  1. If a variant is not available through Dynamic Access, it will still be displayed on the product details page. If you then select it, another variant will be selected.

    There should be an option to hide unavailable variants completely so that they are no longer displayed.

  2. If you are working in a variant and then click on the "Back to variant overview" button, you will be taken to the first page of the overview, even if you were previously on a different page.

    This means that you always have to open the desired page of the overview again.

    It is best to be redirected to the page from which you originally came.

  3. First name should be available in the Rule Builder so that you can block first names such as “Family” from the shipping methods.

  4. It would be nice to have an option to deactivate the checkbox for "I have read and accepted the general terms and conditions" and only display a note, as is also possible with the Data Protection Information during registration.

  5. Right now, there is no way to import digital products. Neither using the Im-/Export feature, nor using the API.

    It should at least be possible to create/import digital products using the API, because otherwise it is not possible to comfortably connect a different erp-system for digital products or to migrate from another shopware instance.

  6. It should be possible to display both main products and individual product variants in the cross-selling area. It is a great advantage for shop owners that you can set both.
    For example, if a customer has selected a children's mattress in the size 70x40cm, it would be optimal to also have the matching fitted sheet suggested in this size. However, there are no matching versions for other products. There, it would be better to have the main product suggested without a size selection and with a 'from' price.   7. It is currently not possible to use individual discount codes of a promotion together.
    This means, for example, if you send a customer 4 individual voucher codes with a €50 discount each so that they can redeem their €200 total discount either split up or several codes together, this will not work if the individual discount codes all come from one promotion.

    However, if the individual discount codes come from 4 different promotions, the customer can redeem them in combination.
    This function would be a useful extension for many customers, for example by adding a button in a promotion asking…

  8. It would be great if you could create a template for the custom products and assign the images for special images. For example, you could have the name personalised for all products. However, the customer only sees the image of the product in which variant you are. So you don't have to create a thousand templates, but one template for names and then add variant images.

    A file name with spaces, umlauts or similar leads to errors in the standard product import, as the file names cannot then be analysed correctly. For example, Test Y.jpg would become Test%20Y.jpg. The original file name cannot be changed by the import, but it would be a useful addition if the import automatically corrected such names and then used them in the further process for creating the media and assigning them to the product.

  10. The products use the category that was added first as the breadcrumb. There is no option to specify which category should be used for the breadcrumb.

    A possibility to define this in the administration would be great.

  11. Even without an additional extension or programming knowledge, it should be possible to have a "Questions about the article" form in the standard system, which automatically omits article details such as the article name and forwards them to the store operator by e-mail.

    At present, this is only possible via custom programming or an extension.

    • copy & paste results in horrible HTML code (very long and unhappy)
    • there is the possibility to paste HTML code, but when switching to the normal editor afterwards, it just deletes my input. And this is true for every piece of HTML code, even a simple p-tag!
      • Images or tables can't be inserted (except via HTML, but that's not possible, because the editor deletes my HTML every time I change the settings).

  12. Additional fields should be able to be filled in the order assistant because you often want to include an external reference when confirming your order. Currently you can only fill out the fields after confirmation has been sent.

  13. Show sales after cancellation...

    • The order data exported in the following way ‘Import / Export under Settings > Shop > Import / Export’, also show the turnover of the original shopping cart if the customer has cancelled (a product for example) in the meantime.

    • I need an export list of the orders that also show the turnover that the customer has made after cancelling.

    • And I need an export list of the orders, in which the comments are shown, which are entered in the backend when processing a cancellation.

  14. After import of NEW products the funktion to download the import-data should include the new created Id's of the new products. They are needed for further import of extended prices, accessories, similars, properties and media.
    That would be much easier and faster rather then picking them out of the complete stock of articles that must be downloaded again and again.

  15. There is a function for canceling orders directly by the customer in the frontend / customer account.

    Currently, this cannot be set any further, so that, for example, orders that have already been dispatched or completed can also be canceled.

    There should be setting options for when a customer can cancel an order in the customer account.

  17. Staffelpreise sollten über alle Varianten gerechnet werden: Kunde kauft:
    10 Stück Größe X Produkt A und
    10 Stück Größe XL Produkt A
    = 20 Stück vom Produkt A = es sollte der Staffelpreis vom Produkt A gelten und NICHT von Variante Größe X oder Größe XL


    Graduated prices should be calculated across all variants: Customer buys:
    10 pieces size X product A and
    10 pieces size XL product A
    = 20 pieces of product A = the graduated price of product A should apply and NOT of variant size X or size XL

  18. Currently, when a customer registers in our shop with activated DOI, there's no way to resend the mail. What if the mail is deleted by accident or gets eaten by the internet void?

    We can work around this by changing the log level of the shop to include INFO - that way we can resend the mail from our shop's logs.

    We can also install the (free) extension MailArchive, which essentially allows for the same.

    Finally, we can manually check the mailer service on the server for the mail and resend it.

    And we can manually set the customer to…

  19. When adding a main category on a Product, you cannot see the category tree the results.
    If you have multiple categories, like necklace, and want to select a specific, you don't know which is which.
