  2. If a wafi is used, smileys usually cause errors during import. An option that prevents the input or automatically converts it to special characters would be very helpful.

  3. Let's assume I want to add a plugin which adds a slider with images to the frontend. These images have to be different depending on which language is set for the shop. If the customer changes the language in the frontend a different image should be displayed.
    There is no way to configure something like that in a comfortable way at the moment as far as I'm aware of.

    So the idea would be to either make the plugin setting values translatable or make media files translatable.

  4. You can see all the individual promotion codes in the administration and send them to the customers, but there is no option to export the codes.

    Usecase: A merchant can create a promotion with individual codes, export these, and send them e.g. via mail individually to the customer with a newsletter.

  6. As a shop owner, I want to be able to let customers pay only with prepayment when their return ratio is higher than 50 %, for example. An option "return ratio" within the Rule Builder would be helpful for it.

  8. Front-end APIs currently require a password to be sent in to authenticate customers into Shopware. Merchants who use a third-party Identity Provider (IdP), they want to have a third party maintain user information for use beyond just the e-commerce channel. In these instances, Shopware should not want to maintain the password for the customer, that should only ever be updated in the IdP. At the moment, the only way for a Merchant to implement SSO is in the fully-hosted model where they would be required to make some code changes to customize the platform.   9. If a webhook call in a Flow
    Builder flow fails today, it is captured in a log, but no action is
    taken on it beyond that. This makes the webhooks unreliable
    as if there is ever a failure, the customer wouldn't know
    without actively monitoring the logs. Adding a configurable
    retry process (number of times to retry and retry interval)
    would allow customers to have more confidence in using
    Flow Builder webhooks.

  10. On event "Order-Placed" the email order confirmation is send to the customer.
    It is NOT possible to stop this email, as it is send outside flow-builder.
    Only after this event the flow-builder can be used to do some action.

    It would be better and more logical, to have this event already through flow-builder. This would give the possibility to react to the order content, payment, etc. and give more specialized order-confirmations.

  11. Sometimes the cooperation with customers does not fit for various reasons and you want to end the cooperation, or you do not want a certain store to rent the offered subscription license in the Shopware Store.

    At the moment there is no possibility to cancel subscription customers in Shopware Store, in the future there should be a possibility for this.

  13. If you also want to use Shopware to integrate the company website (with integrated shop/product catalog) with a large number of different content pages, there is the problem that you first have to create a layout for each page.

    It should be possible to create new or duplicated (from existing) layouts faster.

    This could be one or two buttons in the category which do the following

    A) "create new layout for this category and assign"
    B) "copy layout of this category to a new category and assign to the category"

  14. If you want to change color settings in the theme, by default no actual colors nor color codes are displayed.
    To improve this you should:
    1. show the actual color next to the default values.
    2. show the actual HTML color codes (hexadecimal codes) instead of "$sw-color-brand-primary".
    3. add a button "Reset to default values".

    This would make it much easier to see if you are actually at the right setting in the theme to get the change you desire in the theme frontend.
    This would save a lot of time in adjustments.

  16. If you currently export orders manually, there is one line per order in the CSV file. In the line there is only the total price of all products, recognizable only by their UUID.
    It would be desirable to create one line in the CSV per product per order, with the respective unit price and the product number (SKU).

  18. Initially, Sendcloud by Shopware did the job. We were able to track the shipping status in the order view. Since Sendcloud isn’t available anymore for cloud customers, there is no shipping provider that interacts with shipping status, and we have to update the status of every single order ourselves. Look for a new partner that integrates with the shopware order status.

  19. At the moment, you can only choose one digital product from every digital product in the same order process.

    But if you want sell f.e. concert cards as digital product, you want to sell more than one card per purchase.

    Just like physical products, you should be able to increase the number for the product.
