    to send a previously defined email template to any email address. This option is only available for one recipient. For dropshipping, for example, you need several recipients

  2. If a customer starts a conflict on PayPal, it is not shown in the order or order overview.

    In shopware 5 there was a note in the order list.

    Yes, there is a conflict list, but it would be appreciated when a conflict is shown in the corresponding order.

  3. The sorting of the variant options within the variant overview (opened via the main article) differs from the variant overview - opened via the button in the general article overview. However, the view should be the same.

  4. Cooperation with PIM (Product Information Management) software like Pimcore or Akeneo. These both software tools are Open Source. Goal is to better and faster integrate the PIM software with Shopware 6.

  5. There should be a way to assign the sales channels directly to the shipping methods in order to keep track of which sales channel the shipping method takes place in.
    Currently only possible in the sales channel itself.

  6. Either standard migrations from the most common platforms like Shopify would be good, and alternatively a documentation on best-practice and a guideline on how to migrate from other platforms.

    Like with Magento we have used the one from Shopware, which works good. Like with Shopify we have had to write our own set of CLI tools to migrate products etc over to Shopware, but this should be a more general feature.

  7. Integrate ChatGPT specifically for the use of code interpreter to be able to create shop data analysis and data visualisation for different shop entities e.g. for order statistics, (anonymised) customer behaviour, product data, recommendation performances, search statistics, etc.

  8. Extensions can also be rated directly from the Extension Manager. The structure of the form here is problematic from our point of view.
    Here, only stars can be assigned in total, which are then, however, internally assigned equally to the areas of functionality, usability, documentation and support.
    If someone rates with 3 stars, all of these areas automatically receive these 3 stars. A differentiation is therefore not possible.

    This is more than unfortunate in that here then sub-areas are supposedly evaluated, although these can not be judged at all (for example, no support was contacted, and we have for many…

  9. If customers use structure elements in menus, these elements will lead to another click in the mobile menu. Example: Our standard menu clothing > ladies. If you add a structure element clothing > clothing > ladies, the second clothing will be ignored in the desktop menu. In mobile view you have to click on the first clothing and then on the second clothing to open the menu you wanted to reach. Make it decisible for clients.

  10. If you insert a product slider into a shopping experience and you use less than 3 products, the products will not be centred on the page but left-aligned.

    If you want to adjust this via the layout settings (for example 500px left margin), the mobile display is no longer centred.

    It should therefore be possible to centre the slider regardless of the number of products stored.

  11. When Shopware creates new database tables, it should always add tags like the following. At least when these are the collations that are needed. Otherwise a little database misconfiguration can stop you from installing B2B-Suite for example.

  13. Currently it is not possible to buy a theme on the marketplace, write a own theme thats inherit on the bought theme and create duplicates in the admin for each sales channel.
    The duplicate icon is disabled because the inheritance would not work.

    I think not everyone will work on the SW6 default theme. Not everyone will write a own theme based on the default. There is also the way that you want to buy a good theme, which many configurations and features. Thats saving alot of time. But you might need to apply some adjustments.

  14. The tag ID is needed to bulk upload a CSV similar to this one. Else we could fix the import accepting tag labels instead of the ID.

Presently, it is not possible to handle products that are usually sold in DIY stores or interior design markets like fabric, wood etc. as they are sold as so called "yard goods", for example 1.5 linear, square and cubic meters and so on. This also goes for the sale of working hours etc as one cannot enter non-integers.

    Please enable this feature in standard functionality of Shopware, as I guess that this is a wide used functionality and thus gives SW6 more reach.

  19. To show when an offer is ending, a counter as a content element for the shopping experiences that is compatible with the PWA would be great. Different designs should be available, and the possibility to set the end date including time.
