  1. The delivery time of a product overwrites the delivery time of the shipping method. However, this is not helpful if the delivery time of the shipping method exceeds the delivery time of the product, as a delivery time that is not possible is then displayed.

    It would be helpful if the higher delivery time is used in each case.

  2. We are looking to improve the main navigation (left sidebar) in the Shopware Administration to make it clearer, more intuitive, and more efficient. This includes aspects such as structure, design, and functionality.

  3. The product filters section needs more customization and can be optimized.

    Here is an example of the main shortcomings:

    1 - Allow the addition of custom fields and properties.

    2 - Allow the use of operators such as: "Like," "=", "And," "Or," "Starts with," etc.

    3 - Allow filtering by entering multiple values in a search field.

  4. Currently, there is a "generation" in the versioning of shopware. This makes it necessary to create additional functions to check the versions. Saw a PR of Shopware previously to solve it internally, which shows that problem, too.

    Please get rid of this marketing versioning and keep into three numbers, matching semver.

  5. It should be possible to delete documents, especially invoices.

    Several reasons why it should be possible are listed here: https://forum.shopware.com/t/loeschen-von-dokumenten-nicht-mehr-moeglich/97011

    Without this function you cannot really test the invoice generation on a production system and you cannot change false invoices that customers have never received.

    Due to a bug multiple invoices can be created for the same order with the only difference of the invoice number. Currently you cannot delete the redundant invoice.

    If a separate layout has been designed for some products, for example because these products have a special property for which there should be an explanation, then I can select the products under Content > Experience worlds > Layout assignment > Assign layout. However, the selection list is limited to 25 elements. To do this, we have added a filter to filter the selection for additional products. However, this only works as long as the search terms are different.

    If I have 80 products with, for example, ‘variant’ in the name, I can only select 25, after which…

  7. The product variant management page in Shopware 6 wastes significant screen space on larger monitors, forcing unnecessary horizontal and vertical scrolling. The table is too narrow and doesn’t adapt to the available screen size, making key information harder to access.

    Proposed Solution:

    • Dynamically resize the table to fill the available screen space.
    • Add options for compact view and column customization.
    • Enable full-screen mode for data-intensive pages. These changes will enhance usability, save time, and improve the user experience.

  8. The Shopware Admin allows to customize the width of columns in our Product-, Order and Customer overview.
    How ever, once a user has adjusted the width to their need and they reload the overview, they have to perform those customizations over and over again from scratch.

    Saving those widths would prevent the frustration of performing the same manual adjusted and improve the user experience.

  9. Currently hreflang only applies to different domains within one sales channel. It would be useful to be able to define other languages for hreflang tags across multiple sales channels (i.e. separate sales channels for EU and US, linking to each other)

  10. It would be very beneficial if there was a way to save your own customized templates for product comparisons and/or to save/create building blocks or blocks of template parts so that you can then use them in all or various product comparisons in the template.

    Especially if you make many customizations and want to use them in different product comparison sales channels, or e.g. have 10x a very similar template and want to make a change or correct an error, you currently have to correct the error in 10 templates.   11. It must also be possible to change the shipping method and payment method later in the admin.

    A scenario that occurs again and again and must be possible.

    Example:
    A customer orders online (prepayment and DHL shipping). However, the customer now comes to us directly. Now we need to be able to change the customer's payment method and shipping method in the store backend as an admin.

    Or I have to change the shipping method for a company order from DHL to freight forwarding.

  13. It should be possible to trigger a flow when a document is created for an order. It should be possible to select a trigger for each document type. We need a way to start a flow when a credit note (Gutschrift) has been issued and the credit note document has been created. Then we would like to add a tag to the this order or execute further actions.

  15. In B2B context, companies can buy products as gifts. Up to 50€ per person and year can be gifted taxfree.

    It would be great, if Shopware offers this gift functionality including a certificate upload (proof) and a reporting function, that gives the company an overview of the gifts of a specific time range.

  16. Up to now, the import of variants has only been possible via a multi-level import. If variants are imported frequently, this is very tedious and frustrating.

    A single-step import would therefore be desirable so that the main article and the variants are created directly. At least one extension shows that this is possible, but unfortunately it is no longer being developed.

  17. Many fields shouldn't be inherited from the main language, e.g. meta title, meta description or image titles and alt texts. If no translation is entered for these, it would be better if meta description, image titles and alt text would fall back to the product name. And meta description doesn't need a fall back at all.

    Inheriting these fields from the main language only leads to problems. In our case, the main language is german. If we sell a product on our english sales channel as well, there's no way we will ever need german meta data for that channel.

  18. The sorting under Catalogs - Products cannot currently be changed permanently. For example, if sorting by the creation date is desired, it must always be triggered manually and cannot be defined per user.

    We have been waiting for this feature for a long time, a category layout created by us set as default layout, super, mega, awesome since SW6...... however, this category layout is applied to all our sales channels. This is unfortunately impractical as we have three different brand stores, and the category layouts can and should be visually different from each other.

    Example:

    Store 1 has custom category layout for its category pages

    Store 2 has custom category layout for its category pages

    Store 3 has custom category layout for its category pages

  20. In product comparison Saleschannels, you have the option to create the export file via a scheduler in specific intervals (e.g. every hour, once per day, etc.).

    Currently you cannot define though, from which date / time of the day the intervals are supposed to start.

    If I save the interval "1 day" at 10:00 AM, then the file will be created every day at 10:00 AM.

    There are many usecases though, where it makes sense to let the scheduler run at night, when there is the least stress on the server. Currently you would need to wait until night and…
