  1. As a user in the administration, I would like to see the columns company name and B2B role in the administration of the customers (overview) in order to be able to identify customers more quickly.

  2. For shops with many variants, it isn't apparent if all variants are always displayed in the drop-down menus in the admin (e.g. for cross-selling) instead of one main product. It would be more effective to set in the admin that only the main product would be displayed in the lists.

  3. As a content creator, I maintain content for 2 or more sales channels within a shopping experience. For this, it would be very helpful if I could assign the whole section to a sales channel via the Rule Builder. Currently, I have to do this for each content block individually.

  6. As a shop owner, I want to be informed about anomalies in my shop. Example: At a normal day, the shop makes 100 offers per day. But in case of a price error the shop makes 1000 order per hour. For this it would be great so set "alerts" based on rule. Condition: "amount orders per second/minute/hour/day greater than 1000" > mailt to shop owner.

  8. Customers of shop owners not only place orders in the store, but also by phone or fax. Orders that were not placed via the store but via other channels should be easy to import, identify and also evaluate in B2B Suite, e.g. with the help of statistics.

  9. Current problem: You cannot prepare campaigns or flows for a certain time period.

    Current workaround: with rule setting for shopping experiences and or promotions you can already display certain content for a limited time period. However it would be handy to have the possibility to prepare whole campaign worlds upfront. For flows we do not have a workarount so far.

    Hypothesis: By being able to set timeframes merchants can automate even more of their processes. Targeting of certain customer segments gets easier.

    Possible scenarios: Black friday campaigning with landingpage, product visibility, e-mailings and promotion codesregular flows: every three months trigger…

  15. To prevent legal problems when ordering as a sales representative, it would be good if the sales representative could only prepare a quotation for the customer, which then has to be explicitly approved by the customer. So it should be prevented that the sales representative can place orders.

  17. Currently it's not possible to set a ranking for the different product data fields. You can only prioritize if a field is relevant for the search or not - hence a title is as important as a description. This leads to false or bad search results.
