Remove hardcoded title suffix from static pages
There is currently no way to configure a global meta title suffix for static pages in Shopware without modifying the shop’s base meta information or implementing a custom plugin. For example, in CheckoutCartPageLoader::setMetaInformation(), meta titles are hard-coded, making it impossible to centrally manage suffixes for static or system pages. A global text snippet or configuration option for defining a meta title suffix applicable to all (or all static) pages would greatly simplify consistent SEO management and avoid unnecessary custom development.

Products offeren ONLY in subscriptions
Currently products can already be offered as subscription products within the Beyond plan. In the frontend can than be selected if it should be a subscription or a regular order. Unfortunately it is not possible to make products available ONLY as subscriptions products and deactivate the possibility to order it once for that product.

Advance payment for subscription for a fixed subscription period
The following use case occurs very frequently in our business model:
A person gives away a subscription for 3, 6, or 12 months. The giver does not want to pay for each individual shipment separately, but rather pay the total amount once at the beginning, and the subscription ends after the prepaid period.5 votes -
Placeholder system for properties & custom fields
The desired function allows the use of placeholders such as
{{ product.properties.<name> }} or
{{ product.customFields.<fieldName> }}
in various product fields. These should then be automatically replaced with the respective values.
✅ Potential benefits for retailers:
- Reduced manual maintenance effort
- Consistent and accurate product data
- Particularly helpful with many variants or large catalogs
- Works in the cloud without individual template adjustments2 votes -
B2B Components: Approval Rules: Add organization unit option
Currently you can only create approval rules that are active for all organization units. It would be great if we could also create approval rules specifically for an organization unit, in case I want different conditions to be applied for different org units.

Allow setting time zone for logs
Add the possibility to modify the time zone for the log files. This would make it easier to parse them, both by reading and via scripts or other means.

Two-factor authentication for Cloud shops
Damit der Zugriff auf den Cloud Shop Admin sicherer wird, sollte dort eine Zweifaktor Authentifizierung möglich sein. Diese wäre dann vermutlich auch für den Shopware-Account notwendig.

Admin order creation: Allow guests
Currently, it is not possible to create an order via our Admin unless the customer is registered. This presents an annoyance because it is still somewhat customary in some industries to place orders by calling a customer support hotline or something along those lines.
As it is now, when calling a merchant running a Shopware 6 shop, we first have to enter the customer menu, register a new customer (and ask our customer all their data) and THEN do the same thing after switching menus to orders again.
It would be a neat QoL feature to be able to do…

Allow the use of other time units for product restock time
For some products the restock time is the time to produce or import new products. In some industries this is not a question of days but weeks.
Currently the customer has to use 90 days instead of three months or 12 weeks.
In regular delivery times there is a unit to specify the numbers. Perhaps it is possible to add the same for restock time?

Improving admin management for product reviews
In order to work effectively with product reviews, improvements are needed in the admin management for product reviews.
Currently, managing reviews is not possible; there are no filters (e.g. product, stars, sales channel, language, approved, date) and after editing a review, you are taken straight back to the first page.6 votes -
Highlight incomplete CAPTCHA field in checkout
In the current Shopware SaaS checkout, which uses FriendlyCaptcha, users sometimes overlook the CAPTCHA field. After filling out all required fields, they attempt to continue the checkout process, but nothing happens. There is no indication that the CAPTCHA is missing.
While other required fields are highlighted in red or otherwise marked when incomplete, the CAPTCHA field does not receive any visual feedback. This can lead to confusion and interrupt the checkout experience.
It is therefore suggested that the CAPTCHA field be visually highlighted (e.g., marked in red) when it has not been completed, consistent with the behavior of other required…

There is a regulationPrice in the price field for this purpose, but it cannot currently be mapped.

Add separate configuration options to distinguish between “allow payment method change after checkout” and “allow retry of an aborted paymen
To better support payment workflows, especially with PayPal, it would be highly beneficial to separate two currently combined behaviors:
At the moment, the option “Allow payment method change after checkout” also controls whether customers can retry a previously aborted payment (e.g., PayPal popup was closed by mistake).
However, enabling this option on PayPal unintentionally allows customers to change from any other payment method (e.g., Prepayment/Bank Transfer) to PayPal after the order is placed. This causes serious issues in ERP/WMS integrations where such changes are not allowed.Proposed improvement:
Introduce two independent configuration options per payment method:“Allow switching to this…

Payment method change after order receipt with new payment method
Currently, when changing the payment method of an existing order (/account/order/edit-payment), the rule engine is not re-executed.
Instead, Shopware continues to use the payment methods that were available at the time the original order was placed.
This results in the following scenarios not being handled correctly:
- Payment methods become valid for the customer retroactively (e.g., based on tags, customer groups, or rules) → but do not appear in the selection.
- Rules change retroactively (e.g., "Always valid" is added) → no update occurs.
- Changes to customer data, addresses, or order items are not reflected. This means that customers…

Import / Export Profiles - technical names make identification more difficult
Since Shopware 6.7 (?) the import / export profiles use technical names. The customer's labelling has been totally erased, although it's still available in the translation table.
Of course the customer can now overwrite the new name default_product-copy-1762844593373 for duplicated profiles. But usually these profiles were marked like "Import prices manufacturer1", "Import prices manufacturer2" and so on.
Means the customer has to check all their profiles correct the technical name, which seems to be the same for any administration language. Please add the labeling again.2 votes -
Add user friendliness to new language handling
Since Shopware 6.7.3.0 the language pack displays a warning, that it's recommended not to use it and that it will not work with 6.8.x anymore. Unfortunately the deinstallation of the language pack removes all translations included there (test with 6.7.4.0, with selection "Remove all data it even throws an exception).
The dev docs recommend this way https://developer.shopware.com/docs/resources/references/upgrades/core/translation/language-pack-migration.html. But not every customer is feeling comfortable being forced to use the command line. It is intended to activate / deactivate a language via the language itself. So why don't you add an install / uninstall routine in settings > language to…1 vote -
Multi-user support for customer service representatives – login as any company employee in a B2B environment
In B2B transactions, customer service representatives regularly handle and process orders on behalf of customers, especially for telephone orders or orders requiring extensive consultation.
Currently, they log in to the backend with administrator rights and then use the "Log in as customer" function in the frontend to place orders directly in the shop or to assist customers with their use.
However, this approach currently only works for the primary user of a company account.
In cases where a customer uses multiple employee accounts within a company structure, it is not possible to log in as another employee of that company…

Improve Safety and Flexibility for Promotion Code Configuration
Context
In the current version of Shopware 6, when creating a new promotion, the field “Promotion code type” is automatically set to “No promotion code required”.
This UX choice was made intentionally to simplify creation of general cart-level discounts, which are the most common use case. However, this default selection can lead to unintended activation of promotions when a user forgets to change the option to “Fixed” or “Individual promotion code.”
In such cases, discounts may be applied to all customers instead of a limited target group, which can cause serious financial and operational issues.Problem
Users may overlook that…

Add more granular permissions for PayPal
Currently, every admin user with the permission to edit an order (order.editor) can issue refunds of PayPal payments. It would be very helpful to add more granular permissions so that employees can modify orders but cannot issue refunds.

Invert the filter criteria
Sometimes a filter result is needed, that does not show the result where the criteria fits but where it doesn't fit. As examples:
All customers outside my country that don't pay with XXX
All customers that don't belong to the customer goup xxxOne way for a solution could be to add a check box that leads to an invertion of the selected filter criteria.
