Subscription: Possibility to change the addresses
It is currently not possible to change the delivery and billing address of a subscription either in the admin or in the storefront as a customer.
Although it is possible as an administrator to manually change the addresses of each individual triggered order, this is an unreasonable amount of extra work. There must be an option to change these addresses for the duration of the subscription.
So if customers move during a subscription, they have to take out a new subscription

B2B Components: Add communication in the offer to the order
Communication of an offer should be visible later in the order. This makes it easier for everyone to understand how the order and the prices came about.

Display Warning Before Deleting Assigned Properties
Currently, Shopware allows properties to be deleted even if they are still assigned to products, which can cause data inconsistencies. To prevent accidental deletions, a warning message should appear when a user attempts to delete a property that is still in use. The message could state: "This property is assigned to X products. Deleting it may affect product configurations. Do you want to proceed?" This would ensure users are aware of dependencies before making changes, improving data integrity and user experience.

Zoom preview does not show exact result
In the frontend, when hovering over a product image, it is zoomed in on and a frame is displayed in the image as a ‘preview’ or orientation for the zoom.
However, this preview does not exactly match the zoomed result.
It would be nice if the preview also showed exactly what the zoom then displays.3 votes -

Enable password reset despite expired invitation for employees (B2B)
Currently, employees whose invitations have expired ("Status: Invitation expired") cannot set a new password via the "Forgot password" function in the frontend.
Instead, a new invitation from the administrator of the B2B account is required. In our application context—for example, with decentralized employees, volunteers, or project participants—it often happens that invitations are not accepted immediately.
The two-hour deadline is too short in such scenarios. For the affected user, the lack of email functionality appears to be an error, leading to frustration and additional support effort. Our suggestion:
- Allow a password reset even after the invitation has expired.
- Or: Provide a configuration that allows the invitation period to be adjusted or the password function to be unlocked.
- Optional: add a hint text in the frontend if no reset is possible ("Please contact the administrator of your corporate account").
Added value for Shopware:
- B2B function becomes more usable for realistic use cases.
- Fewer manual interventions by admins.
- More flexibility for more complex organizations such as corporations, associations, or NGOs.

IP detection for Rule Builder
Rule Builder is a great tool for helping to shape the customer journey, but it currently can only operate in a reactive way. For example, if we have restricted products that can't be sent to a given state or country, the shopper can still see and potentially add them to the cart and it won't be until they enter their address that the products will be removed (in the case of a feature like Dynamic Access.) My suggestion is to add an IP condition to rule builder where users will be able to set rules based on the IP of the shopper so they can make a better user experience. This would also be a great feature for things like warehouse routing.

Show unit price in checkout
Within the /checkout/confirm page the unit price of each line item should be displayed - instead of just the "(incl. / excl.) VAT" and the "total" columns, as it is currently the case.

Extend the element varienty in shopping experiences | Funktion Elemente austauschen überarbeiten
EN
It would be very practical if it were possible to select any element in the “Replace element” function, which can also be added in the block settings. Because at the moment there are only selected elements there. However, we have often needed an element that is not available for selection. For example, the image element “two columns, centered”.

Improve navigation menu on mobile devices / Show all categories of the menu on mobile devices
If Shopware uses the hamburger menu (i.e. on small screens and windows), the navigation menu is confusing.
It works on the homepage, because you can see the different categories.
If you are on a product page, you see “Back” and “Show [category name]” in the menu.
This is very confusing because you are used to the navigation menu being the same on all pages. In addition, you can't immediately see which categories the online store has.
If you have a "About us" and a "Contact" page in the menu, visitors do not see it, which costs a lot of trust.
This unusual behavior costs a lot of sales.
The mobile menu should show all main categories to improve the usability, because it makes the navigation more intuitive and faster.

Analytics: Add user permission to see statistics
Currently, when the Shopware Analytics extension is installed and active, any user has access to those statistics. Since these statistics show partly sensitive organisation data, there should be a user permission, in order to define which user can access the statistics.
Example:
We access our Admin in our local store, when customers ask for certain products. Now we access the dashboard and the customer will see exactly how much revenue we made.3 votes -

Search for content for admin and frontend
The admin and frontend should also search for content from Content. There are always CMS pages that match certain search terms. For a better shopping experience, these should also be displayed in the search.

More AI with an advisory function
More AI with an advisory function
Admin:

- Sorting and categories can be composed individually based on user behavior. No more rigid structure, but an AI evaluation of what might suit the customer. Add "Closeout" Filter to Product Overview
A filter to show only closeout products in the product overview would simplify stock management and make it easier to identify and update these items. This is especially useful for larger catalogs and shops with frequent assortment changes.

Easier process to apply changes from Staging to Live and from Live to staging
Usually, the right way to apply changes is to first test it in your staging system. After the testing is successful, you need to apply the same changes once again in your Live system.
It would be great, if those changes could be synced easily between the two environments, allowing to apply changes from the staging easy and fast also in the live environment.

User permissions: Selective access to elements (Shopping Experience Layouts, products, etc)
It would be great, if the user permissions would also allow to give users only access to specific elements of a menu.
For example, if a user is only supposed to have access to one specific Shopping Experiences layout to work on, it currently requires the user to get access to all layouts.
Especially when you are working with external partners, which should only have access to designated elements, a more detailed permission level would be useful.

Connect multiple databases to a Shop
Customer data is often a very sensitiv topic. In our case, the desired set up for storing the data would be to have one database for the Shop relevant and a complete separate database for all customer related data.
