Identify different sales channels of a customer
Customers of shop owners not only place orders in the store, but also by phone or fax. Orders that were not placed via the store but via other channels should be easy to import, identify and also evaluate in B2B Suite, e.g. with the help of statistics.

Dynamic Pricing is an interesting aspect of AI to consider.
As this is not valid nor affordable for all online merchants, it could be a good idea for 3rd party extension.

Active suggestion system
If I am a customer who buys certain products over and over again, say monthly or yearly, it would be cool if Shopware would alert me if I want to reorder the product I order regularly.

Advanced Search configuration: ranking of fields
Currently it's not possible to set a ranking for the different product data fields. You can only prioritize if a field is relevant for the search or not - hence a title is as important as a description. This leads to false or bad search results.

Different modes for promotion line-items
Offer a broader spectrum of options to integrate promotions which are matching the requirements of third-party systems such as ERP.
Since every shopping system creates a promotion differently, it is always a pain to handle promotions while integrating an ERP system. Some can't handle positions without identifiers (order number/product number), and others can't handle their own promotion positions and require the direct deduction of the product prices.

Make usage of existing shopware functionalities in B2B Suite
Currently some functions as setting tags for customers, interacting with the flow builder etc. are missing for the B2B Suite. Hence, customers cannot fully use the potential of shopware when using the suite.

When synchronising with other software, the Shopware behaviour that gross and net prices can be transferred independently of each other and without checking the distance, taking into account the tax via API, is a possible source of error.In other software it is usually "normal" that the net price plus tax results in the gross price. Therefore, it is unexpected when Shopware accepts, for example, a net price of 10 EUR and a gross price of 20 EUR. Is it possible to add a plausibility that optionally reports deviations or triggers an error if the prices do not match?
If linked = True, it should not be possible to transfer prices where net * tax rate <> gross price.

Bei der Synchronisation mit anderer Software ist das Shopware Verhalten, dass Brutto- und Nettopreise unabhängig voneinander und ohne Prüfung des Abstandes unter Berücksichtigung der Steuer über API übertragen werden können eine mögliche Fehlerquelle.In anderer Software ist meist "normal", dass der Nettopreis plus Steuer den Bruttopreis ergibt. Daher kommt es unerwartet, wenn Shopware z.B. einen Nettopreis von 10 EUR und einen Bruttopreis von 20 EUR akzeptiert. Ist es möglich eine Plausibilität zu ergänzen, die wahlweise Abweichungen meldet oder einen Fehler auslöst wenn die Preise nicht zusammenpassen?
Bei linked = True sollte es nicht möglich sein Preise zu übertragen, bei denen Netto * Steuersatz <> Bruttopreis sind.
