  1. It would be great if you could contribute directly to data cleansing in the migration tool.
    For example, "No guest orders", "Orders in the last X months" or similar.

  2. When browsing in shops with a very similar assortment, it is often hard to see what is already in the basket, and the customer ends often up on a product that is already in the cart. It would be great to have a system config for that to enable or disable a badge function on the listing and product detail page.

    I had this experience recently when buying a pair of jeans pants, which at first glance looked all the same in the listing. It should be performant if just the UUIDs are compared/matched (like Rules).

  3. In 6.4 there was a switch in the admin orders to turn the discounts on and off, and thus recalculate them when a change is made (items are added or removed).

    In 6.5 it is no longer available at this point.
    Instead, there is such a switch under the Details tab.

    If I deactivate the discount, a message appears that changes should be saved, but after saving and switching to the General tab, the discount is still present.

    A discount can then only be deleted manually, because unfortunately it does not automatically adjust to a change.

  4. Currently, the positioning of the currency symbol depends on the language used. It would be desirable to have a setting where the currency symbol can be placed actively (per sales channel, if possible).

  5. The activity stream can also be used as a helpful chat to exchange information. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a line break there. This makes sense when a formal form of address is used.

  7. Sometimes it is necessary to make the customers additional information or files available. These should be available to the customer in the customer account.

  8. The choice of themes is more than modest.

    A handful of providers who reheat their themes in different forms is not a real selection. The design of the themes is almost always the same.

  9. The system is regularly changed by shopware without there being a proper roadmap for it.

    Apparently interfaces are changed instead of deprecating them and ensuring a transition phase, at least that's how I have to understand the warnings that are issued in the shop when enhancements are made. It is completely unacceptable from the customer's point of view if sufficiently large transition phases are not observed in which all providers can adapt to innovations/changes.   11. Currently, within the currency settings, I have the option to specify whether each item in the cart should be rounded or only the total. Explicitly, however, it should be possible here that discount values are not rounded, even if, for example, the rounding of all shopping cart items is activated.

  15. The mobil-first approach may be technically lived, but it does not exist in the application. There are no options for mobile content settings or adjustments. Not even a preview exists. Here you can only be reactive on the road. Even the headless approach only affects the display, but not the usability as an admin.

  17. Extensions can also be rated directly from the Extension Manager. The structure of the form here is problematic from our point of view.
    Here, only stars can be assigned in total, which are then, however, internally assigned equally to the areas of functionality, usability, documentation and support.
    If someone rates with 3 stars, all of these areas automatically receive these 3 stars. A differentiation is therefore not possible.

  18. There are missing a lot of conditions that would be very helpful in the Rule Builder, for example:
    - order placed by a customer in frontend or manual order by admin in the backend
    - order has a document xy (to check e.g. if invoice has been already generated)
    - more entities with custom fields as condition, for example "Order with custom field" or "Payment / shipping method with custom field"

  19. Currently the B2B Suite has the same address fields as the B2C storefront
    but it should have some additional fields/options on the different places
    to adapt B2B specific needs for addresses (e.g. tax numbers, country display etc.).
    Also, it is not possible to edit addresses during the checkout process.

  20. When I want to enter a search term in a search field of a form in the admin, I hardly have time to type in a complete search term. The time after pressing the key until the search is triggered gives me a maximum of (perceived) 200 milliseconds. For example, if I want to search for the word "Man", a brief hesitation leads to the content being deleted after entering "M" and then entering "A" leads to a completely different search result.

    At some points, the edit field also loses focus, so that I have to keep clicking in the…
