  2. It is possible to assign a rule of the rule builder to a content block. After the rule is assigned, the block will not be marked as an assigned block. For a better understanding, of how a layout is working, it would be helpful to mark such blocks.

  3. As the person responsible for orders that need to be released, I may have little time. It would be very helpful to be able to release the order via link. The link is in the mail that has arrived accordingly after the order of the customer me in copy as the person responsible.

    • Selection of different stores for pickup
    • Availability depending on the store
    • Indication of the period (Preferably in a calendar, in which the available days for the respective product are are easily visible)
    • Deposit of a security ("Kaution")
    • Mandatory insurance sum
    • Prices must be customizable
    • For longer rental periods, the price per day is reduced
    • Contact form
    • The design should be customizable

  4. Presently, properties have to be defined separately in property panel before they can added from product panel. Make possible to add new properties (and, if possible, also specifications and variants) directly from product panel in order to increase comfort for online merchants.

  5. As a shop owner, I could have a problem with the fact that more than one invoice can be generated for an order. One should be able to generate only, after additional confirmation, another invoice or be able as an admin, even after additional confirmation, to delete an existing invoice. Everything should serve to keep his accounting, "clean".

  6. Add all rules from Dyn. Product Groups into the Rule Builder and merge the Dyn. Product Groups with the Rule Builder. Advantage: The shop owner has one single point of truth where to configure all conditions within the shop. The developers have to maintain one feature instead of two.

  7. At the moment it is not possible to create tresholds for promotions within one promotion. I want to create one promotion and say that 30€ gives 10% discount, 40€gives 15% discount and 50€ 20% discount for example. This would decrease the manual effort a lot and increase efficiency.

  8. Suggestion: in the admin search, also include action codes in the search. The function is missed by customers.

  9. Safari on Mac has really poor performance. Seeing it's currently the second-most-used browser globally, we should prioritize Safari more. Some detail pages aren't usable because of loading issues. (This is being worked on atm)

  10. Entities that are currently being edited in the administration, whether a product, manufacturer, category, etc., should not be allowed to leave without an appropriate notice that the changes just made will be lost.

  11. Currently its not possible to configure synonyms directly within the backend. What adds to this problem is that lots of ecom teams do not have the capacity and knowledge people to handle them in the code directly and hence do not have the advantages of having synonyms to enrich search results

  13. As a merchant, I want to choose different layouts for a product detail page depending on the sessions referer, to address these customers optimally
    Should be part of the session context and available in the conditions to decide which layout is choosen, depending on URL parameter

  14. Current problem: you cannot create a promotion directly within the flow builder but have to configure many steps via tags to fulfill that purpose. That´s quite complicated and limits the customer loyalty options the flow builder could give to merchants.
    Current workaround: set a tag as action in flow builder, reuse this tag on promotion level and in a separate step configure sending out an e-mail to customers with this promocode

  17. It should be possible to subscribe / unsubscribe customers to the newsletter (should trigger a confirmation mail / doi). Additionally it should be possible to prevent sending marketing mails (newsletter and other marketing related mails like recommendations or a request for customer review). It is mandatory that this flag is taken into account by extensions and that it is checked whether an e-mail can be sent.

  19. As a merchant, I want to plan, create, preview, schedule, execute, track and analyze marketing initiatives in my shop that include CMS pages, promotions, products, payment & shipping options, etc. I want to manage this by connecting and managing all the relevant parts in one place.
