  1. Remove the limitation to 25 results in lists, comboxes, etc.

    If you manage more than 25 languages or have more than 25 promotion rules with similar names - this problem is easy to understand. There are various places in the admin where pagination or auto-reload is given when scrolling.

    The request to Shopware:

    Please make this universal, and don't limit it to max 25 search results.

  2. Extensions can also be rated directly from the Extension Manager. The structure of the form here is problematic from our point of view.
    Here, only stars can be assigned in total, which are then, however, internally assigned equally to the areas of functionality, usability, documentation and support.
    If someone rates with 3 stars, all of these areas automatically receive these 3 stars. A differentiation is therefore not possible.

  4. Flow Actions require some changes.

    1) Optional config, headers and parameters

    Currently according to the flow-action.xsd the tags header, config and parameters are required. Because of this, we had to add a config tag even if our action has no configs at all. It is strange that the meta tag is not required.

    Solution: set minOccurs="0" for config, header and parameters tag in the xsd

    2) it is not possible to pass the the configured checkbox over parameters. the checkbox is a boolean field and parameter is a string field, because of this, the action will not be triggered.

  5. If customers use structure elements in menus, these elements will lead to another click in the mobile menu. Example: Our standard menu clothing > ladies. If you add a structure element clothing > clothing > ladies, the second clothing will be ignored in the desktop menu. In mobile view you have to click on the first clothing and then on the second clothing to open the menu you wanted to reach. Make it decisible for clients.

  7. If you insert a product slider into a shopping experience and you use less than 3 products, the products will not be centred on the page but left-aligned.

    If you want to adjust this via the layout settings (for example 500px left margin), the mobile display is no longer centred.

    It should therefore be possible to centre the slider regardless of the number of products stored.

  9. Currently, there is no way to test the rules placed at a block in the Shopping Experiences. For this, it would be helpful to be able to test the rules placed on a block in a preview. The customer should be able to check if what he has configured works.

  12. When Shopware creates new database tables, it should always add tags like the following. At least when these are the collations that are needed. Otherwise a little database misconfiguration can stop you from installing B2B-Suite for example.

  14. Especially for B2B merchants, basic product configuration solved with our Custom Products feature is not enough. Highly complex and individual configurations must be supported, e.g. to configure products like hardware parts, individual window/door requirements etc.

    3D Visualisation could reduce complexity, for example with explosion graphics demonstrating machines and their individual (spare) parts.

  16. With media, it is possible to search and replace files. It would be beneficial to have the same functionality for texts. For example, if a campaign name changes, we like to simply search for it and replace it with the new wording. This will then be changed everywhere in the shop where the old name was used (layouts, categories, product descriptions, etc.).

  17. If several orders are waiting for approval or the orders have not yet been processed, it should be possible to merge these orders. This saves customers and store operators effort and money.

  18. Currently it is not possible to buy a theme on the marketplace, write a own theme thats inherit on the bought theme and create duplicates in the admin for each sales channel.
    The duplicate icon is disabled because the inheritance would not work.

    I think not everyone will work on the SW6 default theme. Not everyone will write a own theme based on the default. There is also the way that you want to buy a good theme, which many configurations and features. Thats saving alot of time. But you might need to apply some adjustments.

  19. Based on the created manufacturers/brands, it should be possible to place their logos as an overview or slider into a shopping experience. A link could maybe show all products from this manufacturer/brand on a specific landing page.

  20. The basic approach and usability are quite good, but it fails in details that have a big impact:
    - Files are made visible along with ID in the URLs, this provides dead links when files are updated. We provide datasheets that are kept up to date. Currently we have 2,000 dead links and had to have the URL adjusted ourselves.
    - With reference to point 1: There is no tool for redirects.
    - The ID issue also exists with images.
    - The image files are too large due to the zoom on the product detail page, unless you use webp…
