More user restrictions
As a store owner, I want to make sure that my CI is preserved. For this, I need the possibility to enable only certain content elements for users in the administration, who should only edit the shopping experiences.

Guest orderers can bypass promotion limits
EN
In case of a general promotional code, the condition of use per customer does not apply. That is, even if 1 is entered there, a guest orderer can use the code for each order again. In the Rule Builder, there is no condition that can be used to query whether an e-mail address has already redeemed a code. The addition of such a check would be nice
DE

We want to add our own surcharges / discounts inside the cart hook loaded from our own custom entity database table
For our app in the cart hook we need the repository service and the possibility to call our own store api routes also provided by our app.
The reason is that we have stored our surcharges / discounts in our own custom entites database table and we can't access it in the cart.
The store api route call we need, because we want to build our own store api route to make it possible to cash the database call for a better performance.3 votes -
App script hook on 'kernel.response' event
We want to manipulate the sw-cache-hash cookie based on other cookies coming from request or response. We need the functionality to provide the customer different sites from the http cache based on cookies.
For that we need a hook for the app scripts to be fired at Symfonys event 'kernel.response'. So it should be fired every time when the kernel sends the response.
In the hook the repository service should be possible to be called inside the app script.3 votes -
Save feed files while generation
The problem is currently, if the services (Google Feed, Doofinder etc.) try to get the feeds and these are generated at the time this fails. It should be thought about if necessary. Always keep the current feed in SW and create the generation in a temporary file.

Generating variants
The problem: As soon as you have to generate more than 1000 variants in the Administration, it always terminates with the error message Serialization failure: 1213 Deadlock found when trying to get lock . The problem can be found via Google very often in relation to Shopware 6 also, that if you ever want to generate more than 1000-2000 variants, it constantly aborts because of a database error.
It would be great if you can outsource the variant generation in the message queue, so that you do not have to actively leave the page open for hours for 100k products.
Maybe it would also be a possibility to save the generation as a kind of "order" and then trigger it via the console. The problem: As soon as you have to generate more than 1000 variants in the Administration, it always terminates with the error message Serialization failure: 1213 Deadlock found when trying to get lock . Form Builder - Question on product
Add the possibility to build / edit more forms for "Question on product" on PDP.
To make this possible, the form needs to send the context, e.g. product name / number.

Apply voucher code at the end of checkout
Currently, it's only possible to enter voucher codes in the cart.
Customers should be able to enter voucher codes in each checkout step or at least at the end of checkout at the order overview before submitting the purchase.14 votes -
Add the ability to save color palettes in the WYSIWYG
When editing texts or other elements in the WYSIWYG editor for shopping experiences, it would be good to enable color palettes so that the user can resort to saved color palettes or even get new inspiration via color palette services such as https://www.colourlovers.com.
This would enable the users to add color or color schemes more quickly and more standardised.

Possibility to configure themes or child themes per sales channel
It would be good to have a way to configure themes and child themes per sales channel instead of having to create individual child themes for each sales channel. This would keep the overview better and reduce the effort of configuration.

Offline functionality for B2B Suite
Some customers work in warehouses or basements where there is often poor to no internet connection. In this case, it would be good to be able to use the B2B Suite offline and place orders.

Payment methods admin
As a shop-owner i want to keep track on which orders were paid with which payment method.
This should be visible in the order list-view in the admin.
It could help the shop-owner to designate the most used payment methods and grant bonuses on them for example or it could also help in identifying which payment methods create the most problems and therefore need the most "maintenance".2 votes -
More possibilities for SEO
The basic approach and usability are quite good, but it fails in details that have a big impact:
- Files are made visible along with ID in the URLs, this provides dead links when files are updated. We provide datasheets that are kept up to date. Currently we have 2,000 dead links and had to have the URL adjusted ourselves.
- With reference to point 1: There is no tool for redirects.
- The ID issue also exists with images.
- The image files are too large due to the zoom on the product detail page, unless you use webp as the format.
- The technical SEO still has a lot of play: pages in different languages are often not recognized as separate pages, load times are too large, etc.
- Canonical tags are not always recognized by search engines
- You can't deindex pages in the backend (e.g. notepad, shopping cart, or pages behind the login), this must always be done via htaccess. Here, however, usually only the agency has access
- Not all pages of the store can be accessed and managed, e.g. notepad.
- URLs for products are taken over on the basis of the name, but should be written exclusively in lower case.

Orders without budgets and contingents
As a debtor, I want to have contact with as less restrictions as possible. At the moment a contact needs an assigned budget AND an assigned contingent to place an order. Make it possible to place an order WITHOUT an assigned contingent and budget.
2 votesThis functionality is already available through B2B Components, which allows orders without requiring assigned budgets or contingents.
Thanks for the feedback!

Multi inventory data on OMS and linked to delivery points for pickup in store
Show which warehouse was chosen in the order management. Also: show in the PDP the addresses linked to the pickup points (now one store can just have 1 address) to do omnichannel. If you want I can show you how VTEX works.

Order: Change the delivery date manually / retrospectively in the admin
The delivery date cannot be adjusted before dispatch. Since we want to send documents later, we would like to adjust the delivery date so that the customer does not receive incorrect data.

Collapse admin navigation on mobile devices
Currently, the admin navigation is not collapsible on mobile devices in portrait mode. Once shown, there is no way to collapse the navigation back in, except to completely reload the page. There should be a way to hide the navigation (like on desktop) in order to make the backend usable on mobile devices.

Visual upload progress in media
When it comes to uploading a lot of media, it is crucial to see the progress in order to control if the upload is running successfully. Adding a progress bar in the media upload would enable merchants to continue working on other tasks and check the upload status in between without switching to the media module.
