  1. As you could possibly enter a full tracking-link to the tracking-code field within the order details, it would be nice to make it clickable for the customer within his account. Currently, it is only shown as plain text.

  6. There should be a trigger in the Flow Builder for customers who give a feedback. So it will be possible to send them an email automatically.

  7. It should be possible to reply to a contact form. Email from the contact request/contact form should jump in directly as a recipient when one clicks on reply.

  8. As a customer, I would like to be able to activate in the customer account, which filters should be displayed to me in categories. For example, in fashion shops, it could be interesting to display only certain brands, sizes, and colors. Show me only clothes from the brands "adidas" and "Nike" in the sizes "M" and "L", in the colors "black" and "white".
    Filters should also be able to work the other way around: DON'T show me clothes from the brands "adidas" and "Nike" in the sizes "M" and "L", in the colors "black" and "white".

  9. It should be possible to define a "secondary" variant where the end customer get's redirected to, if the variant he clicks on (via search suggest, landingpages etc.) is sold out.

  12. The debtor should be able to create a central purchase („Zentraleinkauf") with the help of the role administration in the B2B Suite and limit this central purchase to a certain catalog assortment (e.g., only 50,000 of 60,000 products). The central purchasing department, in turn, should also be able to restrict buyers to a certain assortment of only 250 products in the front end within the B2B Suite.

  13. If several orders are waiting for approval or the orders have not yet been processed, it should be possible to merge these orders. This saves customers and store operators effort and money.

  14. It would be great to be able to duplicate wildcard environments in account.shopware.com.

    When you start to have 20+ licenses in a wildcard environment, a manual copy of all licenses starts to take some time ;)

  15. It should be possible for the various customer group registration forms to be embedded in the shopping experiences as forms/content. Currently, this is only possible for individual contact forms with the CMS extensions.

  16. Possibility to create promotions that not only apply discounts but also can add addtional costs in certain cases.Example: customer has a cart volume over 100,00€ and chose payment method "cash on delivery" -> this should cost 5,00 € additionally because the risk is higher

  17. Currently sales representatives do not see commissions or general other states about their customers. But this would be helpful for their motivation and ease up the customer management, esp. if there is no ERP system involved, covering up those functionalities already

  19. Challenge: Our dealers need to be able to maintain images for the individual languages individually on the product. Currently, this is not possible because the images are the same for all languages.

    Solution: The merchant can choose, similar to the variants (chain symbol), whether the images on the product should also differ in the languages.

  20. Currently its not possible to natively configure, if a category should be flagged with
    "index/noindex" and "follow/nofollow", which is necessary for SEO.

    Current workaround: use a custom field and theme-adaptions
