  1. Customers have issues with delivery options like DHL to transfer an address when a digit limitation of 20 is exceeded, so the delivery note has a cut-out address and gets shipped back due to unsuccessful delivery

    a clear info message would let the customer know, that only certain digits will be processed, and the delivery can be successful

    so the request is about:

    - configure a limit of how many digits possible in address
    - infobox for customers so that they can shorten address description etc

  2. Dear Shopware team,

    We support the customer uba-arbeitsschutz.de (KdNr. 324128). After the customer migrated to Shopware 6 Evolve and is already online, we regularly exchange suggestions regarding the functionality of Shopware 6.

    We have a few suggestions for improvement regarding the handling of sending and receiving emails.

    1st example:
    When a customer pays for their order in the shop via PayPal, they receive an email stating that the payment currently has the status 'unconfirmed'. As the customer is already checked during the payment process with PayPal to see whether the payment was successful, sending this information by email from Shopware…

  3. Hint when exceeding stock of a product while pressing on +

    Now:

    only when clearance sale is active and the add to cart button is exceeding stock a yellow hint box is shown, but not when exceeding stock when adding up with +-Button

  4. In the shopware commercial plugin, the class src/B2B/EmployeeManagement/Domain/Flow/SendMailActionDecorator.php decorates the SendMailAction. However, in the handleFlow() method it only checks if a flow has the data "employee", but does not further check, if said employee is actually of the type as is implemented by the commercial plugin before assigning languageId etc. to the flow's Context.
    This results in any plugin, that also implements their own employee system or simply uses flows that also contain an "employee", but don't have a languageId implemented on it, can not send any mails out, as the decorated handleFlow will never actually be run.

  6. It would be great if you could create a template for the custom products and assign the images for special images. For example, you could have the name personalised for all products. However, the customer only sees the image of the product in which variant you are. So you don't have to create a thousand templates, but one template for names and then add variant images.

    A file name with spaces, umlauts or similar leads to errors in the standard product import, as the file names cannot then be analysed correctly. For example, Test Y.jpg would become Test%20Y.jpg. The original file name cannot be changed by the import, but it would be a useful addition if the import automatically corrected such names and then used them in the further process for creating the media and assigning them to the product.

  8. Show sales after cancellation...

    • The order data exported in the following way ‘Import / Export under Settings > Shop > Import / Export’, also show the turnover of the original shopping cart if the customer has cancelled (a product for example) in the meantime.

    • I need an export list of the orders that also show the turnover that the customer has made after cancelling.

    • And I need an export list of the orders, in which the comments are shown, which are entered in the backend when processing a cancellation.

  9. After import of NEW products the funktion to download the import-data should include the new created Id's of the new products. They are needed for further import of extended prices, accessories, similars, properties and media.
    That would be much easier and faster rather then picking them out of the complete stock of articles that must be downloaded again and again.

  10. Currently, when a customer registers in our shop with activated DOI, there's no way to resend the mail. What if the mail is deleted by accident or gets eaten by the internet void?

    We can work around this by changing the log level of the shop to include INFO - that way we can resend the mail from our shop's logs.

    We can also install the (free) extension MailArchive, which essentially allows for the same.

    Finally, we can manually check the mailer service on the server for the mail and resend it.

  11. When adding a main category on a Product, you cannot see the category tree the results.
    If you have multiple categories, like necklace, and want to select a specific, you don't know which is which.

  12. If you prepare a project for a customer, you want to give him a list of extensions.
    So it would be great if the extension store would have the possibility to have stored lists of extensions which can be shared by URL.
    Of course this feature can be improved further if you can define alternatives e.g. let the customer choose between two possible payment plugins (mark them as alternatives).
    The overview of the monthly costs for all plugins in that list would be great and of course a "add all to cart" functionality.

  14. The new store is not very accessible for keyboard navigation.
    The tab order on the search result page starts in the filters, but I want to go through the results first.
    On the detail page you can't navigate through gallery images with the arrow keys.

  16. After the migration, the "Sales" column in the product overview should also be updated.
    This means that all sales from the 5 shop should also be displayed.

  17. We have a big variety of products and our customers are used to scrol through product lists comparing the details in the short description to decide which product they want to open for the big product description.

    In Shopware 5 there was this great possibility to have a line for the most important product facts.
    Now when you have a product list or the dynamic product group the customer just sees the first junk of information from the product description and when there is a new line the text continues without spaces.
    This looks very confusing and untidy.

  19. Please add express buttons for google/apple pay. Customers are used to these and the payment options doesnt really make sense otherwise. Apple pay should also be disabled/hidden on non iOS devices.
