  1. A filter to show only closeout products in the product overview would simplify stock management and make it easier to identify and update these items. This is especially useful for larger catalogs and shops with frequent assortment changes.

  2. For example, when filtering for the discount code "LENABLACK", all orders containing codes such as "ANNALENABLACK" are also shown.
Since the overview does not include a column displaying the discount code, each order must be opened individually to see which code was actually used.

It would be helpful to have a dedicated column for the discount code in the order overview or to enable filtering based on exact matches.

  3. Currently it is not possible to add a rule to a discount that checks the amount of products per lineitem and additonal conditions.

    e. g.

You want to ensure that only products with a tag and an amount of 10/above is in the cart. This has to be checked by lineitem, so products and variants that include the TAG but have only an amount of 1 in the cart do not apply to the discount.

if you use the condition "amount of products" it is related to all itemlines of the cart.

If you choose "Item quantity" it matches, but…

  4. It is currently not possible to delete properties via the small X (see screenshot) using a detailed privilege.

The deletion is currently bound to the technical privilege “product.deleter”, which cannot be found in the admin and can only be given via API/DB or the general deletion permission for products.

Using "Configure properties", you can also delete the properties via a detailed privilege, but it should also be possible to simply delete properties using the small X.

  5. Actual behaviour:

It seems that Shopware does not store the customer group with the order, instead retrieving it from the customer record when the order is updated. This behavior might lead to potential inconsistencies in how orders are processed, especially if the customer group changes over time.

    Additional Notes:

Other shop systems store the customer group along with the order to maintain consistency.
Shopware triggers specific rules or actions based on the customer group, so this behavior may cause issues with rule application or order management.
While this may be intentional, it could lead to unintended changes in customer-specific behavior,…

  6. In discussions with larger Shopware customers, there is always a request for the export to be expanded.

The export module is fine. However, as requested in other programs, a button for exporting what is currently being displayed is missing on individual pages (e.g. order overview, customer overview).

The export module does not have this simple but helpful function. You first have to switch to the module and then export and select all entries. This is very complicated and takes a lot of time and many unnecessary clicks in daily work.

It would therefore be very helpful and time-saving to have…

  7. Some customers have incorrect charsets running in the background (database). This is normally only noticed when errors actually occur, e.g. during an update.
It would therefore be a great advantage if the charset could be checked in the background and if there was then a message in the admin, for example. This would prevent errors in future updates.

  8. There should be fixed roles for employees. The classic roles such as customer service (read only) and SEO should be available as standard. Access to each individual setting point should be separately selectable.

  9. Currently, when managing translations for CMS configurations (such as a text block, images, ...) within product or category pages, the process is quite time-consuming. We need to manually switch languages and update the field one-by-one for each language. For stores with multiple languages, this creates a lot of overhead for even small content updates like updating a photo.

I’d like to propose a bulk translation editor that allows us to edit the config of a CMS element across multiple languages in one view, similar to how snippet management already works at this moment. This would greatly improve usability and efficiency…

  10. When the pictures are very different in size or ratio, the gallery slider pops out downside or shrinks back upside, which is not very nice

an option to choose a certain height so that the pictures scale to it would be nice

  11. If you want to place an order from an offer, but one of the items is no longer available (on sale), you can no longer place the entire order. An error message is displayed “The product [...] is no longer available”.

It is also not possible for the customer in the frontend or the admin in the backend to edit the offer afterwards and remove the affected item

This makes the entire offer unusable, which is of course particularly unfavorable for a B2B store, as customers here compile complex offer requests with 50 or more items.

    It would actually make…

  13. DE

    EN
The full-screen option for YouTube videos is disabled if you've set the option to "Only load videos after user confirmation." However, it would be nice to be able to watch the video directly in full-screen mode.

  14. The width of the window in the B2B module should automatically adapt to the size of the screen and not have a fixed width of 960 px as it does now. Editing the offers is almost impossible with constant scrolling.

  15. When configuring a sales channel in a SaaS shop, you get a list of all connected domains to this instance.

When using the SaaS shop as a headless store API, you won’t point your store’s domain to the Shopware SaaS backend to serve whatever frontend is in place.
Therefore it would be useful to have the option to configure any domain, and not only connected domains, in a sales channel.

And in order to create emails with correct URLs for order confirmation, sign-up etc., we need to remove the constraint that only connected domains can be used as sales channel…

  16. Authorities should be handled as B2B customers, but they don't have a VAT-ID. So, it's currently impossible to register a new account for authorities and have vat-id validation turned on.

It would be nice to have a third option besides "private" and "company", which would be a B2B account without a VAT-ID, while "company" would still be validated for a correct VAT-ID.

  17. The order list is a great feature for B2B customers to make predefined carts available in a fast fashion. Especially, when the same orders have to be placed on a regular scale.

It would be even better, if there was a scheduling for those order lists. So customers do not have to manually order the same products over and over again.

It would be technically like Shopwares Abo function, just for whole carts with predefined products.

  19. When a product is added to cart, the whole cart bar is dynamically shown, blocking a good chunk of the right side of the screen. This rips the buyer out of the shopping process, especially when the customer wants to fast add a couple of different products.

Instead, a small popup in the any corner of the screen, showing the picture, name and the overall cart value would be sufficient. It could also have a button, where you can then access the whole cart.

That way the buyer has the confirmation that the product indeed was added to the cart…

  20. If you create new variants, you can store the option ‘Expand property values in product listings’ in the ‘Storefront presentation’ configuration. It should be possible to set this setting as the default.
