2. Reorder items in multi-select / entity-multi-select via drag'n'drop

   Add possibility to reorder selected items/entities. Needed for plugin configs or smaller UI at cms elements, without the need to implement a list of items with sorting options.

4. AI Export Assistant: improve functionalities

   We would like to request the addition of several data query capabilities to the Export Assistant feature in the AI Copilot. Below are some example prompts that we believe would be highly beneficial:

   All orders with the voucher code XY in the period from X to Y
   All orders from the XY sales channel
   All orders with payment method XY from the XY sales channel
   Abandoned orders in the period XY
   All orders with a shopping cart larger than XY
   All orders with zip codes from X to Y
   We do not believe these queries involve highly complex data analyses. Could you please let us know if it will be possible to implement these features in the AI Copilot soon?

5. Download files from digital products through product detail page (administration)

   In the "Files" section (for digital products) we should implement a functionality to download files, that have been assigned through the product detail page. Currently it's just possible to "remove" files here.

6. Commercial: Advanced Search - show how ranking was determined

   In older versions of Shopware 6 the ranking points were shown in the advanced search preview. Currently it is not possible to estimate or optimise the search results, because the shares in the ranking can only be determined manually - if at all.

   Please make the ranking more comprehensible again.

   The is another feedback that seems to belong to default search (https://feedback.shopware.com/forums/942607-shopware-6-product-feedback-ideas/suggestions/45589468-understandable-search-results) maybe it's possible to find an algorithm for both.

8. Ability to replace no results layout

   It would be a great improvement if it would be possible to replace the default search results page with Shopping experience layout when there are no search results.

   In the current situation, the customer leads to a dead end, which is not user friendly and most likely results in site abondenments.

9. Automatically syncing of "Pay in Advance" transaction

   It would be a nice to have a feature that automatically tracks incoming "Pay in advance" payments and syncs those with the corresponding order, without manual effort.

   For payments, where it's unclear, an overview for manual check up would be nice.

10. Dashboard: Feedback button leads to Github Issues

    It would be great, if the Feedback button, which is shown prominently on the Dashboard of every Admin, would lead to a location, where you can actually share your generel feedback.

    Currently you are forwarded to the Github Issues overview, which makes more the impression like technical bugs are reported here.

    This feedback portal would be the better choice in my opinion.

14. We need repeater fields

    We come from WordPress/WooCommerce and use ACF Pro there. We heavily use the repeater feature to easily add new content to things that ... well ... repeat.

    We have several use cases:

    Customer logos, FAQs, USPs, trust badges, a list of links, accordion items, etc.

    These are all things that use the same set of fields repeated over and over. It is annoying to add new fields.

    For example, we need more customer logos. I have seven image fields named image1, image2, etc. Now I need to add up to 30 for new customer logos.

    So I need to manually add all those fields to the custom field and enhance the code to display those new fields in the storefront. Since you can't duplicate fields (another big issue), it takes !forever! to add all this new content.

    A repeater is must-have for modern content managementm Please add this to your premium product!

15. Clean up guest accounts after order is proceeded

    Some Online Merchants suffer from recurring guest accounts, cluttering the database. It would be good to have some kind of a configurable mechanism to delete guest accounts after the order is proceeded or after a specific time (month, years).

16. Show the names of the invoice and delivery address

    When you accessed an order in the Admin in Shopware 6.4.x.x, you got an overview of the exact invoice and delivery address, including the names of the person.

    Since version 6.5.x.x the invoice and delivery address can be found in our admin under "Orders > OrderID > Details". Here you can find both addresses, but the name of the person is not shown anymore.

    It would make things way clearer, if the whole address, including the name, would be displayed again, simular as it had been done in 6.4.x.x.

17. Add a 2nd tracking field for JTL customers

    Customers using JTL and Shopware can't use tracking number since JTL update 1.7.8.0. The reason therefore is, that JTL API now returns a full tracking link instead a tracking number.
    They justify this with multiple customer requests and that Shopware does not offer a second field for the complete link.
    It would be nice if we could help our customers in the short term by adding a second field in which the complete link could be entered. Since there are some customers who use JTL WaWi and the Shopware function (also for third-party plugins) is sabotaged, this would be very helpful for our users.

    Alternatively, the API could reject complete links, but I think another field is easier to implement.

    THE PROBLEM:
    Our customer works with different shipping prices per postal code.
    Therefor shipping cost can only be calculated wen a costumer has provided his postal code.

    When we now have a discount for shipping, the shopping dart does not display it.
    When a user enters a voucher/coupon code for it, the shopping cart does not show any notion, that has been applied or not.

    This is problematic since it gives the impression to the user that the discount or couponcode does not work.
    upon entering the voucher code (as a guest customer) there is no visual indication what so ever:

    • no indication that adding the code has worked.
    • no indication that it did not work.
    • simply nothing changes on the cart level.

    The fact is that the discount itself does work, because when you continue in the checkout and provide postal code, the discount gets finally applied.

    So to be clear: Technically the discount works properly;
    The issue here is that nothing is visible for the guest customer in the cart that has met the conditions for the discount.
