  1. URLs are (from the domain) casesensitiv ("/Clothing" theoretically is sth different than "/clothing") . Shopware corrects that and therefore it´s possible to open any spelling within URLS (e.g. "/cLoThInG" instead of "/clothing"). Within the preview we explicitly spend "/Clothing" as a canonical-URL. Every URL should be lowercase by default.

  2. In sw5 there was a tab where you could enter links and downloads.
    Would be nice to have this as standard in SW6.

    It would also be nice for the function to take over this maintained data when migrating from SW5 to SW6.

  3. The storefront presentation can be used to define a specific variant preselection for the listing as well as for the detail page.

    If the main article is now selected for display in the listing, but no variant is defined for the preselection on the detail page, any variant is preselected seemingly at random, even if it is no longer available in terms of stock.

    Here it would be desirable if we could simply select the next available variant option as a fallback.

  7. Currently the B2B Suite has the same address fields as the B2C storefront
    but it should have some additional fields/options on the different places
    to adapt B2B specific needs for addresses (e.g. tax numbers, country display etc.).
    Also, it is not possible to edit addresses during the checkout process.

  8. For some cases, I would like to submit orders using a shipping / billing address that is different from the standard shipping and
    billing address (defined in the administration or customer account) WITHOUT marking these - so to speak - "temporarily" used addresses the new standard.

    So, whenever an address < > the standard address is used to execute an order, it should change back to standard
    once that order has been submitted (or the session got closed). Currently, if a new address has been added by a contact it automatically
    gets marked as new "standard shipping / billing address"…

  9. At present, multiple discounts are always deducted from the total amount of the shopping basket.

    There is also very often the scenario that multiple discounts are to be granted. In this case, the discounts should always be deducted from the new total, as otherwise far too much discount is granted.

    Example
    1. discount:
    from 300 € > 3 % discount
    from 500 € > 5 % discount

    1. discount: 2 % discount

    Here the second discount (2% discount) must not be deducted from the original total, it must be deducted from the new total (after 1st discount).

  10. Add the possibility to build / edit more forms for "Question on product" on PDP.

  11. Recommendations are currently only manually in Shopware. Based on the new statistics module, it would be cool if shop owner could give their customers recommendations for products. The recommendations could be based on orders already placed by the customer, in which the AI also considers the date and possibly the weather. "Dear customer, this time last year it was so cold/warm that you ordered the following..."

  13. Little has happened since the introduction of AI.

    The use of AI to generate customer-specific product streams for cross-selling would be indispensable and a major step forward. For example, based on order history. This is very important for the customer.

    Cross-selling is currently very rigid. AI could be used to analyze the customer's order and then make specific suggestions. This would be a huge step and benefit for customers and a game changer.

  14. The delivery time of a product overwrites the delivery time of the shipping method. However, this is not helpful if the delivery time of the shipping method exceeds the delivery time of the product, as a delivery time that is not possible is then displayed.

    It would be helpful if the higher delivery time is used in each case.

    In B2B, it is common practice for the purchaser to provide an external order number to ensure matching within customer accounting. Therefore, an optional field with “external order number” should be possible in the shop when placing the order (can be switched on/off in admin and per channel). This should be displayed in the order overview for the customer when logged in.

  17. After manual status change in the orders, even if I delete all the flows in the shop, Shopware6 always asks me to send emails to the actual customers. I need settings the skip this step.

  18. Order overview: the table is 170 pixel line height
    Customer overview: the table is 278 pixel line height

    Both should be equal with max. 100 pixel line height to see more entries per page with less scrolling.
