Copying CMS content - reusable elements
It would be nice to have the option of copying elements from the shopping experiences and using them in a different place.
Example: We have the "XY" section in the start page - this should be filled and customised once and then copied in the next step and used in another page.

Check for Database charset with warning in the admin
Some customers have incorrect charsets running in the background (database). This is normally only noticed when errors actually occur, e.g. during an update.
It would therefore be a great advantage if the charset could be checked in the background and if there was then a message in the admin, for example. This would prevent errors in future updates.1 vote -

Search with voice recognition/AI Pilot with voice Recognition
Hi there,
as you guys are working on a lot of AI Featrues, have you thought on integrating a voice recognition within the search/AI search?
This combined with language recognition would be a very nice feature which makes it easy for all customers to search within the shop.

Discount calculation strange with ‘3 for 2’
If I have a discount promotion that triggers ‘3 for 2’ (i.e. the cheapest product for free), the calculation is different than you would expect.
As long as there is a sufficient quantity of the cheapest product in the shopping cart, the discount will be applied to it. For example, if ‘A’ is in the shopping cart 6 times, ‘B’ must be present twice so that the cheapest product can be clearly calculated. If ‘A’ is 9x, ‘B’ must be in the shopping cart 3x. If the quantity of the cheapest product is lower, the second three products must be calculated on the more expensive product, which means that there must be one more product in the position.
This is not logical: if, for example, I have 2x the cheapest and 7x the expensive one, I expect to get 3 for free - because there are 9 items.

UX-Improvement for Admin Orders
Most of the people first click on the search positions bar if they want to add a position, because the add position button is next to it and it looks like you can search a product there and add this product as position with the button next to it. It's on the quick-order modal (ux1.png) such as on the normal new order window (ux2.png).
I would suggest to use the searchbar for adding products and the search position bar should only appear if there already is a position inside the order (or maybe 3 or more positions are there).
At all, I think you need the add position bar way more often than the searchposition bar.

Show unit price in checkout
Within the /checkout/confirm page the unit price of each line item should be displayed - instead of just the "(incl. / excl.) VAT" and the "total" columns, as it is currently the case.

Remove password prompt on "Your profile" edits (Language, Time zone)
When changing language or time zone under “Your profile” one is asked to confirm the current password. This is one of the very few locations where the password is asked for and while it may make sense for e-mail and password changes, language and time zone are more inconsequential (especially compared to what an admin account can do to a shop without ever being asked for a password)

In the dynamic product group, in addition to "Percentage ratio price/list price", there should also be a selection that accesses the extended prices and takes the rules there into account.

Admin Search: Search term disappears when switching search area
When using the search in Admin and you change the search area, the already entered search term disappears and needs to be re-entered.
This is a potential cause for frustration.
Imagine entering your product name, just to realise that you are in the search area "Orders", then switching to the search area "Products" and having to re-enter the same search term again.

Improve "Add product" UI function in orders
Shopware allows to add new products within existing orders. How ever, the way the button is currently designed is quite counter intuitiv and causes confusion.
The button consists of two parts: "Add product" and an area with an arrow, indicating further options. Users tend to interprate it as in they need to click on the arrow area in order to access all options to add a new product. How ever, there are only the option "Add custom item" or "Add credit".
This could be prevented by simply also showing the "Add product" option here as well.

Be able to create new Address Snippets
Currently, there is only a predefined set of snippets, that can be selected in "Settings > Shop > Countries > 'SELECT_COUNTRY' > Address Handling" for the Address Markup.
Adding new Snippets would be great for instance to add a new snippet for the street number or to customize the Address markup as you need it.

Tabs on the mask to create/edit products should be re-sortable
It would be helpful if the tabs in the mask for creating/editing products could be sorted or arranged individually.
Especially with regard to the extension of these tabs by plugins/apps, this makes sense, as otherwise important and frequently used tabs disappear from the display area and can only be accessed by constantly scrolling back and forth.

Add address validation options
It would be useful to have the ability to validate addresses inserted by customers against rules that can be defined in the Admin area for each country. Perhaps something like a regex validation.
This would allow for filtering of invalid characters, to validate the syntax in certain countries or in case of international shipping the filtering of entire character sets (i.e. Greek, Cyrillic, Chinese, Japanese). This helps with the creation of shipping labels and especially the latter use case would make it easier for shop owners to ship their products to those countries.

Add possibility to change shop default language
It is not possible to change the global default language of the Shopware 6 store after installation. This often leads to frustration or unexpected problems in the management of products and translations. Changing the global default language is currently only possible via a new installation or risky DB adjustments,

Uninstallation via cli should delete the folder of an uninstalled extension
If an extension is uninstalled via cli, the folder in plugins is not removed. This may lead to incorrect licence warnings. The folder should therefore also be deleted when uninstalling.

It would be helpful if you could store multiple sender email addresses in the system settings for different purposes such as status emails, sending invoices and shipping confirmations. For example, invoices could come from the email address invoice@Example.de, but status emails could come from info@Example.de. Shipping confirmations, however, could be sent from noreply@Example.de.
It would also be helpful if you could assign a customer a second email address, which would then be automatically selected when the invoice is sent. This is particularly necessary in the B2B sector, as the invoice usually goes to a different recipient than the original order confirmation

So könnten zum Beispiel Rechnungen von der Mail-Adresse invoice@Beispiel.de kommen, Statusmails allerdings von der info@Beispiel.de.
