  1. It should be possible to directly share paypal payment links through the backend. We oftentimes observe that customers can cancel the checkout process for various reasons and want to return to it later.

    We would like to see the payment link if any kind of paypal payment method is selected and if the payment is neither completed nor the order cancelled, we would like to be able to resend it to the customer of the order by mail.

  3. If I want to add a new property in a product under "Specifications" and then enter something in the search field, the system searches directly and deselects the search field. Perhaps it should be built in here that you have to press "Enter" to search so that it does not search automatically. This is confusing, as a search is also performed after 2 letters.

  4. If we build a shopware pwa / frontend you must reverse engineer and reimplement all payment providers by yourself for example, Unzer, SwagPayPal etc.
    Every payment plugin has many payment processes like credit card, sofort, sepa, invoice, invoice and secure and many more.
    Every of these payment processes needs additional information fields like birthday or paypalOrderId or isPaypayExpressCheckout Flag etc.
    But the current state of payment integration doesn't allow it to transfer information in the handlePayment() or createOrder() functions. So every time we must build workarounds for theses functionality.

  5. Adding a condition in the Rule Builder to find out the number of different manufacturers of the products in the shopping basket. This can be used, for example, for discounts on products from different manufacturers. Currently, it is only possible to use the general number of products in the Rule Builder as a condition.

  6. If you have a commision system outside from Shopware like inside an ERP, it would be very usefull, if there is a clear identifier on those orders like the customernumber of the salesrepresentative or his/her Email... or maybe a special number for the salesrepresentative - like you do with affiliate- or campagnes-codes.

  7. If a wafi is used, smileys usually cause errors during import. An option that prevents the input or automatically converts it to special characters would be very helpful.

  8. It should be optional to use Digital Sales Rooms without daily.co and/or Mercure. If these configs are not set no live video is possible.

  9. As a shop owner, I want to be able to let customers pay only with prepayment when their return ratio is higher than 50 %, for example. An option "return ratio" within the Rule Builder would be helpful for it.

  10. During migration, it should be clear in the log where information is missing/null or cannot be found.

    The migration log is very difficult to read for non-developers.

  12. Initially, Sendcloud by Shopware did the job. We were able to track the shipping status in the order view. Since Sendcloud isn’t available anymore for cloud customers, there is no shipping provider that interacts with shipping status, and we have to update the status of every single order ourselves. Look for a new partner that integrates with the shopware order status.

  14. Currently, it is not yet possible to search the product templates of the Custom Product extension. If you have a lot of templates here, it is very tedious to find the desired one in the overview. Here, it would be good if this is included, for example, via the admin search.

  16. In 6.4 there was a switch in the admin orders to turn the discounts on and off, and thus recalculate them when a change is made (items are added or removed).

    In 6.5 it is no longer available at this point.
    Instead, there is such a switch under the Details tab.

    If I deactivate the discount, a message appears that changes should be saved, but after saving and switching to the General tab, the discount is still present.

    A discount can then only be deleted manually, because unfortunately it does not automatically adjust to a change.

  17. The activity stream can also be used as a helpful chat to exchange information. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a line break there. This makes sense when a formal form of address is used.

  19. When you have a lot of pages with properties, it would be a help to look through letters in pagination instead of page-numbers. It would be great to have this option.

  20. When I want to enter a search term in a search field of a form in the admin, I hardly have time to type in a complete search term. The time after pressing the key until the search is triggered gives me a maximum of (perceived) 200 milliseconds. For example, if I want to search for the word "Man", a brief hesitation leads to the content being deleted after entering "M" and then entering "A" leads to a completely different search result.

    At some points, the edit field also loses focus, so that I have to keep clicking in the…
