  1. The permission management of the B2B Components does not properly fill out the function of managing budgets for each B2B Components user.
    Someone needs to keep track on how much a customer has bought and if his/her budget is spent.
    They also need to know how high the budget is with no indication of that being given via our B2B Components.

    I good way to solve this would be to build a budget functionality as in the B2B Suite.
    That would make it easier to keep track of the budget and it would reduce the amount of controlling.

  2. Currently, no additional new items can be added to a return. It would be great if this option were available, for example, to add return costs that cannot be processed via the shipping costs.

    Advanced Google Ads Conversion from Google requires at least the email address on the finish page for this to be activated.

    Hence my wish to display the order email address on the finish page.
    This wouldn't have any other advantage: We have customers who logged in with the wrong email or an email from a colleague at the company and are surprised that they don't receive an order confirmation. Here these customers would see exactly which email address the order confirmation was sent to.

  4. The product variant management page in Shopware 6 wastes significant screen space on larger monitors, forcing unnecessary horizontal and vertical scrolling. The table is too narrow and doesn’t adapt to the available screen size, making key information harder to access.

    Proposed Solution:

    • Dynamically resize the table to fill the available screen space.
    • Add options for compact view and column customization.
    • Enable full-screen mode for data-intensive pages. These changes will enhance usability, save time, and improve the user experience.

  5. Due to design restrictions and privacy requirements for YouTube videos, the integration via the element in SW6 should be abandoned. Instead, there is to be a "video suite" in which videos can be uploaded and managed, similar to the media management. It is important that the videos can also differ in language - not like images. Subtitles and different resolutions should also be possible.

  6. Remove the limitation to 25 results in lists, comboxes, etc.

    If you manage more than 25 languages or have more than 25 promotion rules with similar names - this problem is easy to understand. There are various places in the admin where pagination or auto-reload is given when scrolling.

    The request to Shopware:

    Please make this universal, and don't limit it to max 25 search results.

  7. The current B2B Suite usability is too complex at some points, esp. the right & role management. Therefore we should ease up this process and make it clearly understandable

  8. If technically & legally possible, it would be nice if we switched the cookies required to enable the wishlist to the technically required section.

    This is because most customers who visit a shop only accept the technically required cookies and then often proceed to bother the shop owners about the wishlist feature not being available.

    As we all know, customers often have a hard time reading and/or use browser addons which automatically accept the minimum amount of cookies possible.

    If you upload an image in Shopping Experiences, you then have to go back to the media manager to maintain the old texts there. It would be easier if the field could be filled in directly during the upload (see screenshot attached).

    The people who work with it the most at our company will add it:

    • if you can make it a mandatory field that would be even better

    • you should not be able to simply upload images without ALT texts being added.

    • it should also not be possible to upload a new image, which already exists with “Alt…

  10. As a shop owner, I want to be able to define a set of employees and their roles. Set A: "Quick Order" and "Quote Management"; set B: all B2B components, for example. Maybe it could be combined with the Rule Builder: if rule A is true, set A.

  13. Currently, if the vouchers are not taken into account when an order is placed, if an item is returned via Return Management.

    Although the amount of the return can be adjusted and the value including the voucher is suggested, it is not applied automatically.

    An option for automation would be useful here.

  14. As it became critical to use data layers since the end of UA and because it's best to use tools like GTM (and because other tools like Meta, Bing and Ads are depended on them as well), It would be crucial to manage the data layers in Shopware.

  15. Quotes should be treated in the same way as normal orders. Availability rules such as items in the shopping cart do not work in Quote Management, because the items are not in the shopping cart when placing an quote order.

    Third-party extensions that extend the checkout process often also not work, either partially or completely.

  16. As a merchant with several clients, I don't want all clients to see every shop inside the Shopware Account.
    Therefor it would be great if I were able to apply rights management within the Shopware Account so that a client can only see the shop he/she is responsible for.

    This would make the administration (e.g. installing extensions) easier and more covenient.

    Aktuelle Systematik seitens Shopware:

    Man kann CMS-Seiten erstellen und in diesen innerhalb Sektionen verschiedene Blöcke und Elemente definieren. Nun habe ich die Möglichkeit in Kategorien entweder für jede Seite ein eigenes CMS-Layout zuzuweisen. Ebenso kann man aber auch das gleiche CMS-Layout mehreren Seiten zuweisen. Hier hat man dann die Möglichkeit die Inhalte der im Layout festgelegten Elemente zu individualisieren.

    Nun entsteht dadurch folgende Problematik:

    Angenommen ich habe 50 Kategorie-Seiten, welche alle das gleiche vorgegebene CMS-Layout nutzen. Dann habe ich nur die Möglichkeit die Inhalte der Blöcke/Elemente zu bearbeiten, kann aber nicht die Blöcke/Sektionen auf diverse Unterseiten vererben.

  18. I can currently only create one return per order via the returns management. However, this means that if I have two partial returns per order (for which I create two separate partial cancellations), both returns are visible on the second partial cancellation. However, only the specified returned item should be visible for each partial cancellation.

  19. Currently sales representatives do not see commissions or general other states about their customers. But this would be helpful for their motivation and ease up the customer management, esp. if there is no ERP system involved, covering up those functionalities already

  20. If the values for columns cms_page_id and cmsPage within table product will be set to "NULL", the "original" default layout for product pages will be used, although I've managed to set up a new product-page layout and marked it as "default" beforehand.

    Since a different layout was defined as default layout, this particular one should also be used as fallback whenever no layout is assigned.

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Create custom product layout
    2. Mark it as new default layout for product pages
    3. For already existing entries --> set values for mentioned columns to "NULL" or simply remove the layout assignment in…
