  1. First and foremost, it would be beneficial to introduce dynamic measurements, allowing for seamless conversion between metric and imperial systems. This is particularly relevant as one of our clients, who operates multiple shops, has a location in the UK.

    Subsequently, a mechanism that automatically adjusts values when switching between imperial and metric systems, and vice versa, should be developed.

  3. When setting a release date for a product or variant, the future release is correctly displayed on the pip.

    When activating the delivery time in the shopping cart, it's shown as calculated from today. For example, the product is shown as being delivered in 2 days from today, which makes no sense when a product may be released in a few weeks or even months.

    It would be better if the delivery time is calculated from the release date, or rather, the release date is simply displayed, as on the pip.

  4. It would be great if we could choose the that the discount calculation should be based on list price with a fallback: product price - this so that promotions do not give a discount on a already discounted product

  5. When a SEO URL gets deleted, for example when deleting a category, the row in the seourl table is not really removed. Instead the 'isdeleted' flag gets set to true. For big tables like the seourl, this is actually quite good behaviour, as it is much faster than deleting a row and rebuilding all indices.
    However, after some time, the database table can grow very large with inactive "is
    deleted = true" rows.
    Proposal: add a cleanup task that actually deletes the rows that have "is_deleted = true"

  6. You can filter by price in the front end.

    In the Minimum price area, however, you can enter any number that makes no sense.

    Here you should check whether the number makes sense and therefore cannot be greater than the maximum.

  7. With the returns management in the administration, you can now record returns directly in Shopware or store the corresponding data. It is also possible to specify a refund value, which is currently only used in the documents.

    This value should be refunded via the Unified Refund Handler to the appropriate payment method, if allowed and possible.

  8. If a new sorting option is created, it will automatically be shown in the frontend wherever no custom sorting is used. It would be desirable to have an option that allows you to specify whether a sorting option should be displayed by default or not.

  9. Streichpreis als Variable bei den ITEMs für die Bestellbestätigung

    Damit der Kunde sieht, dass einzelne Produkte längere Lieferzeiten haben. Das entlastet den Kundenservice und erspart Beschwerden, wenn Artikel später versand werden.

    So that the customer can see that individual products have longer delivery times. This eases the burden on customer service and saves complaints when items are shipped later.

  10. A possibility to carry out orders as a test. So that they are clearly marked as a test or can be deleted again.

    We also have to test our productive system and sometimes documents are created there. Then you can no longer delete an order from Shopware. It would be practical if a frontend user could be put into a test environment in the production system. Or something similar.


    Eine Möglichkeit, Bestellungen als Test durchzuführen. So, dass sie klar als Test gekennzeichnet sind, bzw. wieder gelöscht werden können.

    Wir müssen auch unser Produktivsystem testen und manchmal werden dort Belege erstellt.…

  11. In the Self-hosted and Cloud versions, is it not possible to turn off the send customer order status update email popup or deactivate the pre-activated 'Send email to customer' toggle per default.

    -> This leads to annoying multiple clicks and to, by mistake sent emails which irritate customers

  12. With the new b2b integration inside the commercial plugin, you are up to integrate salesrepresentatives. Inside the old b2b-Plugin it wasn't possible to buy products as a SR for your own. They just saw there customers.

    It woult be cool if they are able to, because we go lots of external SRs who love to use our products too. In the past we needed double accounting for our external SRs who want to buy our products.

  13. While a lot of progress has been made when issue NEXT-28267 was resolved, the Shopware CSS is still full of hardcoded and borderline obsolete code, which makes creating custom themes difficult and results in a bloated codebase.

    As an example, this code block can be found in _filter-panel.scss:

  14. Digital Sales Rooms offer a great way to interact with customers especially when your business is heavily dependent on physical stores.
    Although a premium (beyond) feature, this is also very interesting for SMBs that are going through the digitalization process which are currently mainly using our Evolve plan.

    In order to enable merchants to use this feature it could be limited to a certain amount of DSR sessions per month.

  15. Function back in the backend menu.

    e.g.: I go to the product overview on page 3 and jump to an article.

    If I click back I end up back on page 1 and have to click back to page 3.

    Sometimes it's also the case that if you're in one area and you jump from there to another, you can't come back.

    E.g.: I open a product in an order. If I click on back I end up in the product overview and I have no choice but to look for the order again and open it again.

  16. It should be possible to deactivate the table "log_entry" and output the logs to a file/STDOUT/STDERR.

    Ideally, from a resource management point of view, we would like to be able to restrict data in the log_entry. Because if the entries are useless and are only deleted again, database resources are uselessly wasted which worsens the user experience because relevant SQL statements (e.g. purchases) are slower as a result.

  17. Shopware version 6.5.6.0 enables the query of the customer's telephone number as a mandatory field in the registration process. It would be very desirable (especially in the B2B area) if this telephone number were also prominently displayed in the customer overview as a separate column.
    Currently, the telephone number can only be reached in a very cumbersome way by jumping to the customer processing and editing the address there.

  19. Currently, only in the customer overview, while selecting the three dots you can delete the customer.

    The problem: if you search customer by exact name or mail address it is not possible to highlight the customer in the overview so can't easily delete the customer account. If you have many customers and some requests to delete the account, there is a problem (time consuming) the finish this task.

    So please add the function to delete the customer account after open the customer account.
