  1. Currently you can only calculate discounts in promotions based on the selling price. It is often desired though, to not use the current selling price but the RRP for instance.

    Example:
    Product Price: 79.99
    RRP: 100€
    Desired discount: 10% of RRP (10€)

    Would be nice, if you can select any price field, that is available in your shop.

  3. For a smoother checkout experience, it would be great to pre-fill some of the fields on the registration form.

    The country field could be inferred from the context language.
    When selecting an alternate shipping address, most or all fields can be pre-filled with values previously entered as the billing address.

    This feature should be optional and can be toggled via administration.

  4. One of our customers with a relatively large number of customers and orders has some problems with creating orders in the administration. Here are a few suggestions:

    The search for customers takes a very long time with several customers (More than 500k customers in the system). After selecting a customer, the grid seems to reload which may be superfluous?
    You could take some pain here if the way to create an order via the customer module would select the customer directly, but here you have to search for the customer again, which makes no sense.

  5. Currently you can bulk edit product media, so you can add images for multiple products at once. However this does not effect / set the cover image. Therefore it would be great if there is an option in the bulk edit to set an image as cover image for multiple products at once.

  6. In sw5 there was a tab where you could enter links and downloads.
    Would be nice to have this as standard in SW6.

    It would also be nice for the function to take over this maintained data when migrating from SW5 to SW6.

    A store with many variant-forming properties cannot search efficiently for the required property set. For example, if I have the property black several times and now want to add a variant in white, I get all such properties displayed by searching for “black”, but the matching “white” is missing. I then have to scroll through step by step and check when a property set has multiple properties selected. Even with more than 10 pages, this becomes a tedious task, as I can neither enter “Go to page 26” nor search specifically for the name of the set. An improved…

  8. At the moment it is not possible to search for values within custom fields with the backend search. Please add this function to the backend search. We often have other numbers or UUIDs from our ERP or PIM system which we automatically store in custom fields. We often have to search for these values in the backend to synchronize data or change them manually.

  9. The permission management of the B2B Components does not properly fill out the function of managing budgets for each B2B Components user.
    Someone needs to keep track on how much a customer has bought and if his/her budget is spent.
    They also need to know how high the budget is with no indication of that being given via our B2B Components.

    I good way to solve this would be to build a budget functionality as in the B2B Suite.
    That would make it easier to keep track of the budget and it would reduce the amount of controlling.

  10. At the moment the size and the location of CMS blocks in the shopping experiences a fixed. The only options to change the size is to switch the display mode.

    It would be great to dynamically change the sizes and not to be limited by the fixed bounds.

  13. In different modules (e.g. products, worlds of experience) you can maintain the translation via the change (pull-down menu).

    Many languages are displayed that are not used at all. For a better overview, it would make more sense, for example, to only display languages that are active or have been assigned to the sales channel.

    Otherwise it quickly becomes confusing and leads to longer processing times.

  15. Hi there,

    as you guys are working on a lot of AI Featrues, have you thought on integrating a voice recognition within the search/AI search?

    This combined with language recognition would be a very nice feature which makes it easy for all customers to search within the shop.

  16. If I have a discount promotion that triggers ‘3 for 2’ (i.e. the cheapest product for free), the calculation is different than you would expect.

    As long as there is a sufficient quantity of the cheapest product in the shopping cart, the discount will be applied to it. For example, if ‘A’ is in the shopping cart 6 times, ‘B’ must be present twice so that the cheapest product can be clearly calculated. If ‘A’ is 9x, ‘B’ must be in the shopping cart 3x.   17. Within the /checkout/confirm page the unit price of each line item should be displayed - instead of just the "(incl. / excl.) VAT" and the "total" columns, as it is currently the case.

  18. When changing language or time zone under “Your profile” one is asked to confirm the current password. This is one of the very few locations where the password is asked for and while it may make sense for e-mail and password changes, language and time zone are more inconsequential (especially compared to what an admin account can do to a shop without ever being asked for a password)

  19. It would be nice to have the option of copying elements from the shopping experiences and using them in a different place.

    Example: We have the "XY" section in the start page - this should be filled and customised once and then copied in the next step and used in another page.

  20. Many customers miss the filter functionality they know from Shopware 5 especially because the AI features do not work reliably.
    For example the export of orders is often needed for a year or two and the amount of data grows very quickly.
