  1. Currently, states with federal states can be created in Shopware and different taxes can be stored for each state.
    For the USA, however, it should also be possible to store counties, as in the USA different taxes can apply for individual states as well as for individual counties.

  2. I think adding an option to choose a default value for the custom Fields would be a good improvement for the Admin. I was recently implementing a new Custom Field Set and I wanted to add default values that would be set anywhere where you would like to use the custom Fields.

    I just saw that there was also another issue that was opened a few years ago. It seems this is a wanted feature and would be greatly appreciated if you would plan it.

  3. If a customer requests a new password the password recovery page is very standard and simple. It would be great, if would be possible to design the page with a more user-friendly look.

  4. Sometimes we quickly need to download a document for an order. It would be helpful in the workflow, if documents could be downloaded directly from the order overview (was possible in SW5).

    Currently we have to click on the order first and then go the document tab to download a document.

  5. It should be possible to deactivate the header and footer in the e-mail templates or, even better, to choose between different headers and footers.

    This would allow a much more flexible design of the emails.

  6. We have a big variety of products and our customers are used to scrol through product lists comparing the details in the short description to decide which product they want to open for the big product description.

    In Shopware 5 there was this great possibility to have a line for the most important product facts.
    Now when you have a product list or the dynamic product group the customer just sees the first junk of information from the product description and when there is a new line the text continues without spaces.
    This looks very confusing and untidy.

  7. The Swiss language should be included as standard. This means that the corresponding flag (in the language switcher in the storefront) should be included directly when creating a sales channel with the Swiss language.

  8. Please add express buttons for google/apple pay. Customers are used to these and the payment options doesnt really make sense otherwise. Apple pay should also be disabled/hidden on non iOS devices.

  9. It is possible to add new content to the product under Layout in Product heading. However, this content cannot be exported with the product, as is otherwise possible with other product values. However, it would be desirable for customers to export the content of the product heading, as it can also be useful to change this field in a product using export and import.

  10. At the moment the dashboard statistics are bound to the permission to see the orders. If a role just need the right to work with the orders, and the merchant does not want, that the role member is able to look at the statistics, he has no way to configure this.

    It would be nice to have a permission to deactivate the statistics or the complete dashboard to a role.

If you make a (partial) cancellation and there is an error in the amount, e.g. due to manual adjustment for discounts, then you cannot cancel the cancellation that has already been made correctly, but can only create another (partial) cancellation document. This is probably not correct from an accounting point of view, as it would have to be possible to cancel the cancellation before creating a new cancellation (document).

  12. To further customise a shop's customer journey, it should be possible to customise the search results page.

    For categories with a layout with a product listing element, there is the option to activate/deactivate filters and to activate/deactivate filterable product properties as filters in the category settings and/or in the element settings.

    There should also be such an option for the search results page.

  13. Es wäre sehr von Vorteil wenn es möglich wäre im Backend/ Kataloge/ Produkte auch die Nettopreise angezeigt zu bekommen. Ist im B2B Bereich eine Einstellung die wirklich wichtig ist.

  14. It would be a useful addition if you could automatically adjust the product name of the variants with a variant specification for variant products.
    For example, for a T-shirt with different names, automatically add the colour property after the product name.
    This would be particularly helpful for customers who have many variant products with many variants in their store. A manual change is associated with a lot of effort, as there is no option for this via the multiple change.

  16. It is always necessary to create credit notes that have no reference to an invoice.
    For example, crediting a customer's expense (reimbursement of customs costs) without an existing receipt.
    It would therefore be an advantage if credit notes could also be created without a reference.

  17. Currently, there is no versioning of the CMS pages in shopware. As in other systems, versioning is for a long-time standard and would be desirable in the shopware CMS too. The option to revert changes or restore an older version of one layout is crucial for a fluid workflow.

  18. If having quite a big amount of promotions where you would like to adjust the sales-channel assignments, you would have to do so manually or directly over the database via sql - if I am not mistaken.

    It would be nice if either there would be a mapping for the sales-channel ids in the import-export profile or some kind of bulk edit for promotions.

  19. As a content creator, it would be great to have more options to format text. Changing font size and color or adding a class for optional formats would be a good start. With this, it would be possible for example to add accent colors to texts.
