  1. It would be nice to be able to add product numbers to promotions as well optionally. This would make it easier for accounting for example to discern what happened in an order later based on an invoice, for example.

    The current handling of it (no product number or anything other than the promotion's name) can make it very difficult to understand what happened in the past - particularly because you must name promotions in a simple way so that the customer is not getting confused and understands what it is that grants them the discount.

  2. What should be possible?
    Collect abandoned cart for logged users, ability to review them in the admin, design email template and schedule reminder email to customers with their cards, auto-generate coupons for these emails.
    This could increase the CLV

  4. Back in Shopware 5 there was an option called "display inventory shortage in shopping cart" which - when enabled - showed a message within the offCanvas saying, that out of a requested amount, only a specific amount is left available. (For articles, where "on sale"-option (Abverkauf) is enabled).

    For example: "Unfortunately, we can no longer provide the item you requested in sufficient quantities. (10 of 20 available)."

    Please implement as an option for Shopware 6 aswell.

  5. As a user with admin rights you should be able to impersonate a user or a user from a specific user group and view the storefront through his account, without actually signing in to the account.
    This will allow you to see results more quickly and efficiently, especially when creating content spread out over different sales channels.

  6. If a shipping service provider creates damage to the package or the package is lost, only the net amount without VAT must be shown on the claim invoice. This is currently not possible.

  7. We would prefer that after the one-to-one replacement of images in the media manager automatically clears the cache.
    This is already known from other CMS systems.

    The reason why the feature would be good is that the page does not display an image without clearing the cache. Since the old assignment was overwritten and the new assignment is not active

  8. Creating rules at the Rule Builder and use those rules e.g., at the shipping methods with all the availability rules is hard and long work. Therefore, it can be very annoying, if I have to transfer Rule Builder & shipping method settings to other shops. Same story with the text snippets in several languages. It would be great if I would have the possibility to export individual or all rules at the Rule Builder and import them into another shop system.   9. Merchants often need to ad a simple script to their theme for example to validate ownership. Therefor there should be a possibility to add scripts to the storefront theme. Maybe integrated into the consent tool.

  11. We create the basis for our promotion campaigns in other systems - customer selection in one and product selection in the other. The financial data of the campaign (cost unit, date, etc.) is set up in SAP. We would appreciate if there were an import for this data in Shopware as we are creating up to 10 campaigns daily for various target groups in our busy months.

  12. As asked on StackOverflow (https://stackoverflow.com/q/76454802/12553209) it would be really good to have an additional privilege in the administration to prevent admin-users from creating other admin users.
    We have such a usecase, where we want a specific user group to create new user accounts, but they shouldn't be able to create them with admin privileges.

  14. Use case:
    we have 2 sales channels:
    - B2B (frontend display without VAT and other payment methods activated as B2C)
    - B2C (frontend display with VAT and other payment methods activated as B2B)
    - both channels have the same articles activated

    Problem: If you are not logged in, your shopping cart is emptied when you change channels.

    Request: Shopping cart is retained when changing channels, as long as the item is available in both channels.

  16. We have maintenance work in the cloud from time to time.

    In order for customers to be able to prepare for this and not set support tickets for this, it would be a great benefit for the customer if this were pointed out in the admin, e.g. 24 hours in advance.

    In this way, the shop could also inform the customers in advance.

  17. We want to validate street in the registration for using a number. Customer sometimes forget to enter a number in the street field, so the delivery is not possible. Simply checking for using a number could fix this problem.

  18. There are many cloud application updates that are not specified any further. We would like to know what has been addressed, and we would like to be informed when maintenance is planned so we don’t get surprised by our shop not being available.
    Atlassian status page has a subscription feature, so you only need to enable it

  19. Cloud customers are not able to clear cache if a change doesn’t appear in the storefront right away. We had to write multiple tickets to make a shopware employee clear our cache. So this feature would benefit us all.

  20. As a shop owner, I want to be able to show relevant cross-sellings on the search result page based on the search term. For example, the matching case for the iPhone or the matching anti-slip mat for the carpet. Could be combined with AI as well.
