Individual tax calculation: Tax calculation based on the country of delivery
Shopware always calculates the tax based on the country of delivery. There are always enquiries from customers in support where the tax has to be calculated based on the country of dispatch. This is not currently mapped in Shopware, but is being requested more and more frequently.
Therefore, an adjustment or option for tax calculation would be advantageous here in order to be able to map more scenarios.

Customer groups should get a discount mode
Customer groups should get a discount mode, so that you can define that customergroup XY gets a discount of e.g. 10 percent on all standard prices.
This way you would not have to maintain a price for each article and there for each customer group individually using the extended prices.

Kundengruppen sollten einen Rabatt-Modus bekommen, so dass man festlegen kann das Kundengruppe XY auf alle Standardpreise z.B. 10 Prozent Rabatt bekommt.
So müsste man nicht über die erweiterten preise für jeden Artikel und dort pro Kundengruppe einzeln einen Preis pflegen.

Order Bulk Edit: Editing the status of multiple orders can be confusing
Editing the status of multiple orders using bulk edit, can be confusing under certain circumstances. This is caused by the way the state machine works. For example set order status “Done” is only possible when the order is currently “in Progress”.
If you want to change the state of multiple orders that have different states, that could lead to the scenario, that you wouldn’t be able to set any target status at all in bulk edit, as there is not status left, which would fit for all the orders you are trying to edit or certain states might be missing because there might be at least one order which would not allow to transit to this state.
For the user this might be confusing and they could think of it as a bug.To prevent this, I see two options:
Implement a help text (use the blue help text icon the user can hover over), which explains that certain states could be missing here due to the current states of the orders
Allow a “Force transition” option similar to the “Force status transition” switch we are using in the flow builder.

Elle theme wish list - mobile view
The link to the wish list is blue in the mobile view and black in all other views (desktop, for example).

In the order overview, we have many options for filtering, including many columns that we can display. Unfortunately, we are missing an option to filter by “invoice date”.

Use image URLs in Shopping Experience layouts
Currently it is only possible to add images to shopping experience layouts when the those files are uploaded in Shopwares Media Folder. How ever, when external systems like PIMs are used for the product data management, including pictures, it would be convinient to just add a the image URL from the external system into the shopping experience image block. This could look simular to how Youtube and Vimeo videos are integrated, where you also simply add the URL to the file.
This is technically already possible with an HTML element, but since not everyone is familiar with working with HTML, it would be more user friendly to add this option to the configuration of Image Elements.

Recommendations based on AI
Recommendations are currently only manually in Shopware. Based on the new statistics module, it would be cool if shop owner could give their customers recommendations for products. The recommendations could be based on orders already placed by the customer, in which the AI also considers the date and possibly the weather. "Dear customer, this time last year it was so cold/warm that you ordered the following..."

youtube & vimeo link in product picture and in product description
At amazon it is standard to have product videos in product description and product pictures.
So Shopware should have the function:
- product picture (the last one) to us it for product video
- link youtube & vimeo videos at the end of the product description or optional as separated tabFor me: product picture (the last one) to us it for product video is very important for us, becausing using a lot of videos for using the product and describing the product.

Hide categories in Storefront when no products assigned
It would be great to have an option to automatically hide categories in the storefront when no products are assigned.
Currently this can only be done manually or via custom solution.

Remember product listing page in admin
When you have edited a product and then go back to the product listing, it would be really handy if SW remember which page of the product listing you was on.
As it is now, you can select a product on listing page #6 and when you go back, you end up on page #1 in the product listing. Very annoying to click back again to page #6 and continue editing products.

Add function for assigning cross-selling articles category-wide.
At the moment, you have to assign the cross-selling articles manually for each article. Here it would be good to add the function of being able to specify cross-selling articles directly for the category, so that you have the option of automatically assigning these cross-selling articles to all articles in this category.

Improve error handling in administration
There’s a great opportunity to enhance the user experience in our administration modules by refining error handling. Currently, some users encounter cryptic messages like "Oops, that didn't work" or technical jargon that's hard to understand. By improving clarity and providing more helpful guidance, we can make these notifications more user-friendly and accessible. Free shipping over x-amount in cart not working properly
If I add a product to the cart, with a price of 590,- then the shipping cost is 0,- because the shipping is free over 500,-
If I add a promotion with 20% off, the shipping is still 0,- even though the price of the item is now 470,- and therefore under the 500,-. Then the shipping should be 49,-
This has already been ticketed as a bug, but declined with the message "We have concluded, that the behaviour you describe does not meet the criteria for a bug and instead consider this suggestion to be an improvement."

CMS block banner - extend settings
At the moment it is not possible to make any design settings for the CMS block banner (text and image with button). Please add customization options like:
Minimum height in px
Button color independent of theme settings
The possibility to display more than one button in a line.At the moment you cannot change the height of the background image or the text element to adjust the display size in the frontend.

Apply different discount levels depending on Shopping cart value (with one and the same code)
It would be really nice, if we could define different discount levels depending on the shopping cart value in combination with one same discount code. This is a standard usecase for promotions.
Currently this is not possible, because you can only define one shopping cart rule per promotion.
Since you cannot create multiple promotions with the same discount code, multiple promotions with different shopping cart rules are not possible at this time.Either it should be possible to create multiple promotions with the same discount code or there should be an option to apply customer-, shopping cart- and order rules for every discount created within a promotion.

increase "Entry per page" in catalogue > products
Should be instead of: 10, 25, 50, 75, 100
50, 100, 200
Default should be 100.
Why: to see more products at once and on larger resolution display (higher that FullHD) it is not a problem to see 200 products at once.
