Automatically include vouchers in returns management
Currently, if the vouchers are not taken into account when an order is placed, if an item is returned via Return Management.
Although the amount of the return can be adjusted and the value including the voucher is suggested, it is not applied automatically.

For cross-selling top sellers as a sorting option
With cross-selling, if you assign products via a dynamic product group, you can assign various sorting options to it.
With these sorting options, you cannot select Topseller as a sorting option, although Topseller is a maintained sorting in the standard system.6 votes -
Change sorting of product slider
- I added a product slider via Content > Experience Worlds (???) > Landing Pages.
- I added products to the slider.
- I cannot change the order of the products in the slider but need to delete all products and start over again.
Solution: It should be easily possible to change the sort order of products listed in the product slider without starting over again.

Bulk translation editor for CMS element config in Layout tab
Currently, when managing translations for CMS configurations (such as a text block, images, ...) within product or category pages, the process is quite time-consuming. We need to manually switch languages and update the field one-by-one for each language. For stores with multiple languages, this creates a lot of overhead for even small content updates like updating a photo.
I’d like to propose a bulk translation editor that allows us to edit the config of a CMS element across multiple languages in one view, similar to how snippet management already works at this moment. This would greatly improve usability and efficiency for content managers working in multilingual shops.
Ideally, this editor could be opened from the CMS config card in the Layout tab and show a table or structured form where we can input translations for each language side-by-side.
Additionally, bonus points for a way to copy a translated config for a certain element to all other languages would be great. An image for example is often not translated, thus does not need a specific config for each language.

gallery slider is not compatible with different sizes
When the pictures are very different in size or ratio, the gallery slider pops out downside or shrinks back upside, which is not very nice
an option to choose a certain height so that the pictures scale to it would be nice

predefined periods for products / add an expiration date
In Shopware 6 it would be very useful if it were possible to activate products for a set period of time.
Since there is already a “release date”, it would be very useful to add an end to it.
In certain sectors, products may only be offered for a period of time x, e.g. for pesticides as these have approvals with an end date.

Different flows for different forms
It is currently not possible to send different actions, for example different e-mail templates, if different forms are sent.

Token-Based Review System:After completing an order, customers would receive a time-limited link or token via email, allowing them to submit a review.
This ensures only genuine buyers can leave reviews, even without requiring a customer account.
Integration with Guest Orders:Guest buyers could also be invited to leave a one-time review by linking their email address with the order number.
Mechanisms for Anonymous Reviews:If anonymous reviews are still allowed, adding a spam filter or moderation option could help prevent abuse.

Product overview with additional filter options on variant level
The filtering at the product level under "Catalog > Products" unfortunately only works at the master/parent product level. This option is not conducive for the following reason:
All of our products have variants and we maintain the images only at the variant level. The same applies to the product status active/inactive. Text, on the other hand, is always maintained at the master/parent product level.
This approach is deliberately chosen because variants can have different images or individual variants can be inactive.It is now important for us to be able to locate the following at the variant level:
- Product active, has image, has NO text, has stock
- Product active, has NO image, has text, has stock
- Product active, has neither image nor text, has stock
- Product inactive, has image, has NO text, has stock
- Product inactive, has NO image, has text, has stock
- Product inactive, has neither image nor text, has stock

Order details - Show customer group, company name etc.
Add information just like "customer group", "company name" and "vat id" to the order details. To get those kind of information you currently need to open the customer record itself.

Offer management & stock management
If you want to place an order from an offer, but one of the items is no longer available (on sale), you can no longer place the entire order. An error message is displayed “The product [...] is no longer available”.
It is also not possible for the customer in the frontend or the admin in the backend to edit the offer afterwards and remove the affected item
This makes the entire offer unusable, which is of course particularly unfavorable for a B2B store, as customers here compile complex offer requests with 50 or more items.
It would actually make sense for the order to be placed anyway and for the relevant item to be removed with a message or for the item to be removed manually. At the very least, the admin should be able to correct it.

It would be helpful if you could store multiple sender email addresses in the system settings for different purposes such as status emails, sending invoices and shipping confirmations. For example, invoices could come from the email address invoice@Example.de, but status emails could come from info@Example.de. Shipping confirmations, however, could be sent from noreply@Example.de.
It would also be helpful if you could assign a customer a second email address, which would then be automatically selected when the invoice is sent. This is particularly necessary in the B2B sector, as the invoice usually goes to a different recipient than the original order confirmation

increase "Entry per page" in order overview
Should be instead of: 10, 25, 50, 75, 100
New: 50, 100, 200
Default should be 100.
Why: to see more orders at once and on larger resolution display (higher that FullHD) it is not a problem to see 200 orders at once.

Enable non deletable discounts
It is currently possible to delete discounts from your cart and the checkout.
This behaviour could lead to customers accidentally deleting discounts via the "X" that they are obliged to.
Mandatory or non deletable discounts could solve this problem.

Subscriptions: Mixed carts
Mixed carts allow customers to make both subscriptions and one-time purchases in a single checkout process. Previously, subscriptions could only be completed separately. By combining these options, it enhances upselling opportunities and improves the shopping experience for users by simplifying and adding flexibility to the purchasing process.

Include search bar in the order overview
In the shopping list overview, you can see a ‘small’ search which helps you to find your way around larger lists.
We would like this ‘small’ search bar and its functionality to also be used on the order overview. It should also be possible to search for article numbers there, as is already the case with the shopping list, and also be able to search for order numbers as an additional extension.

Add discount as sorting option
There is currently no nice way to create a sorting option based on the discount of products in the Admin under "Settings > Shop > Products > Sorting options".
It is a common use case (especially during times like Black Friday), that consumers sort the products based on the discount. It would be valuable to have that option also for Shopware.

In the mobile version, only the smallest thumbnails should be loaded to save traffic.
It requires unnecessary traffic to load large images. In the mobile version for the SMartphone it should be sufficient to load the small thumbnails instead of the large ones.
