Add cart-related webhook events
Right now it is not possible to fully utilize integrations like Omnisend nor Mailerlite that track abandoned carts, as we do not have an access to this information neither using the Admin API nor webhooks.

More generic flow builder actions
The current order status triggers in the Flow Builder are limited, requiring users to set up individual triggers for each specific order status. To react to "any order status change" you would currently have to set up multiple identical flows.
We propose the addition of a more versatile "Order Status Changed" trigger that allows users to create workflows responding to any change in order status.
This applies to order status, payment status, delivery status, ... any fields that are currently very strict and could be handled more generally as well.5 votes -
Maximum quantity displayed before adding to cart
It would be nice if the customer would receive a message when an item is on sale that there is a maximum of 50 in stock, for example. The current situation is that a customer with a stock of 50, for example, can first add 25 and then 28 to the shopping cart and is only shown in the shopping cart that only 50 are available. It would be more customer-friendly if the customer received a message as soon as the stock is exceeded.

Possibility to redirect an inactive product to its main category
Actually if a product is deactivated in a sales channel we get a 404 error, having an option in the product entity to set an automatic 301 redirect to its main category could preserve the SEO juice

Exact spelling of voucher codes
Currently, it doesn't matter whether voucher codes are capitalized or not, as long as the code is correct. It would be nice to offer an option for the customer to set whether the voucher codes should be case-sensitive.

AI product description generator - Tonality
It would be nice to be able to define the tonality and / or politeness form (Du / Sie) when generating product descriptions using the AI Assistant. Currently in german it will always use the "Sie"-form.

Include function to apply promotions only to two different articles.
Currently, there is no good option to tell a promotion to only apply the discount to two different items.
Example:
Buy item A + 1 of items B-E and get a €250 discount
Buy item A + 2 different items from B-E and get 500 € discountThe first works without any problems.
The second also works, but it also works if you add item B to the shopping cart twice, for example.There is the rule “Total number of different items in the shopping cart” but this is also counted with items that are not part of the promotion.

custom fields for variants
When assigning an additional field to the main product, it is automatically inherited by all variants. If you wish to clear the additional field for the variants, the inheritance is automatically activated, which is inconvenient. One has to deactivate the inheritance first and then proceed to assign the additional field to the main product.

Flow for the renewal or upcoming renewal of subscriptions
There is currently no flow/trigger for the expiry of subscriptions or the renewal of subscriptions.
So far, this is only possible via time-controlled flows, but this is not very practical for customers.

[Shopping Experiences] Buy box multiple times on product page
We'd like to have the buy box on the product page multiple times: At the beginning and end of the page.
Unfortunately, if we duplicate the buy box, an error occurs that it is only allowed once.
Some other ecommerce platforms allow that and it would be great to have this in Shopware.

E-mail notification for customer group requests
It would be nice to set up an e-mail notification for a customer group request, e.g. via a flow in the Flow Builder. So far it is only possible to receive the e-mail notification for a customer group with a registration form after you have accepted or rejected the customer group request in the admin. An e-mail as soon as a customer has requested registration for a customer group would be a useful new feature for many customers.

Elle Theme: Standardized display of payment methods and shipping methods
Payment methods currently have a white frame on the main page of the store. This is not the case for shipping methods and therefore results in a different appearance.

Add config for each sales channel to bind customers to sales channel
In Shopware 5, it was possible to set the option to "bind customers to the shop" for each shop.
In Shopware 6, the config is only global. So it is not possible to set this for each sales channel separately.

Reorder via the admin
It can often be useful to "re-trigger" an order that has already been placed for the customer. This should be possible via the admin and can save a lot of time in day-to-day business.

Rule Builder: Topseller from the last x days/weeks/months
In order to build additional interesting categories, with the help of dynamic groups, it would be very helpful and useful to have the rule builder rule "top sales of the last x days/weeks/months".
In combination with other conditions (e.g. from the free time category, etc.), you could use this to build exciting rules that can be stored in a wide variety of places.

Categories with list view
At the moment, products are shown in a "grid view." To be more efficient and order products faster, it would help to have a "list view." Just list all products among each other, with just a small picture, SKU, price, and amount; that´s it. Like it is in the existing B2B Suite.

Include all data in email template preview
In the preview for the order confirmation mail template (Settings > Shop > E-mail Template), some information is not displayed, such as order items or the billing addresses.
I expect the email template preview to reliably display all available data.

Cancellation invoice: Negative total amount like credit note
Like the credit note, the cancellation invoice should have a negative total amount.
At the moment, everything except the total amount is negative (Cancellation invoice). This can lead to problems when exporting or connecting to a CRM.
