  1. For the Product Managers, easily getting a view of stock levels is difficult - especially as the parent stock levels do not seem to be calculated from variant/child stock levels, and there is no simple way of just seeing underlying inventory levels (Parents and Non-variant single items are indistinguishable).

  2. Customers of shop owners not only place orders in the store, but also by phone or fax. Orders that were not placed via the store but via other channels should be easy to import, identify and also evaluate in B2B Suite, e.g. with the help of statistics.

  3. Current problem: You cannot prepare campaigns or flows for a certain time period.

    Current workaround: with rule setting for shopping experiences and or promotions you can already display certain content for a limited time period. However it would be handy to have the possibility to prepare whole campaign worlds upfront. For flows we do not have a workarount so far.

    Hypothesis: By being able to set timeframes merchants can automate even more of their processes. Targeting of certain customer segments gets easier.

    Possible scenarios: Black friday campaigning with landingpage, product visibility, e-mailings and promotion codesregular flows: every three months trigger…

  7. There should be more places where customers can customize the layout via Shopping Experiences, like the customer menu (Mein Konto Übersicht), checkout or registration.

  8. To prevent legal problems when ordering as a sales representative, it would be good if the sales representative could only prepare a quotation for the customer, which then has to be explicitly approved by the customer. So it should be prevented that the sales representative can place orders.

  9. If I am a customer who buys certain products over and over again, say monthly or yearly, it would be cool if Shopware would alert me if I want to reorder the product I order regularly.

  10. Currently it's not possible to set a ranking for the different product data fields. You can only prioritize if a field is relevant for the search or not - hence a title is as important as a description. This leads to false or bad search results.

  13. Offer a broader spectrum of options to integrate promotions which are matching the requirements of third-party systems such as ERP.

    Since every shopping system creates a promotion differently, it is always a pain to handle promotions while integrating an ERP system. Some can't handle positions without identifiers (order number/product number), and others can't handle their own promotion positions and require the direct deduction of the product prices.

  19. It's not possible to remove set product links e.g by using import / export or bulk editing. You have to click on the lock symbol manually. Something like this is missing:

    Update product_translation SET product_translation.description = null WHERE product_id IN
    (SELECT product.id FROM product WHERE product.parent_id is not null);

  20. Currently some functions as setting tags for customers, interacting with the flow builder etc. are missing for the B2B Suite. Hence, customers cannot fully use the potential of shopware when using the suite.
