this.

  7. You can see all the individual promotion codes in the administration and send them to the customers, but there is no option to export the codes.

    Usecase: A merchant can create a promotion with individual codes, export these, and send them e.g. via mail individually to the customer with a newsletter.

  12. If a filter in a category is set the URL looks like this: www.example.com/shoes/?manufacturer=a7e1868c057044fab6f349838a42b1b9&order=name-asc&p=1. It would be great if the meta infos (like title, description, open graph, canonical, robtos, ...) and the url of such a filterd page could be changed dynamically.
    This page contains all "shoes" of the "manufacturer" "Rieker". "Rieker" is the parameter "?manufacturer=a7e1868c057044fab6f349838a42b1b9&order=name-asc&p=1".
    For the shop owner it drastically reduces the effort, because not every desired result has to be mapped in a separate category. Google or other search engines can index the urls better and bring the store owner better rankings.

  13. Currently its not possible to natively configure, if a category should be flagged with
    "index/noindex" and "follow/nofollow", which is necessary for SEO.

    Current workaround: use a custom field and theme-adaptions

  15. The normalization of telephone numbers according to the E 164 standard should be implemented. Shopware currently allows any values and text in the checkout and customer account when entering telephone numbers. However, this results in problems, as telephone numbers are used for many purposes in ecommerce. For example, DHL Express ODD, Custom Audiences in Google/Meta, international callbacks in customer service, integration of marketing automation for SMS/WhatsApp, etc. The quality of telephone numbers should therefore be standardized and of high quality to make Shopware 6 merchants competitive in a growing international market.

  17. It should be possible to output the shipping costs automatically as in Shopware 5, and not statically!

    It should also be possible to output prices when they are generated with PriceRules. At least for the standard customer group.

    It should be possible to exclude articles that were excluded with Dynamic Access from the feeds. At least for the standard customer group.

    These are not "wishes" - rather things that should actually be a matter of course.

  18. Especially with Stripe we see a high rate of un-completed payments via Giropay and Creditcard.
    We then want and have to change the payment type from Stripe to invoice pre-payment, which was possible in SW5 and should be possible in SW6.

  20. It should be possible to share a order list via email. The email should contain a link that, upon clicking, prompts the user to log in. After logging in, the user's basket should be automatically filled with the products from the order list. This will allow the user to proceed directly to checkout without having to manually add each item to their basket.
