  1. There are many cloud application updates that are not specified any further. We would like to know what has been addressed, and we would like to be informed when maintenance is planned so we don’t get surprised by our shop not being available.

  2. Cloud customers are not able to clear cache if a change doesn’t appear in the storefront right away. We had to write multiple tickets to make a shopware employee clear our cache. So this feature would benefit us all.

  3. Currently, if you use a Dynamic Product Group in Cross Selling, you can sort the items by name, price and release date. If you use the same product group for multiple products in the same category, you will end up with the same products in the cross selling slider. It would be better to use a random sorting order so that customers will see different products while browsing.

  7. Short: Implement plugin FroshPlatformThumbnailProcessor into the core

    Longer: Add the ability to define a pattern for thumbnails to be used instead of creating or requesting thumbnails from storage. Additionally, shopware could host a service to convert images on the fly, f.e. see imgproxy.net - maybe just with nicer links. Just add a caching before that and win.

    Advantages: Any shop owner has webp/avif-images with the best compression and suitable sizes without wasting storages.

  8. In Custom Products there is an option for the customer to share his configuration.

    But for the store owner there is no option to disable this function.

    Many merchants do not want to have this function in the store, but they cannot disable it.

  9. This does not live up to the name, even as an advanced version. Again, not even basic functions like boost and burry, synonyms, redirects or result manipulation are included. In addition, the search cannot be switched off when using external tools (which has its advantages and disadvantages). You are forced to rely on an external solution, although this should be a matter of course for a store and belongs to the basics. Especially with the more expensive packages.

  10. If you are in the media module and set e.g. the presentation to 'small preview', the changes apply only for the time being. If one opens the folder and go back again, the config jumps back to the default.

    Further, it would be great, if more images/ folders appear as you choose "very small" as your display setting. The "load more" button should be only displayed when the viewport is full.

  11. Working with a lot of shopping experiences is challenging. Currently, it is impossible to see at first glance which category or landing page the layout is assigned.

    It should be directly visible, not only after opening the assignment modal.

  13. If you select a product property for fanning via the storefront display, all possible variants with this product property are displayed in the storefront. If the product has other properties, these are determined by the system for the preselection and it should be possible in this case to determine the preselected non-expanded product property yourself.
    Example:
    A shirt is available in S, M, L, XL and in green and blue. If you fan out by size, S, M, L, XL are displayed in the storefront, but the pre-selected colour variant is blue, for example, and this cannot be changed.

    It is currently not possible to output the entry that is entered in the text field for the "Per unit surcharge". The following entry would be conceivable (screenshot)

    Test1 - ABC 84,03€
    Test 2 - DEF 84,03€

    Perhaps a button can be added to the admin area where this function can be activated?

  15. Problem:
    Merchants don't know which how the search is used by the customer. Therefore it's difficult to optimize and enhance the experience for end user.

    Solution:
    Provide data about most used keywords, errors, search volume, etc.

    We have adjusted our roadmap and removed the feature from the “Planned” status. All topics related to this idea will be incorporated into Shopware Analytics in the future.

  16. We would like to create a promotion in Shopware that applies the corresponding discount to all products in the shopping basket from a certain number of products from the set group. Unfortunately, this is currently not possible as only a fixed number can be selected as the "Mode". We would like to suggest extending this with "Number from" or "Number to".

  20. It should be possible to directly share paypal payment links through the backend. We oftentimes observe that customers can cancel the checkout process for various reasons and want to return to it later.

    We would like to see the payment link if any kind of paypal payment method is selected and if the payment is neither completed nor the order cancelled, we would like to be able to resend it to the customer of the order by mail.
