  1. we are missing a rule-type "category"
    So it should be possible to automate e.g. the visibility of categories in relation to products
    - category visible when there is at least one active product
    - visibel when products with special offers
    - ....

  2. At the moment, you have to assign the cross-selling articles manually for each article. Here it would be good to add the function of being able to specify cross-selling articles directly for the category, so that you have the option of automatically assigning these cross-selling articles to all articles in this category.

  3. There’s a great opportunity to enhance the user experience in our administration modules by refining error handling. Currently, some users encounter cryptic messages like "Oops, that didn't work" or technical jargon that's hard to understand. By improving clarity and providing more helpful guidance, we can make these notifications more user-friendly and accessible. Addressing these issues will make troubleshooting smoother for all users, and it would be great to revisit this area to bring more clarity and support to error messages.

  4. If I add a product to the cart, with a price of 590,- then the shipping cost is 0,- because the shipping is free over 500,-

    If I add a promotion with 20% off, the shipping is still 0,- even though the price of the item is now 470,- and therefore under the 500,-. Then the shipping should be 49,-

    This has already been ticketed as a bug, but declined with the message "We have concluded, that the behaviour you describe does not meet the criteria for a bug and instead consider this suggestion to be an improvement."

  5. At the moment it is not possible to make any design settings for the CMS block banner (text and image with button). Please add customization options like:

    Minimum height in px
    Button color independent of theme settings
    The possibility to display more than one button in a line.

    At the moment you cannot change the height of the background image or the text element to adjust the display size in the frontend.

  6. Certain roles don't need to get notifications about licence violations and updates. Therefore, we need to bind those notifications to dedicated user permissions.

  7. It would be really nice, if we could define different discount levels depending on the shopping cart value in combination with one same discount code. This is a standard usecase for promotions.

    Currently this is not possible, because you can only define one shopping cart rule per promotion.
    Since you cannot create multiple promotions with the same discount code, multiple promotions with different shopping cart rules are not possible at this time.

    Either it should be possible to create multiple promotions with the same discount code or there should be an option to apply customer-, shopping cart- and order rules…

  8. It would be nice if one could trigger a flow from within another flow.

    This would give the option to implement the programming concept of "functions" within the flowbuilder.

    Our problem is, that our order placed flow is rather complex with a lot of rule checks,
    it would be nice to split the trees up into differnt flows, that could be triggered.

    Other example, you have a flow "send discount code and tag customer"-flow, which could be used in different flows without the need to rewrite the actions.

  9. Within Shopware 5, it was possible to select and export data from various database columns for the tax office/tax consultant.

    e.g.: ‘all orders from 1.7.2024 to 30.9.2024 and also specify the country of delivery and the tax rate per product’

    This is no longer possible with Shopware 6, but should be standard for quarterly tax reports.

  14. We would like to request the addition of several data query capabilities to the Export Assistant feature in the AI Copilot. Below are some example prompts that we believe would be highly beneficial:

    All orders with the voucher code XY in the period from X to Y
    All orders from the XY sales channel
    All orders with payment method XY from the XY sales channel
    Abandoned orders in the period XY
    All orders with a shopping cart larger than XY
    All orders with zip codes from X to Y
    We do not believe these queries involve highly complex data analyses.…

  15. In older versions of Shopware 6 the ranking points were shown in the advanced search preview. Currently it is not possible to estimate or optimise the search results, because the shares in the ranking can only be determined manually - if at all.

    Please make the ranking more comprehensible again.

    The is another feedback that seems to belong to default search (https://feedback.shopware.com/forums/942607-shopware-6-product-feedback-ideas/suggestions/45589468-understandable-search-results) maybe it's possible to find an algorithm for both.

  17. It would be a great improvement if it would be possible to replace the default search results page with Shopping experience layout when there are no search results.

    In the current situation, the customer leads to a dead end, which is not user friendly and most likely results in site abondenments.

  18. It would be a nice to have a feature that automatically tracks incoming "Pay in advance" payments and syncs those with the corresponding order, without manual effort.

    For payments, where it's unclear, an overview for manual check up would be nice.

  19. It would be great, if the Feedback button, which is shown prominently on the Dashboard of every Admin, would lead to a location, where you can actually share your generel feedback.

    Currently you are forwarded to the Github Issues overview, which makes more the impression like technical bugs are reported here.

    This feedback portal would be the better choice in my opinion.
