Search Result - Show Cheapest Variant
Currently, when searching for the parent product number, the next available variant based on the product number suffix (12345.1) is displayed in the search results.
It would be good if we could influence the search results via settings and, for example, always display the cheapest (available) variant within the search results.

Search field for selecting delivery & billing address modal (huge amount of addresses)
We have plenty addresses for a account in big companies, because we import all addresses according to the company, that user can select into there account. Often there are 200-300 addresses. So there is a need to have an search field for searching the company name, street, zip code, country and an individual programmed customer number field for each address.

Improve UX of the search in the specifications Tab under "Products"
If I want to add a new property in a product under "Specifications" and then enter something in the search field, the system searches directly and deselects the search field. Perhaps it should be built in here that you have to press "Enter" to search so that it does not search automatically. This is confusing, as a search is also performed after 2 letters.

Hide empty entities in search results
Add an option that allows to hide empty entities in search results.
One example here would be manufacturers that are not being assigned to any products in the given sales channel.

If this is still important for your setup, a Shopware developer can build it as a custom extension. Shopware's architecture is designed to be extended, so requirements of this nature can typically be addressed at project level.

Search with voice recognition/AI Pilot with voice Recognition
Hi there,
as you guys are working on a lot of AI Featrues, have you thought on integrating a voice recognition within the search/AI search?
This combined with language recognition would be a very nice feature which makes it easy for all customers to search within the shop.

Admin search AND / OR operator
User can decide if they want AND / OR Search in the Admin.
1 voteReleased with 6.4.19.0
As this wouldn't be possible with proper performance with the default search technology, the additional AND search is only available when Elasticsearch is implemented in the project.

Media: Media search with storage location information
If, for example, you search for an image in the media, you will receive the image and some additional details, but it is not clear in which folder within a potentially large structure the image is located.
In order to check the storage location, it is essential to have information about where the file is located or the option to open the folder directly under “Actions.”

Admin Search: Expand Search results in the quickview
Searching by name, company name or e-mail address is also difficult or the results are difficult to interpret because the e-mail address and company name are missing.

B2B Components: Include divergent mail addresses in search results
Shop owners sometimes report having difficulties finding B2B root accounts when provided with little more than a mail address of an employee in case it is not conforming to the companies' mail structure.
For example:
Our B2B root account is company@example.com.
Our employee's mail address is employee@shopware.com.Since the mail addresses don't match, when searching for employee@shopware.com, we will find no results for customers. This is sometimes the case where entire departments have separate mail addresses like a purchase department.
So the request is to have an option to index employee mail addresses and associate them…

Search for content for admin and frontend
The admin and frontend should also search for content from Content. There are always CMS pages that match certain search terms. For a better shopping experience, these should also be displayed in the search.

Exclude properties for filters in the search, but do not exclude them globally in all categories.
So far, it is only possible to set a property as filterable and non-filterable. The problem here is that a property that is not filterable can no longer be individually selected as a filter in the categories. However, if you do not want to have all possible properties as filters in a normal shop search, you have no other option than to deactivate the filtering of the property for the entire shop and can then no longer use the property as a filter in categories.
For the categories, you can set individually which properties should be displayed as filters.…5 votesNot enough interest

Advanced search for additional information in the order overview
In connection with the order overview, there is a customer need to be able to search for external order references (e.g., Amazon/eBay order numbers or member names).
This data is currently only stored in the "additional information" of the order during import and is therefore not found in the standard administration search function.Requirement/Use Case:
Customers want to be able to search the order overview for these external references to more easily find orders for accounting or support.
Typically, this involves fields such as:
Amazon order number
eBay order number
eBay username
Current status:
The standard search in the order…

Make the display of search suggestions configurable in the backend
When searching for customers in the backend, the first name and surname are displayed first, which is not ideal for B2B customers. In this case, it would be better to display the company name.
We would therefore like an option that allows us to choose which piece of information is displayed first in the search suggestion. The screenshot illustrates the relevant section in the backend.

Improve Admin search for properties

AI Search: Need for custom prompt configuration

control wording
reduce legal risksdeutsch:

Improvement of the admin search especially in the area of Configure filterable product properties
In the categories, the Configure filterable product properties can be activated for the filters of this category in the Layout area and there in the Category listing area.
The search that can then be used currently shows very error-free results including partial hits, even with a very specific search term.
For example, the search term “length brush min. (mm)” shows results for “(mm)”, “(m)”, “min”, “length” etc. - This can be seen very clearly in the attached screenshot.
Here it would be desirable if an exact match or an exact hit is found for the search term so that only…
