There should be an option to request Paypal payments retrospectively.

B2B Components: Option to set the quantity to 0 in a shopping list
It would be very important to have an option in the shopping lists to automatically ignore products with a quantity of 0.
Currently, if you try to add a shopping list to the shopping cart that contains a product with a quantity of 0, you get an error message (The quantity (0) is incorrect.), see screenshot.
Of course you can simply remove the products from the shopping list, but this is a lot of extra work.

Import / Export warehouse data and stock
In the import/export profiles, it is not possible to set the stocks per warehouse per file. The variables are available and can be used in the profile, but the fields are not taken into account in both directions. Please check whether it is possible to assign a product to a warehouse via import in the near future and also set stocks per warehouse.

Product Short Description for Product lists
We have a big variety of products and our customers are used to scrol through product lists comparing the details in the short description to decide which product they want to open for the big product description.
In Shopware 5 there was this great possibility to have a line for the most important product facts.
Now when you have a product list or the dynamic product group the customer just sees the first junk of information from the product description and when there is a new line the text continues without spaces.

Allow manipulating mail data with MailBeforeSentEvent
Currently, MailBeforeSentEvent has no setter methods to manipulate mail data.

My use case is that I want to edit the mail contents. For that, I need to adjust the return value of the private method "buildContents". That seems not possible with a decorator.
A workaround is to completely replace the core MailService class:

Improve Product Feed Export
It should be possible to output the shipping costs automatically as in Shopware 5, and not statically!
It should also be possible to output prices when they are generated with PriceRules. At least for the standard customer group.
It should be possible to exclude articles that were excluded with Dynamic Access from the feeds. At least for the standard customer group.
These are not "wishes" - rather things that should actually be a matter of course.

In SW5 there was a "new products" function on the product detail page - in a slider.

Admin Center: Show global article stock in order details
Admin Center: In the order detail it would help to show the overall stock of every position. It is a small change that helps the customer support if someone have questions about orders like delay on shippment.

Neutral shipping / select sender address
It should be possible to provide a field for neutral shipping for every order.
Agencies and many other corporate customers only order with neutral shipping and have the goods sent directly to their customer - as if it were coming from our customers.
At the moment and in times of dropshipping, this is only possible via an expensive in-house development, but should be available as standard.

Questions about the article
Even without an additional extension or programming knowledge, it should be possible to have a "Questions about the article" form in the standard system, which automatically omits article details such as the article name and forwards them to the store operator by e-mail.

admin ux: delete product button if you open the product in the detail page
It is still not possible to delete a products (with all variants if there are variants) while you are in the product details.
WHY:
The amin search is still bad: when a search for a product you can not refresh the listing page in admin for products for detelting the products with the three point menu.workaround for me: using a tag for the products like "delte product" and then in the product filter choose the tag and delete the product.

Single variant in cross-selling
It should be possible to display both main products and individual product variants in the cross-selling area. It is a great advantage for shop owners that you can set both.
For example, if a customer has selected a children's mattress in the size 70x40cm, it would be optimal to also have the matching fitted sheet suggested in this size. Allow bulk edit of media folders in Content - Media
It would be nice if we allowed our commonly used bulk edit feature in media as well so we can edit the properties (like thumbnail settings) in bulk.
Yes, the settings are automatically inherited down. But not everybody had the foresight to predict that and is now possibly stuck with dozens or more folders which they have to edit by hand.
Allowing bulk edit for media folders would make sure nobody runs into this problem again in the future.

Several discounts that build on each other.
At present, multiple discounts are always deducted from the total amount of the shopping basket.
There is also very often the scenario that multiple discounts are to be granted. In this case, the discounts should always be deducted from the new total, as otherwise far too much discount is granted.

Clean up of seo_url table
When a SEO URL gets deleted, for example when deleting a category, the row in the seourl table is not really removed. Instead the 'isdeleted' flag gets set to true. For big tables like the seourl, this is actually quite good behaviour, as it is much faster than deleting a row and rebuilding all indices.
However, after some time, the database table can grow very large with inactive "isdeleted = true" rows.
Proposal: add a cleanup task that actually deletes the rows that have "is_deleted = true"7 votes -

As a shop owner, I want to be able to define a set of employees and their roles. Set A: "Quick Order" and "Quote Management"; set B: all B2B components, for example. Maybe it could be combined with the Rule Builder: if rule A is true, set A.

do not inherit product assignment to upper categories
when products are assigned to category for example men clothing it will also be shown in clothing, which is the upper category and makes not always sense as some customers want to prioritize certain products and also this way the upper category will just be filled with many products
