It should be possible to reply to a contact form. Email from the contact request/contact form should jump in directly as a recipient when one clicks on reply.

SQL commands in shop pages
It would be nice to have the possibility to use SQL commands for filling fields in a store page. It would be helpful, for example, to automatically display an overview of the store's shipping costs or to automatically implement values from the database that are relevant for customers in a store page without having to adapt all store pages with these values when changes are made.

Support of dynamic product groups and rules for export
It would be very helpful if the export of products or other data could be restricted via a dynamic product group or via a rule. For example, I would only like to export orders from the last 2 weeks or products from a specific dynamic product group.

Product export files should have standardised separators
Different decimal separators: The export file for products contains different decimal separators for the representation of fractions. A standardised representation with a point (.) or comma (,) should be defined for the entire export file. PaymentCost is currently transmitted with the separator "point". All other price details have the separator "comma".

Pseudo Sales in Shopware 6
in Shopware 5 there are the pseudo sales in the item details. It would be great if these were also available for Shopware 6.

Add product feedback within Shopware Admin
Please place a loudspeaker symbol (or other) on the start page in the backend and preferably on each element so that you can give feedback in the menu that is just open.
Why: The number of feedbacks and interactions (likes and comments) on feedback.shopware.com has so far been very low.3 votes -
Keep sorting on shipping and payment methods
When selecting either shipping or payment method, Shopware changes the sorting of the methods so that the selected method is moved to the top.
There is no logic behind this, and it is very poor UX, as the user gets very unsure whether they chose the right option, since the one selected was moved.
Strongly suggest simply changing it so that the selected method is kept at the position it was at originally (from the initial sorting of the method from Admin).

In order to know which employee has placed an order, orders should not be transferred to the debtor.

PayPal Express - Customer name in order overview
DE: Sofern eine Bestellung via PayPal Express initiiert wird, wird der Name, welcher im PayPal-Konto hinterlegt ist, auch als Kundenname verwendet. Das ist spätestens dann umständlich, sofern der Name in Liefer- und Rechnungsadresse von diesem abweichen, da zur Zahlung ggf. nicht der eigene PayPal Account, sondern beispielsweise der eines Familienangehörigen verwendet wurde. In diesem Fall spiegelt der aus dem PayPal Account verwendete Name in Shopware nicht den tatsächlichen Kunden wider. Problematisch ist zudem, dass wenn nachträglich nach einer bestimmten Bestellung anhand des Kundennamens gefiltert werden soll, nicht der tatsächliche Name des Kunden, sondern der Name des PayPal-Accountinhabers für die Filterung…

Automatic Price calulation in BOM Articles
The automatic calculation of the bundle price through the bill of materials assignment, both for purchase price and sales price, would be very helpful. Ideally, the purchase price should also be automatically adjusted if the individual bill of materials items are changed in price.

Deactivate business customer registration

Merchants often need to ad a simple script to their theme for example to validate ownership. Therefor there should be a possibility to add scripts to the storefront theme. Maybe integrated into the consent tool.

Custom products x Rule Builder
Currently, it is not possible to do more than:
If Option A is chosen, DO NOT ALLOW Option B etc.More useful would be being able to do something like this:
IF Option A is chosen DO NOT ALLOW Option B(1,2,3,5,8)
Combination: Option A + Option B(4.6,7.9.10) would be possible
→ so Different Combinations can also be doneOR Enable Rule Builder Integration to hide/show some variations with conditions

Custom Product display options only if options are selected
If we offer custom products in the shop which are then placed in the shopping basket without an option, the field with the options is displayed in the shopping basket and is empty. For UX improvements field should be shown only if options are selected.
At the moment it is a bit confusing for customers if additional options are displayed but none have been defined.1 voteHi there!

Getting back to your changes when saving them, e.g. in theme settings
After saving changes, e.g in the theme, you should be brought back to the same place where you made the changes.
Otherwise, you have to click there again and again when you want to try out different settings.

Export/Import opportunity for the Rule Builder, Shipping methods and Snippets
Creating rules at the Rule Builder and use those rules e.g., at the shipping methods with all the availability rules is hard and long work. Therefore, it can be very annoying, if I have to transfer Rule Builder & shipping method settings to other shops. Same story with the text snippets in several languages. It would be great if I would have the possibility to export individual or all rules at the Rule Builder and import them into another shop system.
